I don’t think I’ve experienced such expedited, courteous, and top notch customer service from a repair/plumbing company. Scheduling a time and response to my need was quick and efficient. Matt was the first technician to come out and he was prompt from start to finish. They would have been able to complete the job the same day but had to go through approvals from my rental management company. Trestan was here the very next day and installed my new water heater. Great job to this team of professionals!

Wow, excellent customer service from my initial call to now.I called on Tuesday they said they could start on the water main replacement on Wed, its Wed night and they did not leave until the water was back on. Positive and professional from the beginning to end of phase 1. I could not be more pleased with my service so far from Jump 2 It Plumbing. Do yourself a favor, when you need something done right, handled on time and with respect call these guys and gals. I dont typically do reviews unless its outstanding service so there you have it. Extremely impressed with this company. Inspector comes tomorrow and the back fill is done after. I just had my front yard landscaping redone and they have taken extra care knowing how upsetting it is to have that dug up to replace the main water line. I will do a final review as well but wanted to give kudos to Derrick, Julie, Scott, Andrew and the entire team Ive worked with so far. OUTSTANDING customer service. A++

I had a plumber from Express Home Services come to my house yesterday to install a garbage disposal. He left the job with a leaking, cracked sink basket and couldnt get the electrical set up. Then he left my bathtub and dog grooming equipment full of water in the bathtub when cleaning up his pails. He wanted me to pay him full price today to come a fix everything after I paid him in full yesterday.Today, I decided to go with Jump 2 It Plumbing to have it fixed. Darrick and his son came over within an hour or so and had my kitchen working perfectly in 30 minutes. So happy that this fiasco was fixed in a day. Five - star service!

Updated review (10/12/23). Preston & Roger the owners of this company still settle for nothing but the best in service. Recent job (my 4th) to replace a water heater went like easy clockwork. They gave me a very reasonable price for a first class job and unit. Chatting with them reveals their similar strict standards for all the servicemen they hire. They don’t tolerate poor customer relations, sloppy work habits or poor installations. A good customer review is very important to these guys. I also love their instant text messages indicating their driving distance, departure and job arrival times. You never have to guess where they are! I have been using Jump To It Plumbing for a year now after moving to this area and they are the best trusted contractors I’ve hired over everyone else who has done work on my house.Do you miss the honest, trustworthy and fair priced plumbers of yesteryear? You’ve found them with this company. When I needed a water softener after moving to Nevada and as a single woman I prayed I’d find a plumber who wouldn’t rip me off. Preston and his 40+ year plumber experienced father Roger were just the right fit. Their experience, expertise and fair pricing along with their prompt action to help me couldn’t have been better. Instinctively I knew I could trust them. They advised me on a good softener and installed it neatly. They came running when I had a kitchen sink plumbing problem. They came back on another date to install a laundry tub. They have become like family! I feel perfectly comfortable to leave them in my house to repair or do any work at this point. I would use them again hands down, and I would recommend their services based on my experience.Financing was quick and easy took 5 minutes via text. Read this entire review so you can get an idea how great these guys and gals are. I had a second-story tub drain leak and I had already opened up the ceiling below the leak myself. A friend referred me to Jump 2 It, they were the first of FIVE quotes that I got. Not only were they the lowest quote (except for a guy who wasnt bonded) they were lower than the other three by $250 - $450!! Plus, they were the ONLY company of the five who said they wouldnt have to open the wall behind the tub, which would have created another drywall repair job and added expense: my one request was that they do the job entirely from below and they were the only team who agreed. When the original tech had a personal emergency, Anna worked hard to make sure another plumber, Brandon, got to me on time. What happens with older plumbing (25+ years) is that fixing a leak sometimes leads to other things breaking and that happened in this case. Brandon ran out, got the parts he needed, and still finished the job in a very reasonable time frame. Even with the the additional work, the entire cost of the job STILL came in lower than the next highest quote! And they were still able to do the entire job from below, saving me even more money and hassle. Anna and Brandon both were fantastic, and I would absolutely use this company again and easily recommend them to anyone.

The main water pipe in my front yard was leaking, and my water bills were enormous. They quickly detected where the leak was, and replaced the whole system from the water meter to the house. They were prompt, professional, including the phone staff, and reasonable in price. They refilled the trench they dug, and replaced the dirt, stones and edging so no one could even tell they had been moved. They also helped to secure financing for me. I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

We heard running water when nothing was on and Jump 2 It found that we had a slab leak. Since our house was built in 1979, we decided to have them do a complete repipe to avoid more leaks in the future, but Troy did not make us feel pressured to do that. He explained our options and that seemed like the best thing to do. The price Jump 2 It gave us was significantly lower than the estimate a different company gave us. We also had them replace our 22 year old water heater which had a rust spot that would’ve presented a problem soon. They got to work the very next morning after the estimate and were very responsive when I called with questions. Every employee I spoke to was patient and friendly when explaining things and they resolved some small issues that popped up during the job. They seem to run their business with integrity and that made me feel less stressed about doing such a major home repair.

Honest and quick. They fixed the problem on one days notice. We had a leak. A different plumbing company insisted that we need to tear up concrete slabs etc to find the leak. Jump 2 it, on the other hand, diagnosed it as a faulty water softener and offered us options of bypassing it (cheaper) or replacing it. We replaced it with a non leaking and more efficient new unit and they also installed a pipe conduit for our air conditioners discharge to go into a water fountain and fixed another faucet in the back yard. A+++. work. I highly recommend this company.

I shopped for a new water heater install from 8 different contractors and Jump 2 It was by far the best deal. They were quick to respond to any of my questions and never tried to upsell me on stuff I didnt need like many of the bigger companies in Las Vegas did. Their price was nearly half what YES Las Vegas Plumbing was asking, which was the most expensive company we got a quote from. Jeremy did our install and he was incredibly nice and professional. One of my sons actually came outside and chatted with him while he did the installation. They came out the next day and were done with the new water heater after just 90 minutes. I was very impressed and will gladly reach out to them again if I have any major plumbing needs.

Nick worked incredibly hard trenching and George didn’t stop, while he was trying to get this job done. Even in this heat, while they were working they were friendly and answered my questions. Sean worked incredibly hard saw cutting the driveway and digging the first hole looking for the leak. Sean also does a great job of cement repair. They put my landscaping back almost new. What can I say, when you have a slab leak you need a plumber to come out and fix it!! I woke up one morning and my floors, carpeting and walls were wet! I didnt see a leak, but I assumed it was coming from the slab. I called Jump 2 it plumbing and made an appointment for that day.They came to my house. They found the problem within minutes and showed me what was going on. A guy named Darrick gave me a written estimate and the price seemed ok to me. Im not one to find the cheapest plumber, He was very knowledgable so I was happy with this company fixing it. He said they have fixed tons of water leaks in Las vegas so that helped me feel at ease.They got started right away and got it fixed. They were friendly and they worked really fast. They also had a guy help me get the carpet repaired rand the walls repaired. I was really happy with the whole process.
