Awesome customer service from start to finish, upfront pricing, and the work was fantastic.They were even able to accommodate me the same day. I had a new garbage disposal installation (there wasn’t one there before) and he took a look at my dishwasher that wasn’t draining. Although the dishwasher issue was appliance-related (thus not a plumbing problem), Thomas removed the standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher for us.I now have a go-to plumber service who I would recommend to anyone looking for solid work at a fair price.Great work!!

We have used Frontier Plumbing for a number of things (new water heater, main line blockage, ...) for many years.Curtis & his team are very kind and professional. Appointments are easy to make and he was able to respond in a timely manner. Even when I left an after hours message I was contacted that same evening. On the day of our appointment I was notified when he was on his way. Curtis showed up on time (at the start of the 2 hour window) and after a friendly chat about water heaters he got to work right away. I feel I can depend on Frontier Plumbing with plumbing emergencies as well as other routine maintenance. I also feel the cost is fair and appropriate for the materials and work. I like supporting a family owned business that has good work ethic and cares about their customers.

He was even able to get the manufacturer to replace the part for free because it had a lifetime warranty (I would not have known this.) Curtis first had to determine the proper tool to remove the faucet stem to get it out of the wall, second had to verify with Newport Brass the correct part number, third had to work with various suppliers to get the correct part in a timely manner. Then install the new faucet stem and check for leaks. Curtis is very professional, knows his trade and works to make sure his customers job is done correctly, and they are satisfied with the job.

I had a shower cartridge that needed replacing. I had called several other plumbers, but because the hole in the shower wall was too small, others said they would need me to call a tile guy to open up the wall further to be able to do anything. Then I called Frontier Plumbing and they said they could try removing the shower cartridge without doing any of that, and they did just that! They went further to shop around for a new shower cartridge for me, since the replacement cartridge I already bought was incorrect. Saved me a ton of money and time on what could have been an expensive fix, and kept the price at an affordable rate. On top of that, they reinstalled the shower handle and caulked it, free of charge. Will definitely refer back to them for any of my future plumbing needs!
