    Luis with Loyalty Plumbing came over to service and flush our tankless water heater. When he arrived he informed us that the builder (Richmond American Homes) did not install the proper plumbing for a flush to be completed. Luis gave us a quote on the spot and was transparent and honest with what was needed. He quickly installed all the necessary plumbing as well as flushing the system at no additional cost. Overall amazing experience with Loyalty Plumbing. Thank you.

    I called Loyalty after reading the reviews hoping they were as good as their reviews. Also because they have a dog named Buddy too! I needed a single handle bathroom shower to be adjusted as I was getting tepid water and not hot in my 92 yrs old moms HCP bathroom. Justin and Luis(?) were extremely professional throughout the process and fixed the issue quickly. They did a 1st time inspection free and gave me a invoice of with pictures of things that should be fixed or addressed before they become a emergency at a later date. They offer a reasonable subscription service should you have several things you want done which save you money in the long run. Im a senior and a full time caregiver who needed a plumbing service I could count on. My dogs approved them so I know I can trust them and the work they do is great. If you need a reliable and reasonable plumbing service, this is the one to use!!! Thank you guys! (P.S.- Mom loved her hot shower !!)

    Very satisfied with Loyalty Plumbing. The receptionist was very professional. Asked pertinent questions about what was needed and was very kind. Justin was very professional, courteous and arrived on time. Made some recommendations and performed needed plumbing work on the bathroom drain. Very happy with work that was completed.     This is my first time using Loyalty Plumbing, and I couldnt be more impressed! From the very first call to scheduling an emergency repair, I received exceptional professional and customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went, especially considering I called early in the morning. Its true that you can teach people how to do a job, but you cant teach them to care; a great attitude is truly priceless. This level of care was a major deciding factor for me, rather than just calling for bids.Before the technician arrived, I received a courteous call informing me they would be arriving within 40 minutes, and the technician, Landon, arrived right on time. He was not only professional and dressed in a clean uniform but also very pleasant to talk to. His years of experience really put me at ease during a stressful situation with a water leak.With Landons knowledge, expertise, and positive attitude, all my worries were laid to rest. The work was completed very well and in a timely manner. I wholeheartedly appreciate the fantastic service I received and would definitely recommend Loyalty Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.     Loyalty plumbing was awesome, again! We had water and drain lines run for a dog wash station and an instant hot water tap installed.     New client. They found a way to fit me in right before Christmas even with their busy schedule. My emergency surprisingly ended up being a non-issue that would have been cleared up if I had just done one more step on my own. Marlon had it resolved in less than a minute, checked over my pipes just in case there were any other issues, gave me some good recommendations for maintaining the pipes in our new home, and didnt charge me a thing for having to drive out to flip a switch. Definitely will be working with this company again.One more pleasant thing about working with this company is that while they did have to give me a 4-hour time window for when to expect the technician, I received both a call and a text at least half an hour before they came, so I didnt need to hang around for 4 hours and could be pretty flexible with my own schedule.

    I really dont know where to begin..Landon was outstanding, very pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful of my home & family, and easy to talk to unlike other plumbing company staff. He kindly explained the process on getting my issues with my pipes resolved.     I wish I could give a 10 star review for Loyalty’s Plumbing excellent service! I called today and was scheduled later, the same day, in the afternoon. Alex, the technician, arrived within the time frame and I was given text notice when he was on his way. I was also sent a photo of the technician which is an excellent safety feature for customers. Alex was very professional, polite and patient with me. He explained the work involved and was very efficient and skilled. He also left the repair area orderly and clean.Thank you Loyalty Plumbing!     The person who answered the phone was very helpful and was able to get me same day service. Brian called to let me know who was coming to my house and when that would be. He actually sent a picture and bio of Luis. I appreciated the free consultation, as so many businesses charge these days. Luis came to my house, was very kind and respectful.     As a result of the severe heat experienced in my attic, a water break in a hose occurred. Adrian Trevino the plumbing technician arrived immediately and began the repair. He was thorough and completed the work in a timely manner. He was polite and, I believe, understood my anxiety. I am grateful for his expertise.     They stand for their name loyalty to their customers. The first job I got done with loyalty Plumbing a year ago was I needed a sink ASAP. They gave me a great price for the labor and they did it in the same night. I called at 4 PM they came out 45mins and started on the job and took away my old sink and put in the new sink and the fixtures, and then added the reverse osmosis that gives good water. 😂 They were very polite and as they were working they were answering all my questions and they were happy to do it. The owner of Loyalty Plumbing, Alexy is so amazing she makes you feel at home. And if there’s anything wrong, she’ll make sure her loyalty employees are out to do the job ASAP and they do it right. It’s going on two years and never had to call them back to refix any work they done.👍. The most awesome thing is being a member of Loyalty Plumbing because you get some perks. Alexy herself calls to remind you once a year to come out to make sure everything is working well in your home. You get amazing discounts on anything that needs to be done and they have amazing financing if needed. So last year I asked them about a water heater and a tankless water heater. There incredible Alex came out for the yearly maintenance he was funny, friendly, and answered any questions I had and was very patient. Alex drained the water heater out. It had rust in the water. He was letting me know that the water heater is old and needed to be replaced. He gave me two options another water heater or a tankless water heater. They both was priced very well, but we decided to go with the tankless water heater December 2023. They also refreshed my water softener tank that works even more amazing than before. I love the tankless water heater they put in. It feels so good to get hot water at all times. Angel and his partner Noah was the ones that put in my tankless water heater. And they did a great job. My HOA community is very strict on how things should look on the outside of your home. Alexy went out her way to match the paint that I have on the side of my house, sent Brian to paint the pipes from the tankless water heater. Just a week ago, my water softener was leaking and they sent out Adrian On a Sunday. he was smiling when he reached the garage door. I told him about the leak from the softener and the salt smelled moldy. He went the extra mile of kindness. He poured it out and cleaned the softener can. That brought tears to my eyes not only he rinsed the can out, He even put it back in good condition and then tightened up the hose that was leaking and regenerated the softener and poured the two new bags of salt softener in my garage into the can. He also shoveled up the old salt from the street and put it in the trashcan and cleaned up after. Adrian Was also happy to answer any questions I had on the softener and he also said if anything happens, just call them back. I was so happy, I gave Adrian a big hug and, pineapple juice and homemade chocolate chip cookies🍪. Even my cats are happy with Loyalty Plumbing and they are very hard to please.😂🤣😂 I also dont want to forget their amazing Justin thats in the Financial department. His Voice sounds so calm and relaxed. He needs his own radio station🤩. Personal note. Im very lazy but straight to the point. Me adding more then two sentences for this review shows just how happy I am about their service. But I took the time to read other review about this company. For me if a company is horrible I dont write a review and I just dont call them again. And yes you get some good ones and you get some bad ones and thats true. Alexy’s company name is perfect. Because we are all human beings that’re trying to live up to every clients expectations. But it takes two. As a client we need to show kindness. These companys like Alexy is sacrificing their lives to give a service that we can’t do ourselves. 🌸💕💕💕💕

    We needed some help with our cold water line and through our home warranty service we had plumbers come out who failed to come through with their promises or just didnt show up after waiting for hours.When we researched companies on our own to call, we found Loyalty Plumbing and seeing that they were family, veteran, and woman owned we had high hopes and today they came through for us big time!The Plumber they sent out was Justin and he was the nicest gentleman! He fixed the problem in a timely manner and made sure all was well before he left, even giving us some dog cookies for our dogs (which they loved).You will NOT be disappointed if you choose to go with this company!

    I needed a plumber to install the water pipe line to my outdoor sink. Jared gave me an estimate and then performed the necessary plumbing to install my sink and water filter.     After being notified by the Water District that we had a slow continuous leak on our property we called Loyalty Plumbing to find out what they charge to do leak detection. We were happy to find out they would come out at no cost to diagnose the problem and then they would give us an estimate for repairs. Everyone involved was very professional and friendly. Jared was phenomenal taking the time to explain our options as well as explaining how he determined where our leak was. Angel who did the repair today was thorough and did a clean job. Re-routing our water supply to the refrigerator required cutting into the dry wall and pulling the line through the attic. Angel was very efficient and careful to only cut the size holes in the wall that were absolutely necessary.As well I’d like to mention Alexy, who is one of the business owners, and who was so kind in listening to our concerns when we made our first inquiry by phone. This company really stands by their name “Loyalty” and they treat you as if you’re family. So refreshing to find these plumbers. We will definitely be using them from now on!They also send you a text alert with a photo of the technician who will be coming to do the work, and they kept us updated on their arrival time all the way through. Absolutely a top-notch organization.

    Just had Daniel come out to repair a leaking outdoor pipe. He is well prepared and knowledgeable. After fixing the issue we walked through the whole home to inspect potential issues and covered options for preventative maintenance as well. Great experience, learned things about my own home, and most importantly got our problem solved!Loyalty also offers a pretty generous military discount and their one year membership provides priority for 24 hour emergency service, which I hope we won’t have to use but provides a peace of mind that I didn’t have before. I couldn’t recommend them more!

    My husband and I had an issue with our water heater. I called Loyalty and spoke with Alexy, she had someone to my house that day around 4 PM. Adrian came out assessed the leak and gave us 3 different quotes along with photos. He was so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable.     Called with a backed up drain that was effecting most of the house. Answered the phone immediately and set us up an appointment for late in the day, with a promise to let me know if could get here earlier. Well what do you know called me to let me know that they could be here 2 hours earlier if I wanted. Well of course I did, and really appreciate a company that promises something and delivers. I received a text showing a picture of the tech who would be showing up and to expect a call from him as a courtesy to let me know he was on his way. Well he called 5 minutes later and showed up almost exactly within the time he estimated, pretty good customer service. When he arrived, Alex was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After determining which area was plugged he was able to get our drains flowing again, with little disruption to our routine. Their service included a free camera scan of our pipes so after the clean out Alex began the scan, unfortunately the camera light quit working 1/2 way through. Instead of playing it off as if nothing was wrong, Alex pulled it out explained to me the equipment malfunction and said if it was alright he could reschedule at our convenience to come back for the scan another day. That was fine with me. The next day I got a call from the office, we set up another time and Alex showed up on time and completed the scan. Again a company that fulfills their promises is pretty refreshing. Would I recommend loyalty plumbing… ABSOLUTELY!

    After living in our house for about 7 years, my family had our first, somewhat-major issue requiring plumbing work. Immediately, I was annoyed because Im not a fan of dealing with plumbers, electricians, etc. - it typically costs an arm and a leg for even the most minor repairs. Not to mention, Ive dealt with plumbers in the past where theyre disrespectful and/or lie to you. But, I needed to contact one because my background in plumbing is limited to toilet plungers, draining water heaters, and replacing a toilet...and contrary to belief, utilizing a plunger is an art, but doesnt make me a master plumber.After an online search, I selected four different plumbers to call. The first one mentioned they dont conduct water heater/water softener repairs (I assumed it was one of the two that was causing my plumbing issue, but wasnt 100% sure). The person/company wasnt even willing to come out to assess what the issue may be. Oh well...on to the next one on the list, which happens to be Loyalty Plumbing. As you can tell, I stopped here. Overall, my experience with Loyalty Plumbing was phenomenal, and heres why:Admin/Logistics: Alexy took my phone call and let me tell you...with the rude people serving in a customer service capacity these days, it was comforting and inviting to experience such compassion, professionalism, and overall, good personality in Alexy. Its apparent she isnt a rookie at this because she quickly retrieved, processed, and finalized my information in the system, and even set-up an appointment for the same day! This is just A+ service because I didnt even mention that my situation was a dire emergency. Thanks, Alexy!Assessment/Resolution: Brian was the dedicated technician assigned to my work order. Between he, Alexy, and the automated emails/texts, communications were outstanding throughout the day. Whenever Brian showed up, he listened to the issues I was having with my water. At no point, did he interrupt me mid-conversation to try and quickly find what the issue was so he could leave early - a true professional. He explained in detail what my issue was, why it occurred, and what was needed to resolve it (which happens to be a new water softener). He went over the options with me in detail and never pushed a product on me or try to steer me in only one direction with my decision. I told him I wanted to think it over and contact him later on with my decision (whether to purchase a new softener with them or forego that idea and purchase it elsewhere). He allowed me to contact him at any time which speaks millions of his character and commitment to his work/company. I decided to go with the new water softener and filtration system and he set me up with an appointment the very next day. Thanks, Brian!Maintenance/Installation: Brian contacted me in the morning and mentioned that Justin will be the technician installing my new system. Within 30 minutes, I received a phone call from Justin introducing himself and informing me of his estimated arrival. The automated messages you receive from the company is awesome - it even contains a link that takes you to a tracking system so you can see where your technician is (just like those ride-hailing apps). Justin did such an exceptional job on the water softener/filter installation. He was courteous, professional, and extremely communicative while completing the task. He even asked if I was satisfied with the location of the system or if I wanted him to adjust it. Justin was so patient when listening to all my questions and responded to every one of them in great detail.     Our water heater sprung a leak and after doing some research we called Loyalty Plumbing and so glad we did. Alex came out and discussed all the options from a traditional water heater to a tankless water heater. We never felt pressured or pushed, just informed.     Water Pressure Regulator LeakingOn February 24 I came back from a 7 days cruise. I turned back on my main water line and I’ve noticed that my water pressure regulator was leaking. I immediately searching for a plumber reading reviews and found about 4 plumbing company to call for an estimate. One company told me to take a picture what needs to be done and he gave me a quote right after I sent him the picture. Another company came to my house and quoted me but it’s $250 more from the previous company. On February 26 I had an appointment from Loyalty Plumbing from 10a to 12p. At approximately 0936 hours I received a call from Jared (Technician)and he introduced himself and gave an estimated time for his arrival. Immediately after I also received a text about his experience and quick background. When Jared arrived with another guy which I believe a trainee I showed him what needed to be done. Both Jared and his trainee were respectful and professional. Jared was not only focusing on fixing the water pressure valve but he also took his time to explain and educate me how the water pressure valve works. Jared gave me an estimate which about in the middle of the price of the two other companies. What makes Jared’s separate from the two guys besides being professional he got the ALOHA spirit and I decided to hire him. Thanks Loyalty Plumbing!

    Very happy with the service so far. Our plumber Alex quickly and thoroughly assessed the situation. He was able to make the necessary repairs as much as he could for the first part of the overall process, which will involve a few more parties for the amount of damage my bathroom took. He quickly got me in touch with a restoration company who came by less than an hour after Alex had left to schedule the next set of repairs. They came out the next day and were now on day two and moving along as expected. Weve been through much worse in our first home which was a two story condo building and we had the first floor unit, so we knew more or less what to expect.  Hope to have an update soon with positive end results, but again, very happy with the progress and service utp to this point.

I got a text with the picture of the dude Jared that was coming out so I knew who to expect. Which. As a mom, this really made me feel more comfortable knowing who I am opening our home up to. About 30 minutes before arrival he called me to confirm how long GPS said it would take to get here. The call was so professional. He got here right in time and put on little shoe covers, which was not necessary, but I always love when people enter our home like they care about it. So he ran through a few issues we have, aside from the water heater, and then gave us options. There was ZERO pressure and the guy is a just really cool.     We had a water leaking from our shower handle. I called Loyalty Plumbing and they sent Justin out the next day. He was amazing! The cartridge was very different to remove. He removed it and replaced with new one and handle for the shower. We had a new shower head that was sitting there that he put on as well. We will be using their services again.

    Needed to have my two faucets replaced in our master bathroom. One was heavily corroded. From the get-go, Alexis spoke with my wife and it was so easy to arrange an appointment to provide an estimate.When Taylor the plumbing technician arrived, he was very thorough in assessing the ask we had and provided multiple options on the possible cause of the corroded faucet after looking at it. He was not one of those pressure salesman/technician who just came to replace the faucets but wanted to get to the root cause of the corrosion. He wanted to rule out what it was not before proceeding with replacement. He suggested a water test since we had soft water looping throughout the house, From the results of the test, we could proceed with and narrow down the cause. He inquired about our water heater and was going to need to look at the anode rod.We have previously gone through a few plumbing companies to have our faucet and water heater replaced: Not once was mentioned we needed to replace the anode rod in the water heater annually because of the corrosiveness of the Las Vegas water.Since he would have to come back to test the water from the corroded faucet, we made another appointment for today. We arranged it so that we picked out the faucets we liked from a local big box store after Taylor left yesterday.Today, he showed up with an apprentice Noah who worked on our water heater by having it flushed and the anode rod inspected. Taylor worked on the faucets. The one faucet was pretty bad off after he removed it and about the same time Noah flushed our heater and it was muddy (rust) and lots of calcium deposits came out of it. As suspected there was nothing left of the anode rod which was a little over 2 years old assuming it was brand new when we replaced the water heater back then. A new anode rod replaced. Taylor showed us the parts of the old faucet which was really bad off while Noah then worked on the faucet which was not showing any exterior damage.It was discovered all the previous technicians never once replaced both drain covers and the under to the basin pipes. Taylor and Noah replaced it all.The workmanship and thoroughness really exceeded our expectations. Before they left the ensured they answered any remaining questions we may have had. They really took care of us! The wife and I felt it was money well spent.We will be going with them for future plumbing needs. Thank you Loyalty Plumbing!Update: 01/18/2024: Called to have our outdoor spigots replaced after some time. From making the appointment to servicing it went smoothly. Although on the pricier side, Alex did a real nice job cleaning up and replacing the spigots we purchased separately.     We requested service on a water softener. Tyler M. was the technician and he was outstanding! He arrived within the scheduled time. He was very responsive as he called, texted and emailed prior to arriving, so that we would know he was on the way. He voluntarily wore booties over his shoes throughout the house, which we appreciated because we dont wear shoes in the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable about the job, polite, respectful, and very personable. He was also very understanding of our individual situation, he clearly explained the how and why of everything he was doing, answered our questions and gave us options. Loyalty Plumbing also uses the latest technology for ease of communication, quotes, pictures and invoicing, and that is a plus for us too.     Recirculating pump installation & plumbing to return line repair. Had to do some research to adequately understand what I needed in order to (1) describe my plumbing problem, and (2) select a good plumbing company. Was very glad to make the decision to contact Loyalty Plumbing and describe the issues over the phone. Jared was kind enough to come out and explain how the water recirculating pump worked with the hot & cold lines in my gas water heater. He was very patient & happy to explain the repair work involved. The repair work and installation was skillfully performed, some that would have taken me more hours to do as a DIY’er. There’s some things you know you can do and there are times when you need to contact the professionals. So glad I did. Jared took the time time to make sure there were no leaks after repair and to make sure the water pressure in my house was adequate. He also took the time to point out any areas that needed some simple attention. I actually felt bad because the service call was only 25 dollars, and he went above and beyond (literally) in my attic and looked everywhere for a dripping sound I thought I was hearing (no leak detected, likely normal hvac operation).
