*UpdateOur water heater tank was replaced with a tankless version.Same day, Hydro Plumbing was able to send Richard to look at the problem right away. He was very kind and didn’t pressure me on what to choose soon as he gave me options since our tank was due for replacement after 6 years.After discussing the pros and cons, I didn’t hesitate to invest on the tankless option. Though pricey, it was worth it.Later, he was helped by Fernando who also works at Hydro Plumbing. Cool guy and professional as well. Both of them didn’t leave the job until it was fully finished which was around 10pm.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Still highly recommend! Excellent service for the 2nd time!

Hydro Plumbing is one of those companies we have added to our list of go-to utility services to keep our home running in tiptop condition. We needed our fireplace pilot to be re-lit after years of disuse. Hydro Plumbing is one of Southwest Gas’s recommended contractors which we chose (while noting that their reviews were nothing short of outstanding). They sent a personable and respectful young man, Richard to help us. He thoroughly explained the situation, possible scenarios as well as tips in the maintenance of our fireplace. Just know that you can rely on Hydro Plumbing for your plumbing and gas needs.

I recently had an attic leak and Hydro Plumbing was professional and thorough with the services they provided which included changing out all the shark bites in the attic, assessing that the current water pressure into the house was too high and provided a new regulator valve in the garage to address that problem. Had a main water line leak between the street and my main cut off valve in the garage. Las Vegas Valley Water District sent us a letter so we were leaking so much water. We called Hydro Plumbing and Aric came out the next day (Saturday), did a thorough evaluation and found the leak. He got the work started the next week. He also hooked me up with a cement company to repair the driveway because they had to cut a channel thru the dirve way to replace the water line. My HOA was on my case for the paint the utility companies sprayed on the asphalt in front of my house so Hydro Plumbing came out and power washed it off and painted black over it. Aric / Hydro Plumbing did a great job and was thorough. Thank you!

The Hydro Plumbing crew responded promptly to my request for a water main leak. Richard and Juan explained what might be required and answered all my questions. Although HP was on the higher side of estimates, the professionalism and can-do attitude of the crew led me to choose this company. The work was started promptly, and I was told exactly what they were going to do and about how long it might take. The crew began the next day and worked almost non-stop, completing the project quickly. As mentioned, all the crew acted and worked professionally and cleaned the area afterward where you might not know major work was done. I recommend Hydro Plumbing

I’ve used Hydro Plumbing in the past for smaller jobs and recently had them replace our water heater that was leaking late on a Saturday evening. Richard was at our home within 30 minutes of my initial call and got right down to business. No surprises, no gimmicks, no sales job, just straight facts and his recommendation. Price was fair and there were no other “gotchas” along the way. Richard was well prepared, very polite, meticulous, and worked his tail off to get our water heater replaced within a few hours so we could have hot water again before bedtime. Water softener connection, joints problems.I was unable to establish a good connection between the main input cooper tubes and the valve bypass input-output.The problem was that input-output bypass unit was not at the same height as the two cooper tubing. Thus exerting extreme pressure on the two joints when forced in. This, in turn, was guilty for my garage to be changed in a swimming pool three times. Miguel fixed the problem height and the fix seems working. Good job, so far.Thanks Miguel

I had a leak under my sink in my master bathroom. I was referred to Hydro plumbing from my contractor that had to replace my vanity. I had Richard and Bernardo come in to do the work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very quick. I had some additional work done in my guest bathroom and they were very quick to replace my faucet and my toilet bowl seat. They did excellent work. They left everything cleaned up. They even went and got parts that I was missing. I will be using them again I have other work that I plan on having them doing in my home. Richard saro did an absolute great job on myCorroded irrigation pipe it had sprung a massive leak out of nowhere due to corrosion. They where able to come out immediately that day and fix it on the spot, which was great because I had to turn all my water off to the whole house. I would highly recommend this company. Good work. Not the least expensive option, but they keep excellent (in fact voluminous) track of the job. We needed whole-house water filters changed - we are on a well - & were glad we called them, because the filter housings were almost impossible to loosen. They were up to the task after some phone consultations & careful work with mallets & wrenches. We now have new filters (different ones compared to the old ones, but probably functionally equivalent). They were prompt & kept their appointments. Expect lots of communications - not that theres anything wrong with that. Wed call them again if we have plumbing needs.

Customer Service, Technical Know-How, and best of all Relatability.From the specialist that set up the appointment, Milly - I believe was the name - to the 2 Techs that came out to do the inspection. 5/5 stars.Nate was a plumber in training, but it was hardly believable, with which the manner he carried himself, and the knowledge he presented anytime a task was given to him - by his mentor - or anytime I asked a question. He is a natural when it comes to the job, but just as wonderful his fantastic ability to provide a calming environment for me & my own - when we were concerned. If hes a rookie - getting 5/5, it should give you an idea about the mentor.Enter Aric, If I had the character length and bandwidth to express my gratitude for his professionalism, Id do so. However, this short review should - or I hope - do a justice. He provided me a list of steps, as to what they were going to do. Which gave me an idea and thesis of the actions to come. So now, erase uncertainty. Then he was helpful to the rookie, in terms of setting him up in a position so things were being not rushed but done in such an effective manner, I had allocated too much time for this. That is always a good thing to say. Now to mention his customer service, his ability to offer - this is big - offer and not upsell the services is what made him stand out to any experience Ive encountered in this trade. Here is what we found, here are your options, here are my suggestions, and here is where you can reach us - steps to take if you need - and my personal business card. Let me say it again, I didnt feel rushed, pressured, or concerned. That is very rare.These two make a great team, but its obvious this company trains their employees well that each can carry the ball solo when they need too.Now bring in Milly, and her fantastic patients with my 100x questions, and speculations of whats too come, you have a complete unit. She was amazing, kind, knowledgable, and encouraging. Yes, encouraging. Itll be okay, youre in good hands. We had a toilet running non-stop and my husband couldnt get the angle stop to budge, so we needed a plumber to replace the angle stop. Miguel came out from Hydro Plumbing that same day and quickly replaced the angle stop. I appreciated how he cleaned up after he was done with the work. While we were walking to the water shut off valve, we walked past the valve/hose bib that controls the level of the pool. That had started leaking 1-2 days before. I asked Miguel if he could fix the valve and he said yes, but after he completed a couple of house calls. So, a few hours later, Miguel came back and fixed that problem. The company wasnt cheap, but the quality was excellent and we got all of our problems solved that day.

The house is 33 years old and the plumbing in the hallway bathroom on the second floor was not allowing cold water through the through the clogged filter.Brainstorming some different opportunities instead of cutting a hole through the drywall, Aric was able to come up w a great way to fix the problem and they did an amazing job with keeping everything professional, and neat.I work from home just a few feet away, and never heard anything as they soldered and cut and fixed the plumbing problem.They were kind enough to be quiet when my mother was asleep and come back when my mother was out for the afternoon with her caretaker.They shared pictures and showed all the work that they did, and made sure that I was OK with pricing and style.Old homes, old problems… But this team always seems to make away to fix everything for us. I recommend them for anything plumbing related.

Its great to have someone be on time, and even better to be early. I asked if he would be ok with explaining what he was doing as he worked so I could learn a little about plumbing and he was happy to do it. He fixed all my issues, and I noticed some good attention to detail (cleaning up after, care with the fixtures, etc.) I appreciated his honesty too: he told me what I did and did NOT need, and he even told me how to fix one issue myself. Our house, built in 92, shares a well with the four houses on our court. At 2a.m. Sunday morning the pipe from the well to our house broke, flooding the yard, the court and the cross street. The only way to stop the geyser was to turn off the well pump, shutting off water to all houses. Starting at 7a.m Sunday I began calling a list of The Best Plumbers Near Me. The first 4 could not come until Monday. Then, Jackpot! The Hydro receptionist was fantastic and so sympathetic too. Richard from Hydro was here by 9:30. He and a crew had to dig through huge tree roots with a pickaxe to locate the broken pipe. It was 107 degrees. We had Hydro completely re-plumb the pipes not just repair the break, adding a main shut off valve near the driveway, plus shut off valves for water to the house and to the yard so this will never happen again. They worked all day Sunday and the huge job was completed Monday afternoon. They figured out how to rig a work-around so our neighbors had running water from Sunday night on. Hydro is very professionally run. They sent detailed cost estimates by email and explained in detail what needed to be done. I was notified by the office when Richard was on his way and he also texted me directly. He was able to explain how the break occurred (PVC glue failed and tree roots pulled the pipe apart) and gave us options in understandable detail so we could make knowledgeable decisions. I was able to keep my neighbors advised as the repair progressed. I will recommend Hydro to all my friends (and to you). Everyone I spoke to spoke excellent English. This can be an issue as I am 77 and a bit deaf. We had a Five gold star experience!

I selected this plumbing company based on Yelp reviews. They are nearby. I didnt seek bids/estimates. I called because of a shower faucet leak. They charge $79 up front for a service call. Miguel P arrived timely the next day. Happily, he had just the Kohler cartridge needed for the repair in one visit. He was efficient, friendly, and made some additional checks of the plumbing. I asked him to make another appointment to flush the Rennai water heater. He returned the next day and did this job. The final charges for these two jobs seemed reasonable, but I would get several estimates before any big job. In summary, I would recommend Miguel at Hydro for any household plumbing job.

Experienced a water leak within the wall between the main room and hallway bathroom. This place was recommended to us by Levi, and we went ahead and tried it out. Good thing, too! Veronica was very helpful, setting up my appointments for the technicians to come out, taking my payment, communicating by text to let me know who was arriving, and when they were on their way. She would make me smile when she would include my name along with her welcome greeting upon answering my calls. Miguel came out and inspected the pipes for leaks. He was transparent with the costs, letting me know about the basics and what to expect. He asked me to approve and sign off before beginning. He would try to offer some advice to save me money along the way. All done in a timely manner and professionally. After inspecting the water meter, it was discovered there was a water line leak in the front yard. This was expected since pvc (white) piping had been installed initially. We knew one day it would need to be completely replaced. We got a quote and went ahead with the installation. We were very pleased that the work was completed within 1 day. Water was turned off for a couple of hours. Miguel and Bernardo did a phenomenal job of not breaking the contrete but used a tool (horizontal earth boring auger) to gain access to the water line, trenching, laying insulation along with the new line, and installed some lines throughout. A day later, another small leak was located behind the shower wall, which Miguel took care of quickly and efficiently. The following Monday, after the city inspection was completed and passed, I was provided with the paperwork, and Miguel and Bernardo came back to fill the trench.Looks great! Thank you!!

Where do I begin....Let me just say that although this was probably one of the most unpleasant areas of the home to have to do work on, Hydro Plumbing did an amazing job! I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with the team and the work that was done. We knew we had issues in one of the main sewer lines in the front of the house (under driveway) due to roots breaking through the pipe as we have had to call a plumber on 3 or 4 different occasions since we purchased the home, but none have every mentioned another area under the house that had the same problem. Aric, from Hydro Plumbing, came out at like 3 or 4am on January 2nd and took care of this last backup for us and pointed out the issue under the house. Needless to say we hired Hydro Plumbing to come out and dig up these pipes and replace, repair and clean out the system and they were just a breath of fresh air even on a job like this. If I just speak on Aric, I must say I hope the company is paying him well because he is truly a gem. He is so personal, patient, and knowledgeable about the work. I can tell Customer Service is a priority to him. He made me and my family feel so comfortable with all the work that was going to be done. I must say that my family loved him as well. Aric and team kept everything clean and in order and worked like crazy in the worst weather to get the job finished in a timely manner. This company comes so highly recommended based on this project! We approved the repair, and Miguel and his crew arrived right on time the next day. They worked so hard the entire day, digging a 10 foot trench almost 5 feet deep. That section of the sewer line was replaced, as well as a new trap installed, and the following day the crew returned to fill the hole, check the landscape irrigation to make sure it still worked, and redistributed the decorative rock. Throughout the entire process, Miguel kept us well informed of what would take place and how to check the trap in the future, and he and Bernardo were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. SECOND SERVICE - We had these guys come to fix a number of things. They sent Arek this time. These guys clearly have a team of rockstars, not just one. As usual, on-time, wore booties to avoid messing up our floors, installed a new toilet and fixed various plumbing issues. On this visit, we had issues with the new toilet itself (that were clearly the toilets design, not Hydros fault). We were worried this would create a huge pain and theyd refuse to help us since it was already installed (who returns a toilet?!). Nope, these guys were rockstars - we called them and they handled it all and put in a better model too. Game on. These guys really are fantastic and have probably earned our business forever now.FIRST SERVICE - These guys were beyond amazing. They were prompt, super thorough, explained everything, great communicators, arrived on time, allowed us to buy our own materials (instead of marking everything up), worked super fast, and even fixed a couple things that werent in the original job quote. Highly recommend.

I got a quote within 15 minutes of placing my estimate. I got same-day service. Aaron called and asked if he could arrive slightly sooner. He was professional, thorough, and diagnosed my problem and corrected within a few minutes (I had spent hours trying to solve; a new bidet from Japan that had an ill fitting gasket and wouldn’t allow proper threading of the flex hose to the T-valve).In summary, my only regret is I did not call them sooner. Highly recommend.

I called the same day to see if they could come out and help me with my two toilets that were clogged and a sink that was leaking underneath and one that wouldn’t drain- they were the third place I called and said they would come out within the next two hours and wouldn’t even charge me for an estimate! The guy was really nice and fixed everything for a really good price - I recently had a different company come out and do basically the same thing and they charged me more than double for what they did. I will for sure use them again!!!

These guys were amazing!! I had an emergency and was afraid no one would be able to come out and fix it due to Covid-19. However, they answered my call and came out right away, once the worker saw the problem he told me how he would fix it, and the cost. He didn’t try to convince me to get any work done that wasn’t necessary He actually told me that he could have done several things that would have cost tons more but the fix he did would be more than enough. Friendly service and very respectful of the new social distancing rules when In the house. I hope I won’t need a plumber anytime soon, but at least now I know I have - company I can count on!!

Both of my showers were not getting hot water. First plumbers I called said the water heater breaker needed to be reset. That didnt work. Second company came, checked stuff out and said that my 4500 watt heater was too low and that I needed to upgrade it to 5500. My sister recommended this Hydro. They came and checked stuff out, then turned up the heat on the water heater. Guess it was too low. Problem fixed.Much Thanks
