Excellent, honest, and helpful. I called Leak Expert because I have an undetected leak issue in the backyard. Yes, I hired four other companies before, and none of them could find it but advised other ways that cost a ton. No one gave expert advice, but Mark from Leak Expert gave excellent, honest advice. They took responsibility by not charging a detection fee since they could not pinpoint the leak. Even though they charge for it, the cost is reasonable.

Oh my goodness! I found myself with both bathrooms showers in need of repair. I called to schedule an appointment and was delighted to be given an appointment the same day! They gave me an estimate that was a little over half of what the other estimates I got came in at. They were there in the morning when they told me they would be (on a Saturday) and although they figured it would only take them one day (7 to 8 hours) the job ended up being more difficult than was expected. The job took another 7 hours on Sunday for two people, but was finished and everything works great. They even put the yard back into a condition that you couldnt tell it had been dug up with over 50 feet of ditches. Gravel landscaping back and looking as good as it did previously. The work overall is definitely 5 stars. I gave 4 because it took twice as long as estimated and they asked for an increase in price to pay for the extra manhours rather than sticking to their original estimate. I will definitely recommend.
