Called on Sunday at noon, Eric came right over & was very prepared & very knowledgeable, he diagnosed my collapsed pipe with in 25 mins, & instead of suggesting a costly repair on the old disintegrating pipes like other companies would, he came up with a sensible solution that not only solved my problem, but saved me alot of money!!! It is nice to know that good honest people still exist...Thanks Eric!!!

1st quote over 10gs needed all new pipe due to age of cast iron. 2nd could save me money replacing all was not necessary, showed me a monitor pointed out things too blurry to see going to cost that little over 9gs. In my head Im freaking out ! Just refinanced home then broke my leg less than 2 weeks later when I was run over by a golf cart driven by my boss. No way I could sue and plus we were both drinking. Point is I dont have that kind of money right now so I had no choice but to get a third estimate, which Ive never done before and glad I did. Eric came out that evening ran his camera in there and showed me, which I could actually see the problem, tree roots were growing through about 3ft section needed replaced. Gave me a number to call and mention his name, fixed the next day, 350 plus I bought the guy lunch. Cant say thanks enough Eric next time youre going to be in the area gimme a heads-up and Ill fire up the grill
