    Today, the ICE Air guys rescued my entire house from a filthy and dismal drain clog. They meticulously planned and executed a repair plan to remove the obstruction, and they succeeded admirably after much effort and sweat!     John showed up on time and was extremely polite. After figuring out what needed to be done he got right to work replacing my water heater. A couple hours in he said he has to run to Home Depot for some unexpected parts and additional repairs. Naturally I thought, this is going to be more than we discussed. Well, it wasn’t. The price he quoted me was the price I paid. The install is perfect and the water heater is strapped with earthquake straps. Ice heating, air and plumbing and John are A+. I highly recommend them for any repairs or replacements

    Luis did an excellent job diagnosing my AC. Him and his team really made me feel comfortable even though it was really late at night. I thank God for their service towards me and my mom and even their concern for my dog. Jimmie did an excellent job explaining everything also and was very patient and understanding with us during the process.

    We needed an estimate on new ductwork in our attic. ICE was able to send out someone to give us that estimate (regrettably, I forgot his name). He offered us a price and financing that made it a better deal than another estimate, so we went with ICE. Caio and his crew came out that day and were able to complete the job in 4 hours, cleanly and to our satisfaction.

    We have been customers of ICE for about a decade and have always been absolutely floored by how amazing they’ve always treated us. They have never tried to upsell us and have provided multiple options when it comes to repairs. We replaced our entire HVAC system just over a year ago with them and start to finish it was a great process.Today we noticed that our downstairs unit was not keeping up with the heat, and they were able to schedule Zachary Dennis to come out within a couple of hours. Zack was courteous and thorough, and listened to me while I was explaining the issues I was noticing and from that, immediately went outside and diagnosed our issue. He quickly replaced the faulty part and rechecked our whole system. He was very personable, and we are happy to have him continue to visit our home to service our system. Thank you Zack for being a great ambassador for this wonderful company!

    We joined the ICE Heating and Cooling membership program when they cleaned our ducts over a year ago. I have received excellent customer service with every interaction! First, it’s very convenient to communicate with them via text!! Each person has been kind, professional, and accommodating.Also, when I was confused and unsure about services we received, I was delighted to find that they keep very thorough, detailed records of each technician’s visit. It was great to have documentation available to refer back to.Most importantly, I am extremely impressed by the manner in which they addressed my concerns. Sometimes, mistakes happen or things are missed - we are human. What matters most is how they are handled. As soon as the manager, Brian, became aware that part of the job wasn’t completed to their standard, he took responsibility and wanted to make it right. The technician who came out after that, Zach, was awesome. He was very patient with my questions, did very good work, and I felt very comfortable having him in our home.Honesty and accountability make ICEHeating & Cooling stand out from the rest. We are continuing our membership, and will be requesting Zach in the future!

    Great Service, no sales pitch, Edward took time to answer all our questions. No one wants to spend big money, but after seeing that my Air Conditioner had died after serving us has well (18 years), he made the process of selecting the right system easy. We opted to replace both units because we felt it would have been a matter of time before the othe air conditioner died. They knew what they were doing and finish the entire installation within the time they stated. I most definitely would use them again.

    Melvin was EXCELLENT! He was thorough educating me about my water heater and the maintenance needed to keep it running efficiently and keep my water clean!     Luis was very professional, prompt and polite. I am so glad I didn’t move forward with the air conditioning company that my home warranty referred. The air conditioning company that the home warranty referred was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic on the phone which prompted me to seek service elsewhere. I called Ice Heating and cooling and spoke to Alejandro and he was super nice and was able to get me an appointment the same day. There is no need to tolerate rude customer service when you can hire a professional.

    Ruben Dominguez was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything I could possibly need or want to know about my water heater situation and I loved that. The initial call was for a maintenance service on my water heater and Ruben informed me that a 10 year old unit could potentially run risks if he performed the service. He genuinely gave me an out for the whole visit but I wanted to know about my options with them and so he spent the time and really took care of me. I plan on using them for all my plumbing needs moving forward and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a smart, straight shooter that is patient. Our old unit broke this winter leaving us in the cold, but ICE sent a great Tech Arturo to check out the situation, he let us know what was going on and helped us with our meeting with Jimmie Rivera.     ICE heating and cooling were amazing! Jimmie came out for the consult and explained everything in detail as well as gave me a number of options to go with. I needed a new HVAC replacement and they were able to do the entire install the same day. I went with a great Lennox unit and you really get what you pay for. The installers were great and professional and Jimmie even came back to walk me through this new high tech pad on the wall... thank you Jimmie youre the best!! Jesse came over a week later to do the inspection and he was just as awesome as the rest of the crew. I am amazed and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

    Our first contact with ICE was Jesse. He listened to our problem and immediately inspected. He returned with a solution and set up a consultation with his boss, Jimmy. They were thorough and helpful and explained everything in a professional and understandable way. We scheduled the work for the coming Saturday. Caio, Rafael and Ed arrived around nine. They worked almost 11 hours nonstop. Don’t think they even took a lunch break. Your company does outstanding work. Even our conversations with Alecia in the office were caring. I could feel her smile over the phone. All of these fantastic employees deserve a bonus. I found you on the internet and because of the great reviews I suggested you to my husband. We will highly recommend you to our friends. You have a great company and awesome employees.

    I can not say enough good thing about this heating/cooling company. Great customer service from the start ( from the scheduling personnel to the onsite technicians… BRAVO to everyone !) They took good care of their customers even after you have your system installed. Recently had an issue with heating/cooling systems and Nathaniel came by and was able to fix the problem right away. Nathaniel also took his time to listen to his customers’ other concern about the smart thermostats ( which it was not on his job order for today) but he even make sure our thermostats working as it should. I am super impressed and pleased to have this company as my heating/ cooling company.

    I had some corrosion on my pipe that went into the hot water heater. I am in escrow so this needed to be repaired. Melvin Guerra Solorzano came out with another gentleman. ICE let me know through text what he would look like, and I thought that was very nice. Melvin and his helper/worker were very helpful, kind and polite. Even though I was 6 months over the labor warranty, they took care of the problem and fixed it all up for me. Melvin was very efficient and he did a good job.

    Started off with Jimmy coming to my daughter’s house because her Heating system had broke, when he came out he did not try to upsell her to a new unit which I was very impressed with. I then Book Jimmy to come out to my home to service my heating and air-conditioning unit. He was Very educated and knowledgeable. Not to mention is very personable, I did want to get a price on a water softener system, and Jimmy had to have Ruben come out to give me the estimate because Ruben is the plumber, he again was very very educated and knowledgeable, and very friendly. We did not go with the unit because it was a little bit out of our budget. I definitely would recommend this company.

    My unit is 20 years old, I wanted to last a little longer and felt that maintenance could help but did not wanted to be sold a new one, I called Ice, Junior came out and did an amazing job, very knowledgeable, took his time, my units are looking new, he cleaned all the rocks around it, repaired some loose wires, and did a full inspection with a report.     This company always has the best staff and Rueben was no different diagnosing some of n our plumbing issues and giving us multiple options on how to get them fixed.We had only used them for our Air Conditioning repair and tune up/cleaning before but was pleasantly suprised with their plumbing services and heating tune up.     Update: Melvin service’s my tankless water heater and was great!Luis serviced my AC and was also wonderfulI scheduled a routine cleaning/check up on my HVAC. Jason was my technician and he was great! Very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. An added bonus is that he was very understanding of my less than well behaved pups. I am so happy to have found Ice Heating and cooling because now I have scheduled maintenance and I don’t need to worrry about putting it on my to-do list, as they will just call and schedule it each season.I love that I now have found a trustworthy and helpful business for my heat/AC and tankless water heater service. I appreciate all the other reviews that talked so highly of this company because that is why I called them and I am very happy that I did.I called Ice heating and cooling to provide maintenance on my tankless water heater. Sam was the plumber who came out and he was wonderful! He finished up the previous job early so he was able to start my job earlier than scheduled, which was great!     My ICE Experience… Beginning to EndJimmie Rivera was AWESOME. He was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and fun:-). He was able to secure for me a nice discount and the PROMPT SERVICE is unbelievable!! Jimmie was here at 8:00 AM for an estimate.. I signed the papers and the “tear out” crew was here WITHIN one hour!! They said the complete install and ductwork replacement will beCompleted TODAY! There is a crew in the attic, one on the roof and one worker inside measuring for grill replacements. Team work!Now a word about the crew…Caio, Luis, Diego and Diego: they were INCREDIBLE!! Precise, NEAT, fast and focused! No slack. I couldnt even get them to take a break until the job was complete!!     Arturo and Junior were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. They showed me pictures of what was going on in the attic with our units. We’ve been in our home over twenty years and we have never had anyone spend as much time with us explaining how everything is supposed to work. They listened to my concerns and asked me what my priorities were in resolving the issues. Unfortunately, we do need a new unit and the others need repairs. We will be meeting with them again on Tuesday to go over estimates. TBC I would highly recommend them come out and check your units.

    An update:We’re still quite happy with Ice Heating. We had a great experience with their installation of our new units and they regularly call to schedule our included Spring and Fall service. The technician that usually comes for that is Zach and we highly recommend asking for him. He’s very careful, thorough and always cheerful.Ice Heating & Cooling truly deserves the high ratings! We decided to use them to replace both of our 30+ year old heating & cooling systems based on the excellent reviews and we’re so glad we did. They were very professional and did what they said they would do and on the promised schedule. Their bid included an upgraded filtration system as well as an ultraviolet air purification system both of which are really a plus. The installers were very courteous, careful and cleaned up after themselves. There were a number of technicians, but a special thanks to Thomas and Kole. Albert was the lead technician and our company rep/sales was Bryan. All very knowledgeable and just easy to work with. Bryan said that they strive to be the best and they succeeded with us. We highly recommend them for all of your heating & cooling needs.

    Update 2/2022: ICE is still the best. I knew the day would come when it would finally be time to put my old system to rest. They have helped me extend its lifeline as long as possible, but my 15-year-old system was getting ready to kick the bucket and the old refrigerant thats no longer widely available was becoming too costly to justify continued repairs. Colton and Brian were my guys this time and they were both awesome to work with. Colton came out to do the maintenance and was very helpful in showing me the costs of various options for repair while I mulled over the value of repair vs replacement. Ultimately I decided that the long term savings and peace of mind justified the immediate upfront costs which, while more expensive than repairing, would save money and provide more peace of mind over the next 10-15 years. Brian helped me pick out the right system for my purposes and oversaw its installation, which was very clean and professional and included everything with absolutely no hidden fees. My tenant and I are very happy with the outcome!Original review: ICE is the best HVAC company in Vegas. They are honest and upfront, and theyre also just very nice people in general. Junior and Kevin were great when they came out to my rental property to fix the heating and saved me thousands of dollars by competently servicing my system instead of just trying to sell me on replacing my older but still-functional heat pump. They did let me know that it will need to be replaced eventually, but they still managed to get it working better than ever with a little cleaning and a couple of relatively inexpensive replacement parts and wiring. Their service contract is also totally worth it!

    I had ben using this guys for My business AC for a while and never made a review.... I just had a water heater installed in my rental house and they were so good I had to do this review....     Had an issue with my AC where it stopped blowing cold air and eventually stopped circulating air altogether. I gave them a call at the end of the day, the technician was out first thing in the morning. His name was Donnie, super friendly guy, with no bs, a straight shooter, and got the AC running within 20 minutes.     Found this company on Yelp while looking for a second opinion on another company’s service quote. They came out for free same day (a holiday) and not only provided a realistic quote of what actually needed to be done, but they also took the time to take pictures and videos of things the other company did poorly or wrong. They fixed it all. They even came out in the middle of the night for me over the summer when we needed them, they are truly 24 hours. We signed up for their membership and just had our complimentary winter maintenance tune up - the rep spent over an hour here cleaning things up and fixing some stuff while testing our unit. He had a lot of info for us and we felt very taken care of. Everyone we’ve dealt with is super respectful and we feel they are honest. We’re very happy we found this company and definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

    ICE Heating & Cooling has definitely gained a new lifetime customer with us. We had the worst AC experience before discovering ICE Heating & Cooling. The first AC company that was sent out to our home was rude, days late for an appointment and not thorough at all! After determining that we needed a new compressor we were told it would be another 3 to 5 BUSINESS days to get the part. 5 BUSINESS days passed and we had still heard nothing from that company even with multiple attempts of contacting them. (Also the receptionist was possibly the rudest person I have ever come across) On our 7th day of no AC in the middle of summer WITH a baby in the house we decided to at least get a second opinion and were referred to ICE by a family member. Their receptionist was so helpful and kind and they had a technician to our house within an hour of contacting them. We decided it was time to replace our 32 year old unit and the owner, Junior, was here that very same evening to go over prices and units with us. While we still hadnt heard anything from the first AC company, Junior and his wonderful technician Moe were here the very next moring to install a brand new unit. I was completely blown away by the professionalism and friendliness of this company, but mostly appreciated the fact that they clearly sympathized with us not having AC for so long that they immediately catered to us. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that asks.

    Summary: Prompt (early even), friendly, clean, efficient, available 24/7. Fast- whole unit replaced from assessment to completion in less than 24 hours. Quiet- my two year old was able to take a three hour nap while they were hard st work!In an attempt to complete some home improvements I accidentally drilled through our freon line. In a panic, I started calling anywhere I could find to come and address the issue. Being the beginning of August most places didnt answer the phone or werent able to come out for a few days. Ice Heating and Cooling was about the 8th phone call I made and moving forward they will be the ONLY people I call for my heating and cooling needs!Chris promptly answered the phone and was sympathetic to my situation, which immediately put me at ease. He said he could be out in 45 minutes, but showed up in 30! He did a full assessment of the damage. And when doing so laid down drop clothes and protectors to make sure our belongings were protected.Being a new homeowner I knew nothing about heating and cooling and he explained everything in detail using pictures and simple analogies for me to easily understand. Additionally, he never ball parked costs for us, he calculated them to the dime to make sure we could make an educated decision.Based on the cost to fix the damage, the age of the unit and our needs we decided to replace the entire system. He helped us find the options that made the most sense for us and was conscious of our price point. He never tried to push us on an up sell and was helpful in explaining the differences in options. When spending this amount of money we wanted to be thoughtful and he was patient and respectful of our needs.The very next morning him and his crew were here promptly in the morning. They were clean, efficient and respectful of our space as we were home while they were completely the project. And what blew me away, they were so quiet during the entire day that my mother and two year old were able to take a three hour nap in the afternoon while they were working!They completed the entire project from my first phone call to the replacement of the entire unit (AC, copper piping, furnace and thermostat) in less than 24 hours!I would recommend Ice Heating and Cooling to anyone that needs any level of service and will never call another company again.

    ICE is an awesome company to work with. They were very clear about each step of replacing my old air conditioner. I never felt pressured while picking a replacement.The purchasing process was smooth and informative.Everything was done the same day. They had to remove some molding around my A/C access. However, they put me in contact with a company that came out and quickly repaired the molding.My energy costs have gone down significantly year over year. I have a 1750 sqft. single story 3bed/2bath built in 1995 with an extremely high (14 ft.) ceiling at the center beam. We usually keep the A/C between 68-71 all summer long. :)

    Had SUCH a great experience with Ice today!! Chris and Junior came over to inspect my AC that decided to die at the worse time(!) with family in from out of town, our house creeped up 1 degree per minute and we were in full panic mode!They came in within less then an hour from our call, and provided an honest complete inspection of our entire system. The unit was up and running within 45 minutes, and we even got an amazing duct and vent clean to get rid of that yucky build up we had.Thanks so much guys, Ice heating and cooling is the way to go!!
