A couple nights ago I walk out my front door at 10:30pm to find a pipe had burst and was flooding my driveway! I tried calling 3 other emergency services and none would send help until the morning🤦🏻‍♀️ Finally I called Flush It, and they sent help. Dan arrived quickly and also solved the issue fast! I also called Flush It when I noticed low water pressure and dirt coming through the showers and toilet from the original problem. Dan, once again came out and fixed all the issues and quickly too! For everything I’ve paid less then $600. I highly recommend this company.

They gave a quote over the phone which most companies don’t do and were able to come out the same day to replace my garbage disposal. They provided a window for arrival and then texted when the tech was enroute. Absolutely amazing!!! Came out right away. I thought it was a basic clog, (Ive had them before) come to find out my main line, going to the sewer, was filled with palm roots. They had to dig eight feet down to fix the problem. Great communication. No surprises, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Once finished, you couldnt even tell the front yard was ever dug up. (Desert landscape) Total professional and honest. Hard to find in this city. Cant say enough good things. I was in a bind looking for someone to replace 2 toilets for me. Standard measurement for the closet bolts which the toilet secures to is 12”. Mine were made at 10.5” and Lowe’s or Home Depot didn’t have them in stock. Called up Dan’s and explained my situation and told them I was trying to get it done as soon as possible. They were at my house in 15 minutes took the measurements and started checking with plumbing suppliers to find the right size toilet. They were able to find them then go pick them up and have them installed that same day. Dan and David came thru for me big time when I was in a crunch. I am absolutely happy with the service provided by Dan’s. I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and less than 10 minutes later I was messaged back. Very fast response. I was a little hesitant at first because they had only 4 reviews in Yelp and 22 on Google. But I did notice that they are a fairly new business so I took that into consideration and I am extremely glad I went with them. I checked out their website and felt really comfortable with what I saw and read regarding their experience. I certainly prefer to support local small businesses if possible especially in the times we’re living in. I called Dan on Sunday at 9:30 am and by 12:30 pm the job was handled. My outside water spigot broke off at the pipe connected to the wall and I was super stressed out and worried about water damage and how expensive it would be to fix. This happened on Saturday night and I had to turn off main water valve so we had no water until it could be repaired. I waited to call someone the next day because I was scared how much the cost would be for emergency repairs on a weekend night. Dan contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and quoted me over the phone with pictures I provided by text. He was at my home within an hour and a half. He checked it out confirmed the repair and gave me a plan of action. He came back with assistance and they were done within minutes. True to his estimate, which was very reasonable, I wasn’t hit with unnecessary repairs, costs or fees. I had other estimates over the phone that ranged any where between 100 and 200 more with cutting into my stucco. Dan was able to do the repair with very minor altering into the stucco around the pipe. I can patch that myself. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. Being in customer service myself, i really take note of how I am treated especially under difficult circumstances. I will definitely be calling them back for future repairs and I cannot recommend them enough. I will be giving them a great review anywhere I can to help potential customers in their search for an honest and reputable business.
