From scheduling to the actual service appointment the staff at Hips was very friendly and professional. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and my technician was very nice. He explained what was wrong to our satisfaction and completed the job efficiently. We did have a concern after he had left and offered to come back the next day at no charge to look at it and explain what had occurred (it was not his fault). I was very impressed that he took the time to come back to help with an issue that was not their doing at no charge and explain to me what I needed to do to fix the issue. This, along with the friendly and professional service we received along the way, is how you build a loyal, repeat clientele. I would recommend Hips to family and friends.

Hips plumbing was great, patient and thorough. Scheduling was easy. Hip performed initial review and suggested an opportunity for me the save some money, as would not be able to determine the source of water stain on ceiling, without opening up the ceiling drywall. Hip recommended that I could open up the ceiling myself to save some money, and would not charge for initial inspection. I opened up the ceiling the day after however I was unable to locate any issues, as I’m not a plumber I called back for an inspection, I was advised there would be a fee, which I had no problem with. Kyle showed up, and thoroughly inspected all areas of potential leak locations and couldn’t locate any issues. It was determined stains were most likely aged and the result of changing out shower cartridges.

Id had two other plumbers who couldnt figure out how to fix my primary shower (the hot water had stopped working). One plumber mangled the cartridges trying to get them out and finally told me that theyd have to cut through the exterior stucco wall and replace the whole valves, which was a $5K+ repair. I called Hips to get a second opinion, and they were great. Hip came himself to take a look, then brought over a plumber who had experience with my exact (very obscure) valves. He was able to replace the cartridges for a reasonable cost, and I avoided a very costly and unnecessary repair. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Had a leak in an old water softener. I found Hips Plumbing on Yelp. Since they received so many positive reviews, I thought I would give them a try. They answered the phone right away and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I liked that they kept me informed about the appointment and even came a little early. Kyle answered all of my questions and presented the different options with no pressure. I decided to have them install a new soft water system. Kyle had to get the new system and came back to install it the same day. Overall, I am very happy with Kyle and Hips Plumbing.

My front lawn had a pvc pipe leak and Hips Plumbing gave me the most options and most reasonable quotes! I met with 4 other companies and they stood out the most. Called them once i made my decision and they even offered to come out same day to fix it but i wasnt available so the very nexy morning they came and fixed the leak in less than 2 hours! I will be a returning customer if needed!

The initial phone call was pleasant and professional. There was good communication from the technician a day prior to the appointment and a half hour before arriving for the appointment. Excellent service and very customer satisfaction oriented. I was originally scheduled to R & R my garbage disposal between 12 & 2 pm. The original tech called me at 9:20am and to me know there was another technician available in about 30 minutes instead of waiting until 12noon. I said yes to the earlier appt time & Eduardo showed up at my door in less than 30 minutes ! Eduardo took a look at the garage disposal & gave me 2 options /estimates for the replacement. No pressure and the estimates were free regardless if I chose to have HIPs do the repair or not. I accepted the price, which was very fair and Eduardo went to work. Eduardo was very neat & meticulous about his level of service. I now have a plumbing company I can depend on to be fair and honest. They keep in constant contact with you regarding your upcoming appointment. I will no longer need to search countless websites or Yelp for a reputable plumbing company - HIPs is now my go-to reliable plumbing company.

Of the half a dozen plumbers I called and or reached out to via the internet, Hips was one of the first to respond and was the only one who could come out on the very same day. This was very important to me being that my wife and I just came home from vacation and found that our water heater was pouring water out all over the laundry room. And I should note, they were able to send two very professional technicians of theirs, Tyler and Cody and within just a couple of hours. Both were able to diagnosis what the problem was and explain it to me in a way that I could understand and even pointed out how I narrowly escaped what could have been a fire capable of burning down my home. Fortunately, they had a new water heater with them and was able to replace what I had with it and bring everything up to code while they were at it. They also helped to get permits pulled and line me up with a local electrician that could help update the 1954 wiring that I have in my home. Their work was quick, thorough and clean and they even went so far as to move my washer/drier as it was in the way. Best of all, I felt that their price was fair and because of it, I would highly recommend their service.

I used Hips to relocate water lines in the walls. I am pleased with the work that was done. After i received RIDICULOUS quotes from other companies, I asked the employee who did the work (Kyle?) plenty of questions to ensure that those other quotes were in fact BS. Kyle answered those questions and took the time to give me info about my homes plumbing. I believe the work was done in under 3 hours. He left the areas reasonably clean.

Tyler and Cody are absolute life savers! I am so pleased with their work, work ethic, and knowledge!One day, we woke up to our bathroom drains and toilets completely backed up. There was gross dirty water coming up from our shower and bathtub drains and our toilets were ready to overflow. We first called another plumbing company and they could not locate our sewer line cleanout. They were at our house for hours trying to access our pipes in every which way in order to locate the clog and clear it out. They were ultimately unsuccessful and started quoting us for an expensive complete home repiping. Afterwards, I called a second plumbing company to get a second opinion and they also could not locate our cleanout and quoted us for a complete repipe as well.I decided to call Hips Plumbing for a third opinion and I’m really grateful I did. Tyler and Cody showed up and they were able to find the cleanout that all the other plumbers could not locate. They started to assess the situation and were able to clear the clog successfully. Since they had already exposed the cleanout, I requested they install a new one and replace the main water shutoff valve (it was old and inoperable at that point). They were able to do the job the same day. They tested their work throughout making sure there was no longer a clog and that everything worked well.They did an excellent job of explaining what they were doing throughout the job which I really appreciated, as someone who knows little about plumbing. They also answered all of our questions and even answered questions that were unrelated to the specific job at hand.I’m super grateful to Tyler and Cody at Hips Plumbing!

Making an appointment was really easy online, and they were able to get a plumber out quickly and on our schedule. Kyle was great. Showed up right on time, friendly, got the job done fast, and didnt try to upsell us or convince us to do unnecessary work. We felt the work was fairly priced. Probably not the absolute cheapest you could find if you really wanted to spend time getting tons of estimates, but for the responsiveness and efficiency, it was definitely reasonable. We agreed they would go forward the next morning.The next day I was greeted early by a crew digging a trench to replace the line. The owner was there making sure things got off to a good start. By the afternoon the line was in and ready for inspection. The next day the line was inspected and the trench filled. We had Nick come to fix the shutoff valve for our toilet. It wouldnt shut completely and we had to replace the parts in the toilet. He not only fixed the valve, but also put in the toilet parts that needed replacing. Then we asked him our hot water heater, which had been making strange noises. It was 18 years old and more than ready for replacement. Hips Plumbing gave us a good price on the same brand and size we had, so Nick came back a week later and replaced it and brought the installation up to code. Quick professional work, very friendly and efficient. They also arranged for the required permit and inspection, and the installation passed with no problems. We had several questions and concerns while we were considering this purchase, and Nick and Hips Plumbing were always available to talk to us and answer our questions. We will use them again.

I saw this plumbing company in yelp with good reviews, so I decided to hire them. Family owned company, run by Father and Sons. I highly recommend this company for many reasons. They fix and reinstalled 3 complicated toilet bowls with handheld water bidets, installed water softener for the whole house and installed a drinking filtration system. This is not the reason why I am giving them 5 star, having done all that, the companys professionalism, fast response and most of all giving me assurance and safety of their job, makes the company one of Las Vegas Best Plumbing Companies you can relay on. Hips Plumbing is nothing short of amazing. They saved the day again yesterday. We had a major event at our venue starting at 4pm. Just before noon, water started gushing out of the ceiling in our bathroom-both men and women’s side. Our water heater in the roof of that area had rusted out and failed. I called, they got there in 20 minutes, found a replacement and replaced the water heater and removed the old within about 10 minutes of our start time. They did it for a very fair price.They have saved the day at home 3 times before this. Don’t use anyone else! These guys are the best!

The main waterline to my house was leaking. Id gotten estimates from a few places. Not only was Hips cheaper then most, they also handled the patching of the drywall and concreate. I had bids for $1500 more that wouldnt do that. The plumbers who came out (Tyler and Cody) were nice, helpful and professional. Their patcher even came out on the 4th of July to finish the concrete and Drywall(I told them they didnt have to but he insisted). Within 3 days the whole thing was done and you couldnt even tell someone had dug a trench through my front yard. I am extremely happy with the work and would recommend Hips to anyone.

Just for reference (every house is different) they quoted us $15k for a whole repipe on a 1,300 sqft house with 2.5 bathrooms.

The rep, Kyle, that came to do the work was awesome and super knowledgeable.Theyre a little more on the pricy side but if you want something done right the first time the price is totally worth it!

First, I want to give kudos to our Technician, Nick! He was very personable, friendly, and professional. He got to the root of our plumbing issue, made us aware of the problem, advised on the next steps and was in and out of our office in a timely manner. Thanks, Nick! Second, our service with HIPS from start to finish was smooth. I called and spoke to customer service and had an appt booked in minutes and even received an email confirmation of their planned appointment. We even have a few employees from the office who will be using HIPS for personal/at-home services!

Hips Plumbing just earned a 5-star rating with us. Nick, who works for Hips, came to our door a few minutes ago per our appointment. We explained that the water flow from our kitchen faucet was annoyingly low. Water pressure in our home is fine everywhere else. The valve stop under the sink was fully open. So, we were stumped and worried that we might have a major plumbing bill. Nick asked us a question or two as he examined our faucet. Next thing we knew the water was jetting out of the faucet as it should. Nick had fixed the problem inside of 3 minutes. The problem? There was a clogged filter insider our faucet, a filter that my wife and I did not even know we had. The charge for this visit? Under these circumstances, nothing, he said, but a good review would be nice. Hey, Nick and Hips, youve got it! Great work. Great service. We will remember you and call you for any future plumbing issues. You have our respect and loyalty. Thank you.

I had an issue with a leaky shower where all of the plumbing in the wall needed to be replaced. Nick was my technician, and he was great! He did a very clean install, and left my bathroom cleaner than when he started. If you are looking for a cheap plumbing company, HIP’s is not it, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Jeff came out to Summerlin to assess some minor water damage I had in a guest bathroom. He was on time, easy to talk to and didn’t charge me for the trip. He told me he didn’t think it was a leak and recommended a restoration company. He very easily could’ve told me there was a problem and charged me for an unnecessary repair, but he didn’t. 10 out of 10, will use again when I have a problem.

I am picky and I would 100% recommend Hips Plumbing. I have a manufactured home and they were familiar with everything. They came out quick, surveyed the work and provided an estimate on the spot. These guys did a great job replacing our old kitchen faucet, replacing a toilet upstairs, and pulling a second toilet that was leaking and needs some flooring and baseboard repairs before we replace it. Plumbing work is expensive these days and never convenient. It is nice though when you get a plumbing technician like Nick who is professional, efficient, explains everything he is doing, gets it all done in one visit, and does it all with a great attitude. This is our first experience with Hips Plumbing, but we will definitely call them again!

I can’t say enough good about this company. I had a water turn off valve stuck off on a Saturday morning and they had a Tech (Tyler) out within two hours. I asked him to look at a couple of other plumbing problems I was having and he solved three separate issues within an hour and the charge was next to nothing since they were not complicated problems but it still was a lot of their time for travel and to fix the issues. Excellent experience and will definitely use them again. Another company told us the only way they could fix our plumbing clog was to dig through our office, cut the clogged section, and replace it. Hip came out personally on a Sunday and fixed the clog without having to dig. He put in more time and effort than most companies would have to find a non invasive and more cost effective way to fix it. I am truly appreciative and cannot stress how impressed I was/am with Hips Plumbing. Technicians were also very knowledgeable and professional. I’d give them six stars if I could.

I had discoloration on my kitchen ceiling, which I assumed was from my bathroom upstairs. HIPS came out the very next day (they called to see if they could be there earlier than my appointment time) and cut a hole in my ceiling and confirmed it was the toilet upstairs. They replaced my toilet, and also reinforced the flooring underneath because it had started to collapse due to the leak. I believe they were only there for just under 3 hours. To be transparent, I’m a new home owner and this was my first big issue. So I cannot comment on or compare pricing. However, I feel I was charged fairly. The 2 gentlemen who fixed everything were very nice and informative. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Hips answered my call and was able to send someone same day who was also able to fix the problem. We had a leak and could not use our water heater so we were so thankful they were so fast and efficient. I called 3 other companies and Hips was the only one that answered phone on first call and was willing to send someone same day. Each person from Hips, scheduler and plumber, I spoke to was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also immediately answered my call post service about a question I had and got right back to me with the answer from the the plumber. I called the same contractor back but they quoted it would take several days to fix and other excuses.
