I cant express how fortunate I was to have picked Impact Plumbing to deal with a plumbing issue. Actually, it turned out not to be an issue at all.My parents accidentally flushed a nitrile glove down the toilet. I was obviously concerned this would lead to a blockage. I contacted Joe and he completely understood my concerns, and arranged for a technician to come out and assess things.The technician took a look and told me that given the way the drains were functioning, that the glove was likely already out to the sewer and not to worry about it. That was it. No up-sell, no fear-inducing talk of having to snake all of the drains....just an honest appraisal from a skilled professional. As Joe (the owner) said to me, We pride ourselves on providing quality, licensed service at competitive prices. I can confirm this statement is true.Id also like to point out that my elderly US veteran parents were treated very kindly and respectfully by the technician. Best experience Ive had with a plumbing service, by far. Dispatcher was quick and on point, and technician Mike was on time, knowledgeable, and quick. I thought I was in for days without water and a HUGE hassle to fix the issue. Mike came out to my place at 7PM after I was freaking out for being overcharged by another company. Mike came out and looked at what was being done by the other company and considered the charge--he confirmed I was being charged quite a bit more than he would have charged but also put my mind at ease. Live and learn, right? I made a poor choice going with the first company that could come out to fix my water main. Dont make the same mistake I did. I truly appreciated Mike coming out just to give me some reassurance and peace of mind. Also, if you own your home and dont have insurance for the water main between your house and the street--get it. Its $3 a month. Home Serve is one company that offers it.

I bought a condo a few years ago and it came with the original waterheater with a hydraulic system. This is not a typical waterheater because its connected to the AC furnice and heats up the air during winter. We needed to replace our waterheater due to its old age and did thorough research of plumbing companies that offer hydraulic waterheaters for sale as well as installation. There were a few companies that sounded good, but Joes Impact Plumbing stood out. The reviews were outstanding! I usually take such raving reviews with a grain of salt because in my experience they usually get my hopes up and I end up getting sorely disappointed. Not this time! I gotta say, Joes reputation preceeded him. From our very first meeting, the initial consultation, to present time, over a year later, Joe proved that all those reviews are well earned. He treats you like a person - he discusses your budget with you, customizes everything to meet your needs, and he works with you every step of the way. At this point, its been over a year since Joe installed our water heater. Any time I had a question or an issue, I contacted Joe and he always resolved everything in a timely manner. He never once dismissed me, made me feel as an inconvenience (which as you know happens a lot in service industry), or rushed the job. Time after time, he provided outstanding customer service coupled with high quality work. He has a huge number of customers and yet he knows me by my name. In our day and time, its extremely rare. Joe is professional, personable, genuine, and knowledgeable. You cant ask for anyone better. Go with Joe and Impact Plumbing, you wont regret it!

Water quality in vegas can directly affect your health and the longevity of appliances and pipes in your home. Our new system was installed within 2 days of our initial inspection. Had a leaky fill valve and an ancient angle stop that didnt even work. Matthew diagnosed quickly and gave us 3 potential options. We landed on buying/replacing entire toilet as it was probably 15 years old. It turns out that the angle stop part they installed was faulty and it ended up leaking but they made it back out a few days later and switched it out no problem. Pricing seemed on par for the industry standards. Overall great experience, will use again for future projects.

Thank you Joe! Just this morning, I had The Not-Impact Plumbing Company come out to my home with an ASTRONOMICAL quote for a new water heater. Booked them to come out between 12-4p today, but the cost just didnt sit right in my soul. Quick Google/Yelp search and I see nothing but glowing reviews for Impact. So I called for quotes and with questions about 3 or 4 times (sorry Joe) in the hour between Not-Impact Plumbing leaving my house and their planned install. I had all my questions answered, a handful of emailed quotes for various service options, AND a same day appointment for the install. Joe and his partner were in and out under 2 hours, I didnt have to sell my offspring to afford him, everything is under a good warranty, and Im pleased!! Impact Plumbing is now on my short list...and Im letting my sister know about them. Shes buying her first place and will need a good plumber.

Matthew installed our Rheem water softener we purchased from Home Depot. We are so happy with the quality of work and his professionalism. He added a shut off valve and a faucet so we could attach a hose to wash our car with soft water. I would highly recommend Impact Plumbing.A Home Depot associate told us we could install this ourselves. Matthew ran into problems with it because one of the Rheem parts broke during installation and we had to wait for the part from the manufacturer to arrive. Not only that but the clamps they provide arent the best and he had to use a quality part so the hose wouldnt leak. Theres no way we couldve done this ourselves just call Impact Plumbing.

We are eager to give a 5 Star review, after our experience with Impact Plumbing. Every step of the way -- it was always positive, helpful and responsive dealing with everyone from this company. At our home, unfortunately we had a major outdoor Main Line water leak. We were informed by our water company, that we were leaking hundreds of gallons a day from our main like break. It was incredibly stressful for our family as we rushed to try and contact plumbing companies for this major job. After listening to what we needed from a system, he gave us information on a couple of different ones that would work well for us. Gerson had great product knowledge and we appreciated that he was upfront about costs, options and performance of the different systems and didnt try to just sell the most expensive on to us. We will call Impact Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Gerson came to my home and found the source of our leak! ive had two other plumbing agencies out here that said it was the main leak and it was going to run me close to 14 grand when in reality what Kirsten found was what my husband and I both found was that know it was an emitter leak and it would cost the amount of digging a small emitter tube up and replacing the tube and a couple of other areas that need piping replaced so under 100 bucks to fix the problem he knew what he was doing and he didnt stop until he found where the week was highly recommended
