I used Old Republic Home Warranty. First contractor had me worried with bad reviews. Asked for another one and JT was up. They sent Kevin who arrived at the window they provided. He diagnosed that my condenser motor was bad. He replaced it and my unit is working as it should. Ask for Kevin if you use JT Temp!

Kevin was courteous, professional , easy to understand. Despite a very long day and arriving around 5:30 pm, he got right to work, diagnosed the problem, informed me of the condition of the heating unit, walked me through on resetting thermostat. He also measured every register in the house to get the desired output. I had a glitch with my service order through Old Republic, but I am glad they sent JT temperature with a very proficient employee, Kevin, and resolved the problem.

My heat wasnt working so I called my home warranty company and within 10 minutes of getting off the phone I had a phone call from JT temperature. Da Quan came out the first time diagnosed the problem and quickly ordered the part needed then came back out to fix it with Joseph. Not only were they extremely professional, but they were very kind and made me feel very comfortable having them in my home. They wouldnt even let me tip them even though they deserved it. At one point it looked like my pump was stuck and I would need a new one, but they worked the problem and got it unstuck so I would not have to wait for another part to be ordered. They also helped avoid turning the water off to my entire building so my neighbors wouldnt be upset and found a way around it. They also gave me a heads up about a possible future issue with my water heater so I could inform my home warranty. I will be asking My home warranty to use the same company. My technicians were Joseph and Da Quan and I would trust them to come back on work on anything else in my home anytime. Very very pleased with this company. Thank you so much!

My vacation home has 2 AC units, 1 went out last summer and the other one last month. Both times I had Brian and Joseph out to replace them and I couldnt be happier with the work they did. They were on time, courteous, professional and efficient. I also dealt with Tracy at their office, she was very helpful when scheduling the the work as she had to work around my busy schedule. I highly recommend JT Temperature!

There are still some honest companies out there and JT Temperature is just that.. selling my home we went through a inspection and monarch HVAC stated I needed a whole new unit and came up with issue after issue.. relaying on my Home warranty insurance they sent out JT and I was lucky enough to get Kevin and Daquan…. They were extremely knowledgeable found absolutely nothing wrong with my unit or the duct work. I will continue to do business with this company and will always request these 2 techs.. thank you Kevin and Daquan for being honest stand up men!!

JT Temperature was a lifesaver. We came home from vacation at 10:30 PM to our AC not working and house at 101. They came out the next day and diagnosed what was wrong within 5 minutes. They didn’t have the part needed, so they said they’d come back tomorrow with it. Turns out the part they needed was out of stock everywhere for the next month. What did they do? They cleared their morning schedule, BUILT the part they needed, and came out first thing this morning to install it to hold us over until the part comes in. Joseph and Kody are class acts, I’ll never use another HVAC company besides these guys ever again.

I had my plumbing completely backed up. Brian (apparently theres a couple so Im not sure which one) came out. He listened to the my feedback about what was repair type things I had tried and went to work immediately using that information. It was a faulty flapper valve, he cleaned it out and explained/ showed me what the issue was. He was very pleasant and efficient.

I had my outdoor air conditioning unit replaced. This was done to my home warranty company. The home warranty company in JT Temperature Were able to communicate with each other In a timely manner to approve the replacement of the unit. Once approved an appointment was scheduled. The two technicians that came out to install the unit were awesome! They were professional, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job and had my AC restored. I was also very happy with the companies practice of sending text messages advising when the service technicians would be arriving. This was a great company and had a good reputation online. I had asked my warranty company specifically if I could use this company. I was not disappointed. Thank you JT temperature! Special thanks to the technicians that responded to my home.

My AC unit stopped cooling in my rental home. My landlord sent out JT Temp. Their reception lady who answers the phones was very kind. She sent a team out right away. They did their assessment very quickly and asked for approval from the landlord very quickly. They had to wait for that response and initially wouldn’t return until 5 days later. We spoke with their receptionist once again and she understood completely our need to a sooner appointment. She did everything she could and ended up being able to squeeze us in the very next day. The gentlemen were here really fast. They were very nice and did there work incredibly quick. Me and my family are very grateful to them. We highly recommend them. Thanks to all of you! No more 90 degrees in the house .

Albert the plumber was great. They use an app called dispatch so when I got the text that they were coming I knew what to expect and they arrived as expected.They did quick work and solve two plumbing issues quickly. One was a leaky shower valve in the master and the other was a clogged since in the secondary bath. Very professional and super easy to work with.It was warranty work covered by my property manager so I cant speak to price.Easy 5 stars.

Had some leaky toilets that were making quite the mess. Agustin was able to diagnose the issue, and convinced my landlords to fully replace the toilets with new ones when they just wanted a cheap patch job done. Turned out that there was a lot more going on than what could be seen at a glance, but he fixed it all good as new! JT Temperature was referred to me after the upstairs AC stopped working. I had already had another company out to give a quote, but I didnt get a good feeling and the quote seemed on the high end. Then I called JT Temperature and I felt a lit more comfortable with what they explained and the quote that they gave. The technicians Joseph and Brian did a great job, arrived on time, came in under the quote, and even vacuumed up after the were done. Based upon my impression of him while he was an employee of another company, I decided to continue to utilize the services and skills as offered by J T Temperature. Joseph is a courteous, personable and professional who is sincere about the services his company J T Temperature offers and provides.My reasoning for calling upon this company is rather selfish - Joseph provides excellent and reliable service. How many times have we all been burned by some service provider or become disappointed with a product? Well, that is simply NOT the case with J T Temperature. The quality of Joseph’s work is superior to others. The quantity of work he performs for the prices is competitive and reasonable. And probably most important, Joseph and his crew “value” the customer.I call upon J T Temperature every April and October as the seasons change. He services both the air conditioning and heating units at our home. Never has Joseph failed to arrive on time. And, never has the service failed. With a “batting average” like that, it would be foolish to try a different company.I highly commend and recommend J T Temperature.
