    So impressed with Johnny on The Spot. Our next door neighbor was replacing their system and we asked some questions. A salesman came to our house that afternoon. We received quotes promptly with a few different brands and options. Before we made our decision, our system quit on us.     Very kind, respectful of my property, clearly smart as well. He was honest about my heater too. He was my second tech to take a look at it and the first tech from a different company quoted me $2300 to repair the broken part. Cassey from Johnny On The Spot came and said he could replace a piece of the part for $500. My heater is back up and running and I saved a lot of money, especially during this holiday season. 10/10, I’ll be returning when I need the old heater replaced.

    Everyone at Johnny On The Spot was wonderful! A friend recommended them to me when my AC died in the middle of the night. I called them for a second opinion when another company tried to take advantage of an emergency situation. My house was too hot to stay in with my dog and the lovely woman on the phone went out of her way to help me get as much information as I could. Even switching to text when I had to be on calls for work. Johnny came over for a consultation the next day and went through all of my options with me without any pressure. They were able to schedule me me a couple of days earlier than they initially thought. The crew was very professional and polite. They made sure to protect my house wherever they were working. Other than my house no longer being 100+ degrees, you would never have even known they were there. I would definitely recommend Johnny on the Spot and will be using them going from now on.

    Thank you to Rawson Abordo and his team today. The team came in this morning , replaced and install a brand new a/c unit. They are very hardworking and I’m happy that my A/C is running well. They just finished working , and very professional of what they do. I appreciate the hard work being in the attic all day installing everything with a temperature of at least 115 deg f almost all day. I truly respect of what Johnny on the spot team does.

    Bryant is knowledgeable and was able to explain the questions that I had about the burner especially when he noticed a spark while he was tuning the burner. He found out there was a wire not plugged in tightly enough. When I asked what that wire was for, he promptly looked at the electric diagram and explained it was for the blower. If it is not connected, he said the burner would overheat and broke down. I am glad he noticed it and resolved it. Otherwise, I will be looking at a big expense in the future. We both wondered how did this come about.

    What a great experience. I sent a message yesterday and less than 24 hours later I have a new water heater installed by the nicest installer Alex. The price was reasonable and he provided me a couple of options and hauled away the old one and gave me some money off for it as well. It is never a good thing to have to replace a water heater but they made it very easy for me. Alex was very efficient and left a clean work area. Thank you so much.

    I appreciated that Bryant & Jose sends me a text that they were on the way to my home.I Was having a motor replaced in my condenser outside it wasn’t performing in peak condition.Bryant was very experienced went through the procedures for my system. I’m so thankful that I purchased the yearly plan so We were able to identify a problem as well as getting a call at the right time to service my unit!!!     Very fast and efficient. The service was top notch and the tech left no questions in our minds. A solid, transparent company that wont try to talk you into any services you dont need. Everything was explained pretty black and white, and they dont overstep. Very polite and courteous as well. My family and I wont ever go through anyone else.     We purchased four filters for our 1,000 square foot unit at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, when the technician came out to replace the filter, the company had ordered the wrong size. On the second visit, the technician didnt have the filters we ordered but replaced the filter with the one we had available. Despite our efforts, we never received the items. When we contacted the company, the representative suggested that we may have misplaced them, which was disheartening. Weve been dealing with this issue for quite some time. However, today, the representative reached out to us and mentioned that the technician may not remember the situation, but they will send another technician with a filter to make the switch. Its frustrating that Johnny has both our money and the product. Unfortunately, our experience with many Nevada companies has been less than satisfactory, and Im not sure if its a cultural issue.Update: We appreciate Johnny for reaching out to us and promptly resolving our issue. A simple apology can make a significant difference. Once again, thank you.

    We had one very old (35 yrs) AC unit which was causing problems with the circuit breaker box and a 15 yr old unit with a malfunctioning compressor. James Cox was our first contact. He spent lots of time with us determining what we needed and what he recommended. They installed two new units (AC plus furnace) for us the following week. Two teams came out early and worked very long hours to finish the job in one day. They were very respectful of us and our home. They were quiet and efficient and knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards.Technician Jordan Ito did the Spring checkup 3/7/22 on all 5 of our units. He was prompt, professional, thorough and efficient. There were no problems. We continue to be happy with this company and their services.On 7/14/23 we found that the upstairs thermostat needed to be calibrated. As a result the rooms were so hot that it was difficult to work or sleep there. Gabriel Gomez came out and checked the temperature and calibrated the thermostat. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Just a small change in temperature made a big difference. We are so grateful that Johnny on the Spot came out so quickly and set the temperature correctly.Our most recent call to Johnny On The Spot was due to a rusty fairly old water heater that began leaking the day before we had planned a trip out of state. Johnnys new plumber Alex Ramirez responded that day even though it was a week-end. He is very pleasant but doesnt waste any time. He knows his business and within hours he had installed a brand new Bradford White 50 Gal hot water heater. We are so happy knowing that we now have a plumber that we can count on when we need him.Thanks Alex and thank you Johnny!James Cox did our maintenance this spring and checked all five of our units.     The technician was quick to diagnose what the issue was. It wasn’t what was originally thought. He didn’t give up until he found what the issue was. He was able to fix it very very quickly. Then while he was here, he went ahead and did the maintenance on two of the units AC units, and found that there was a part that was below recommended specs from the manufacturer. Luckily, you had the part on his truck. He quickly made that change out. Very professional. Very personable. I look forward to working with him in the future.

    Finally I have clean, no dust or buggy ducts spreading that gray film everywhere. Cassey spent hours removing, cleaning and then replacing each room’s ceiling grill after a massive hepa vacuum and power brush sucked out years of junk. I’m very glad I had this work done. Really great equipment and great a great HVAC tech. Clean you home now.

    Started getting cold. Time to fire up the heater. Replaced all the filters, and turned on “Heat”. We have 3 stations using one big system. 2 of the 3 worked perfectly. But #3 was dead. Nothing. With our previous excellent service from Johnny on the Spot, decided to call them. Called at 1:45pm. They set the appointment for 2:00 - 5:00 same day! Bryant showed up at 3:15 👍. Turns out it was a bad motor on station 3. He had to run and get one, was back in 45 minutes. Fixed everything perfectly, and made additional adjustments to all 3 so they would be efficient. So happy. Thank you for another awesome job.

    Technician was on time and did a very good job checking out the system. Compressor caught fire due to faulty relay so had to be replaced. Job was done in 4 hours with 10 year warranty, I have 11 rentals and use them exclusively for all of my AC repairs. Too bad they dont do plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone. Good company and good employees.Update 7/24/2024. They have done 2 more installations for me and James always gives me the best price possible. They do have plumbing now so I try to use as much as possible if they can meet my time frame. They always respond very quickly. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgable and didn’t try to upsell me. My HVAC is original 2005 so I know my days are numbered.     Jose conducted an evaluation of our HVAC system under the maintenance agreement. He said that everything is operating within acceptable parameters. We havent received a report of the details yet, but we appreciate that he adjusted the timing of our Aprilaire unit and he changed our interior filters per our request. He also provided estimates for duct cleaning and upgrade to an air scrubber. We look forward to making comparisons during the Spring Maintenance Visit.

    I can barely find the words to express how pleased I am with Johnny On The Spots responsiveness, friendliness, efficiency, communication, and even their pricing!My mothers AC had stopped cooling her house, causing the inside temperature to reach 83 degrees. Johnny On The Spot sent a technician (James) who came out to the house within a few hours and quickly diagnosed the issue. James was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and communicative, keeping me informed all along the way. He showed genuine concern for my mom and went the extra mile to make sure the AC was working before he left. Perhaps most surprising of all, the fixes were so minor that we were only charged the diagnostic fee!Im so incredibly impressed with Johnny On The Spot - and James - that Ive now signed up for Johnnys Comfy Club to ensure that my moms heating and AC will be checked and maintained at regular intervals. And the price is so reasonable!I cant possibly recommend Johnny On The Spot highly enough!

    Don’t wait until it breaks!! welp, we found out the hard way why you shouldn’t wait!! Our AC broke down over the weekend, a very, very hot weekend, but thanks to Johnny On The Spot we have cool air again!! Jose Diaz helped us choose a new system to replace our 25+ year old AC and helped us with the financing as well. Jose was patient and very pleasant to work with during the entire process. Angelo, Andrew, Jayden and Oscar were extremely professional during the installation and worked very hard to see that our new system was up and running in one day! I don’t how they do it, working in their long sleeved uniform in this hot weather, but they did, and I appreciate all their efforts. Someone give them a raise!! I would highly recommend Johnny On The Spot and all their staff, from the first step in calling to make an appointment to the final point of installation, everyone was courteous and professional, thank you.
