Adan did an amazing job of explaining the various aspects of different tankless water heaters. He installed my new Rinnai RXP199IN in a very tight space and it looks great. More importantly Adan adjusted the setting and install the WiFi app. Our hot water experience with the recirculating capability is a godsend! Cant get over how much more efficient the condensing models really are compared to earlier tankless systems. We couldnt be happier with Rinnai, Focus, and certainly Adan!!

I just moved here to Las Vegas. I noticed an issue with the irrigation pip and went on-line to find a plumbing group. Focus was the first one and I received a service call within 2 hours. My plumber, Adan, was absolutely fantastic. He explained costs, what he did, and even showed me how the system works. He is so personable and efficient, and I sleep at night knowing I now have a great plumbing contractor. Kudos to Adan!

Carlos came and diagnosed a leak that weve had for two months with no luck of getting diagnosed by a previous plumber AND an irrigation guy. Carlos was able to find it within minutes and give a proper diagnosis so that I could call the right people to repair the irrigation issue I was having. While he was there, I asked him to fix our two hoses that were leaking water out of their vacuum breakers whenever I turned the hoses on and he fixed those in minutes as well. He was very educational and teaching me what was wrong while he was diagnosing the issues, and he was quick and skillful at his job. Overall, I would recommend Carlos with Focus Plumbing to do a solid job at anybodys house or business.

After several calls and troubleshooting sessions with the manufacturer and the builder, we were not getting anywhere.John with Focus plumbing took complete ownership of our issue. Brandon from focus plumbing was great! He was friendly, accommodating, professional, and efficient! He diagnosed the problem and unclogged my kitchen sink pipe which I thought was a broken disposal. The morning he was scheduled to arrive, I had scheduling issues that came up last minute. He was already in the way yet he so kindly accommodated that. Even though I threw a wrench in his schedule at the very start of his day, he was so kind when he arrived later that morning. He did the job so efficiently and professionally. He even spent a few minutes petting my dog and getting him to calm down which I greatly appreciated (my dog I gets anxious). Brandon is a pro at plumbing and a genuinely nice human being. With almost 10 years’ experience as a journeyman, he was able to give me an accurate eyeball estimate for a full-scale water conditioner & reverse osmosis installation that was in line with the formal one I received less than an hour later. Brandon was a great tech assessing what I’d need to do to replace my under counter sink in my 9 year old LENNAR HOME that detached while washing vegetables(!) but the overall situation is not good. I was told that Focus Plumbing cannot install a drop in sink because of:1) The shape of the countertop,2) The placement of the current fixtures, and3) The shape of the current sink. Focus Plumbing said they would refer me to a company that can RE-ATTACH the old sink. Not an ideal situation for the homeowner of a 9 year old Lennar home. Quite disappointing. Waiting on that referral.12/17/2014: I still have not received the referral that Focus was to provide. Still looking for a company to reattach my under counter sink.

Brandon came to our house and gave us a quote for a water softener as they are who did the plumbing in our new build. He was very nice and knowledgeable and the price was very competitive to other systems we got quotes for. He also was very considerate in that when I answered the door in a mask (I am on immunosuppressants and don’t even want a cold) he offered to put a mask on as well which was a kind gesture.

Focus Plumbing is excellent. They are like a well oiled machine. Great communication and prompt call backs and scheduling.I called for an emergency appointment and got a technician out here on the same day. Diagnostics were performed with recommendations AND a plan moving forward. This was key as my husband and I were able to prepare for a length of time without hot water. Although, we didnt need to prepare much because our water heater issue was resolved in a quick and timely manner. The weekend and manufacturer business hours were the only things that slowed things down really, nothing to do with the company itself.Major props to Adan! Adan, who has extensive knowledge and experience in his field, walked us through every step of the way. He was patient with our questions. He is kind, timely, meticulous, knowledgeable and efficient.

I love our technician Brandon!Smart, well informed, polite, a clean and neat man! I hope he’s our technician forever! This is all still true with our 2nd visit from Brandon at Focus Plumbing!And still, on our 3rd visit, Brandon is fixng plumbing issues in our new house! Hes come for one issue but then the shower doesnt just leak, it was never strapped to the 2x4s inside! Fortunately, he can do it ALL! Were happy with Focus Plumbing and super happy with our plumber Brandon!

We bought our house 2 years ago so plumbing was not something that I thought would be needed, however we had a leak in our master bedroom shower :/ First time using this company and the service was amazing. It is a little pricey, however the quality of service and work is fantastic. Adan was super helpful solving my leak issue and even identified other areas where the builders screwed up. He was super knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable leaving the work on his hands. My experience left nothing to be desired and I will definitely be a calling them if I run into another issue!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Mike Weeks with Focus Plumbing. We needed our two year old tankless water heater flushed for routine maintenance. Focus Plumbing called me back very quickly after I submitted a contact request and they came out the following day. Mike was punctual and very professional. He explained the process, did not try to upsell us on anything, and was very personable. I would definitely trust Focus Plumbing with my plumbing needs in the future.

I called about my tankless water heater which hasn’t been fixed by the original company I contacted , I had no hot water for a month ! Focus plumbing sent Mike and he fixed my heater in less than an hour ! To top it off he even unclogged my kitchen sink, which he didn’t have to do. Mike was professional, nice, and answered all my questions. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend!
