HONESTY! That’s the first thing that I have to say about Walter and Discount Drain Cleaning. Walter sent his personal out to address an issue with my drain and unfortunately there was more of an issue than expected, however his guys did an amazing job. They succeeded in unplugging the drain but work still needs to be done that may exceed their capacity. But unlike some companies, Walter explained some options and even provided the name of another contractor to assess the situation and give me an estimate. Additionally, even though their efforts far exceeded the original estimate, Walter worked with me and billed me honestly. I would highly recommend this company for your drain and plumbing needs.

Had an unbelievably bad root issue in an upper end multifloor commercial building. First drain company basically shrugged their shoulders and left. Walter had his guy out there in an hour. Managed to get the water below flooding level that saved us thousands on building damage. Had diggers out there 1st thing in the morning and pumped out hundreds of gallons of back up. Within 2 days Had the building completely back up where any other company, and Ive worked with many, would have taken a week. Sincerely the most competent drain man I have ever worked with. I drain my pool once every 2 years and I have done this to the street, until the city notified me that, there is a better alternative and there should be a washout line on my property. Since the previous owners covered it all with gravel I only had two choices get the plans for the home or call a reputable plumbing company to find it.I called two companies I found on Yelp. Walter with Discount Drain Cleaning Co was my second call, he picked up where the other plumber/company did not.Walter was clear and precise on his costs and the process, he had availabilities that worked with my schedule. Using a camera to find the drain and sewer washout etc.We planned for a time that was convenient for both of us, very quick turn-around mind you. Walter also accepts text messages as confirmations of appointments which I thought was very convenient for me. On the day of the appointment Walter showed up early, after texting me to see if it was ok. Clean and professional appearance with a smile and confidence that he will be able to find the washout. Got out his cool toys/equipment and went to town. All the while engaging me on what he was doing and how it was going. Needless to say Walter found my washout under some gravel in an obscure place it in no time and also gave me a discount on the original quoted price.Walter is what I call the definition of good customer service and skill all packed into one package. Walters father is a plumber; and he specializes sewer cleaning plus he hires a few plumbers. Walter responds fast and on time that is the best quality he carries as a professional. After we had a few clog ups in toilet, he suggested a replacement of the 28 years old toilet with Kohler brand, which we did. Then, the new Kohler still clogged with too much paper; but it did not overflow.Kohler cloggs; but so far it does not overflow. I called Walter again.His machine from the red case unclogged it in no time. I asked him about his machine, the professional level toilet unclogging devise. Walter kindly gave me a lesson how to use it.The relative ease of the handling assured me I can use it and helped me to decide to buy one.M12 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Drain Cleaning Airsnake Air Gun Kit with a 2.0 Ah Battery, Total attachment. Amazon sells for a little over $500.Home Depot sells for $399.A few Home Depot stores keep them in stock. Home Depot on Tropical Parkway had one in stock.Dont waste your money or effort on auger. It is known to damage porcelain finish of the toilet. Besides, it takes a LOT of Power to use, which I dont have.I appreciate Walters kindness for easing my anxiety on tackling the toilet problems. He is a professional.

Walter is incredible, kind and honest. I called him to remove a blockage from my sewer drain that a prior company charged me $600 for but did not resolve. The prior company could not visibly see anything blocking and gave me the parade of horribles that they would likely have to dig up my entire yard and that it would cost thousands of dollars AND that they may have to keep coming back for future problems. I called Walter for a second opinion. Walter gave me the cost upfront before starting work. He quickly found what was blocking the drain and found a creative solution to retrieve the item. He then told me that his work was GUARANTEED for a year and that he would come back out, free of charge, if the flow stopped again. It was refreshing to find a person with integrity, knowledge and great service who doesnt need to scam people as a business model. That is getting hard to find in Las Vegas.

We had another company come in and only diagnose the problem & would come back to finish it. Our Hero!!! We had sewer problems for 45 days and five, yes 5 companies come and look and did not help in anyway to resolve the sewage clog on our property. Discount Drain Cleaning came at 8:30 at night, found the exact location of a red rock stuck in our sewer. 5 feet down and 3 feet wide we dug, cut the pipe to replace with new and there was not 1 red rock...there were 5 more in front of it hiding on the back side. Great honest company. I will call again and refer to friends. Didnt try to sell me anything, just fixed what I called about, which was a serious kitchen clog.Update. I had a badly clogged toilet from my son accidently throwing disinfectant wipes down instead of flushable wipes. Terrence came out and was able to unclog the line in no time and hes very personable and friendly.Thank You Terrence!

Our rental management company was not responding to our plumbing emergency over the weekend. The downstairs bathroom overflowed with water out of the toilet and sewer coming out of the shower, causing it to flood right into our entryway. We had at least an inch of water in the bathroom and now flowing into the room on the other side of the wall as well. After searching online, calling other companies and hoping to find someone after 10 PM, I contacted Discount Drain Cleaning via text and someone replied within a few minutes of my text. They were able to come within the hour and unclog our drain. Our technician was so easy to talk to and helped me understand that it was a broken flow valve that caused the back up. He fixed our problem within a few minutes and helped me sleep in peace. Could not have asked for a better result.
