    City Wide saved Xmas. We had a main break, Danny and crew were able to assess the problem and get it done by working into the night. They were very professional and knew how to execute the job flawlessly and efficiently. Also they kept the site clean and organized. When done the site was put back to the original state. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Danny and crew is awesome.

    My husband and I have received excellent service from Frank our plumber. After moving from another plumbing service this year we have experienced nothing but priority and professional service from City Wide Plumbing. Frank was scheduled to do service in both our bathrooms.My husband came home from the hospital and was not up to our master bathroom to be serviced Frank offered to do it another day when he was feeling better. Awesome! Worked out and both bathrooms are completed. Frank accommodated our needs. Ask for Frank, he is Amazing!!

    I cannot recommend this company enough. They worked incredibly hard to find a way to fix the backup in our 60 year old home and save us from needing to replace the pipes. Unfortunately we did need to replace those 60 year old cast iron pipes and it was a HUGE project. Pete was so patient in explaining everything that was needed and answering all of my questions. He guided us through the whole experience including working with insurance. The crew did great and efficient work and were so kind in including lots of little extras at no charge. We couldnt be happier with this company!

    Had a water leak on the house side of the pressure regulator valve. Called City Wide just past 1:00 pm on a Friday and a receptionist answered immediately. After explaining my situation, the very professional receptionist said someone would be dispatched to my residence by 2:30 pm. George called and texted to let me know hed left another job and would be a few minutes late, but he arrived before he said he would. He assessed the situation quickly, obtained the parts he needed and was finished repairing the leak by 4:45 pm and my water service was restored! George provided timely and professional service with a smile. I was so happy with the service, I didnt even ask for the military discount. One plumber I called wouldnt respond until Monday, 3 days later. Thank you.

    I was looking for a new Plumber to clean a clogged shower drain. Based upon on their amazing reviews as well as being a privately owned business, I called Citywide Plumbing. I was assisted by a very friendly and professional woman who answered the phone and set up an appointment for this morning. Between my initial call and the arrival time of the plumber Frank, They provided timely communication via text.When Frank arrived, His professional and friendly demeanor was quite evident. Immediately addressed the problem unfortunately it wasn’t anything more serious than a good snaking.It is without reservations that I recommend Citywide Plumbing To anyone who needs a reputable and honest plumbing service.

    Peter and Danny came to change our water heater which was leaking . When I called the company it took 20 minute for Danny to come and check what’s wrong . He told me the price in a very professional manner . When we agreed went to get the replacement . Came with Peter to help install .     City Wide Plumbing is an excellent and reliable company. I received an alert from LVVWD that I might had a water leak. Danny showed up within two hours after I contacted them to diagnose the problem. The crew showed up the next day to re-route the main water line. The entire crew did a great job and very professional. Kudos and a big thank you to Danny, Alberto, Luis, Brian, Jorge and Peter/OM for their great work. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

    We accidentally had a shotglass go down our garbage disposal and couldnt get it to work. My wife put in a call to City Wide and despite being across town, they had Mike C. out to our house within a couple hours. Mike was attentive and very helpful, even taking a look at a few other minor issues we were having and either taking care of them or giving us advice on them.     City wide Plumbing was honest! I had a water heater with a pilot light that wouldnt stay on. Much Better Plumbing, told me how important it was to Simply replace the entire water heater, for $1,800.... if I paid cash. I called City Wide. Mike told me the part i needed, which I already knew, so I knew he was being honest. Mike replaced the part for a quarter of the first quote. I will definitly use them again in the future

    Danny, George and the rest of the crew that installed our main water line were amazing. Since I scheduled the service Danny was very attentive with explaining the process, providing me bids for repairs or to install a new main water line. Danny was available 24/7 for my calls and questions and he is helped us with a kind attitude. The job was done on time and they hustled all day to finish the job in less than the time frame they had estimated but they worked 12 hrs under the sun.     The sewer system in my house became totally blocked which affected all the toilets, sinks, and shower drains. I spent several hours researching and calling plumbing companies in Las Vegas. Citywide had great reviews and it was the only company out of five that I called in which I was able to speak to an actual plumber. That was a big plus for me. Citywide was able to respond to my house the same afternoon I spoke to them. They sent out two very experienced plumbers--Peter and Enrique, and they brought all the equipment they would need to clear my main drain. After about 30 minutes of troubleshooting they found the problem and was able to clear the blockage in short order. The price was very reasonable, the service was great, and they were very knowledgeable and they involved me in the decision making process as what was to be done. I highly recommend Citywide Plumbing if you have a plumbing emergency or for any of your plumbing needs.

    Everyone at City Wide Plumbing was AMAZING! From the initial intake (with the front office) and the estimate to the completion of the job. Everything was organized and superior quality!We had our main sewer line replaced (after another company did a subpar job), and our entire house re-piped with new water lines. As you can imagine it was an intensive and extensive process (trenching, digging, etc). However, Marcos, Peter, Alberto, Juan, the trenching/demo, and landscaping crew truly made the process seamless. They worked very hard, and on occasion stayed until the wee hours of the morning to complete the job. They were very considerate, provided excellent service, and the quality of their work was top-notch. At the end, even though it was a long process, we were sad to see them go. There is no hesitation in highly recommending City-Wide plumbing, you will not be disappointed. We plan on using them again for cosmetic purposes, and will recommend them to all friends, family, and strangers. Fantastic company, with a well-deserved high rating!

    I called City Wide Plumbing the morning of an urgent situation. Frank From City Wide Plumbing came the same day.He evaluated and explained the scope of work. He would have to reroute a water line from one manifold to another. Through one wall - attic- down another. His price was reasonable and he said he could do it the next day! We accepted.     The pipes in our home had been clogged for over two weeks causing raw sewage to leak into the front yard. Another plumbing company was sent by our Warranty plan provider to fix our problem on two separate occasions but they were unsuccessful. On June 9th we were notified that City Wide Plumbing was now assigned to address the situation. We received confirmation they would arrive around 2-2:15p and they were here just at that time. The crew were polite, so patient, and they worked diligently to figure out what our issue was while explaining every step. They resolved the matter in just under 1.5 hours. My family is so grateful for City Wide Plumbing because they were able to do in one visit what the other company couldnt do in (2) separate 2 hour attempts without resolution. They even did the cleanup protocol the Health Department requested. I highly recommend booking them for any of your plumbing needs. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars for the great job they did!

    So glad that my neighbor used and then recommended City Wide Plumbing to replace my main water line from the meter to my house. After 26 years my main water line was leaking and continuously wasting water. I called City Wide Plumbing who showed up within two hours for a very reasonably priced quote and commenced the work the next morning on a Saturday. They trenched and installed new main line in about 11 hours with up to 5 guys working to get the job done in one day as promised. Great crews and extremely happy to have found my new plumbers!!! Irrigation guy didn’t find anything but charged me for his services . Citywide plumbing detected a leak by the pool valve . Replaced parts and the leak stopped. Showed me the meter reading where it didn’t detect any leak after the work was done . Very happy with their work. Definitely recommend it .Goldie

I called City Wide Plumbing and Marcos was at my house in less that 10 minutes to check it out and give me a quote. He also noticed that the last homeowner had the water softener installed wrong and in the wrong place. He was very professional and personable. He gave me a great price and was back to fix the problems on the very next Saturday which worked best for me.     For the past 3 months I noticed that my water bill was slowly increasing. I had Marcos and his team come out to do a leak detection. The same morning that I spoke to him, he had a tech on his way to my home to check it out.The tech determined that my leak was coming from the main line itself. After discussing a very fair price, I agreed to do the work and asked how soon they could start. Well an hour later his team came by and started the work. They were finished in one day. Very clean about everything they did. All of the landscaping that had to be removed was put onto tarps so the dirt didnt mix with the rocks etc.Overall a solid company and I will use them going forward for all of our plumbing needs.

    Frank Angeles was my service tech. Very professional, personal, and dedicated to his profession. He went above and beyond to assure everything was properly working. You start looking for signs of water, anywhere and everywhere! It just so happens, thats what we just went through 2 weeks ago. We started calling around and searching Google to get quotes and immediate answers, as YOU are probably doing right now. Well, I hope this review gives you some comfort that you can call the family owned business, City Wide Plumbing.From the moment Danny (Marcos) and his father Enrique arrived, I could tell they cared about my issue and wanted to get it resolved quickly. After all, their reputation rides on the customer service and quality of service they provide. You can tell theyre not just punching a clock to get a paycheck.After diagnosing my leak, the quote they gave me to fix my main water service line was much better than the competition and they started immediately and finished replacing the 70 of water line the following day. The stress of wasting 4 gallons a minute to the dirt was suddenly lifted when the meter stopped spinning uncontrollably. They also spotted some minor valve issues and addressed them at no charge as well. I cant say theyd do the same for you, but treating them like trained professionals, goes a long way.     When our main water line broke, I had multiple companies come out to give recommendations and quotes. Jesus Gonzalez was by far the most professional of the group and was one of the few willing to tunnel under the existing walkway to avoid damaging our front yard further than necessary. Although his quote was not the lowest, I felt most confident in his knowledge and abilities. He did not disappoint!!!Jesus, with his team including Adolfo and Alberto, needed to lift artificial turf, trough through the hard ground, tunnel under the walkways, bring the new insulated pipe through the wall and ceiling of the garage, and make everything work. Adolfo even helped me move landscaping rock, dig up, and save young bushes that were in the path and would have otherwise been destroyed. (He actually did most of the work.)While I fully expected a mess of work site, I was amazed at how neat Jesus and his team kept everything while they labored in the heat. They even carefully handled the garage cabinets and contents that needed to be moved. One moved cabinet was loaded with glass items, a few of those very antique! They painstakingly placed each item in a safe central location. No breakage! They worked with precision and genuine care for our property!I have already recommended City Wide Plumbing to others who would listen.     This company is outstanding!!! I had a mainline break. This is a family owned company that really cares about the homeowner and fixing the problem as soon as possible. The words cant describe all the stress, problems and issues that my family been dealing with for 1,5 month due to invisible water leak at our property, especially when it happened right before 2 major Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas :-( After receiving sudden warning from Las Vegas Water district about water leak that we cant see it took 6 weeks and 9 different companies ( 2 of them leak detectors ) to find out that the leak is impossible to repair and we need to install new service water line but that is when we run into major issue - our house is old, doesnt have main shut off valve and nobody could find access pipe from service line to main house until I met Danny ! He has special equipment allowing him to detect it ! That is when we found out that NONE OF LAS VEGAS PLUMBING COMPANIES COULD DO WHAT DANNY DID ! At least none of those 9 I tried to hire. Moreover Danny also fixing all the holes in walls etc after he finishes his work which is also something that other companies do not provide, instead they told me that regardless how many holes they open, it is my responsibility to fix all the mess they are leaving behind.     Re- plumbed entire house! Would highly recommend City Wide Plumbing. It wasnt a perfect process, quite painful at times. No water for 4 days. This was a huge job! Around 15 days, actually. The guys said it was their hardest house and one not to be forgotten, lol. They gave it their all, 110% of their heart, soul, sweat (possible tears, haha). I know I shed a couple. This is a custom house with more difficult walls, etc ( I dont know all technical terms). They all worked tirelessly ( late into evening, even) to get the job done. They did it with smiles, professionalism, care and compassion. Peter, Frank, Jonny, Alberto, JC were respectful, dependable and always answered our calls ( my husband is a home inspector and drilled them with questions, unmercillesly). They accommodated anything we asked. The drywall guy Kristian was an absolute pleasure, also. Appreciated the cleanup that was sent at no extra charge. There was an inch of dust coated on absolutely everything. There were 47 holes drilled into walls inside house, 5 in garage and numerous ones in stucco outside around hose bibs, etc. They gave us such a fair reasonable price, we couldnt be more grateful.     City wide plumbing did a repipe of my entire water system in my house due to a slab water leak I could not find. They ran new pex water lines from the street, to the attic and into every bathroom (5 bathrooms) and kitchen, laundry, hot water heater with new angle stops. A BIG job. Required a bunch of drywall and stucco cutting, which they repaired, and did a great job on the repairs ( I had to do the painting). They were neat and clean as they could be by covering with paper and plastic. But when one cuts drywall there is always a big clean up of drywall dust!! It took us a week to clean and paint. Peter was my main contact and he was great (thanks Peter!). Very responsive, professional, and easy to contact. I highly recommend them.

    I initially contacted Citywide because I really liked their website. They offered same day free estimates! I called and spoke with Carla. She was so friendly and courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I explained I may have a problem with the angle stop underneath my kitchen sink. I shot her a few pics to her cell. Before you know it I received a professional text message from Danny Sanchez he said he would be here within a 2 hour window. Danny came in wearing a mask and checked my issue.     So Glad I found these guys... We had a tree in our front yard that was growing like crazy. It was a beautiful tree. We found out why it was growing so well Christmas day when all of our toilets backed up in the house... I cant begin to describe how bad it was.I called 5 other guys who told me they could have someone out the next day but that didnt help me . Finally I called City Wide and they had a truck at my house in 45 minutes... turns out the tree had rooted into the sewer line and had been leaching off of it for years. Finally the line was just destroyed.The guys at City Wide were very professional and walked me through the entire system bit by bit and let me choose what to fix and what not. I think for the work they did the bill was VERY reasonable especially for the circumstance. I never felt I was being taken advantage of and I always felt these guys were on top of things.Ill definitely use City wide Plumbing from now on for everything.

They did all the plumbing for my $200k+ high-end residential remodel project, and the work is flawless. Anytime a problem arose, Citywide was on the ball. When the jobsite got very dirty (from the other trades), he actually sent 6 of his guys over FREE of charge to help dispose of the construction debris into a dumpster for me. They actually cleaned up after the other trades because they could see I was stressed, some serious customer appreciation! If your job is big or small, give these guys a call, they are awesome!

    I had several issues at the North Las Vegas rental property over the last 3 years. The toilet, the master bathroom sink the guest bathroom sink, both faucets for the hose outside and the automatic sprinkler system all LEAKED at some point.     Being retired from working the trades at 70, I knew that the crack in the concrete came from ground settlement and the sewer line was under the crack. One plumbing company ran camera and recommended whole house jetting another company ran camera showing me the problem 20 or 30 feet from where I knew the problem was, both fishing for dollars. Marcos from City Wide Plumbing came marked the problem under the crack quoted a one day job at about 1/2 the cost and did exactly what he quoted.     Other than being a tad late, which they did call about, the crew did an excellent job. They had to dig new water line from my water meter to my house shutoff because of the old line leaking. They removed my rock decor for the yard and went to work. Also recommended I change a second line to my irrigation that was of the same material that was leaking, which they did.

    We had a leak in the pipes from house to the street. They were the only plumbing company that checked to be sure the leak was not our sprinkler system. They also were the only company that stated on the contract that they would repair everything they had to remove in order to replace the pipes. They also suggested a repair that was less invasive to the house. They left the landscaping looking like they had never moved anything and had drywall repaired the next day. Couldnt say it was a good value because I really dont know. It was an expensive repair though but in the ballpark of the other companies that gave an estimate.

    Reroute main water supply line (following notification from So NV Water District that we were having high water usage). Because we had extensive landscaping on our property, Marcos recommended rerouting the system which was exactly what we anticipated. The company was most professional and came to our property the morning we called. After replacing an old control valve in our garage, they accurately diagnosed the problem, began the job that morning and completed the entire project as planned in two days. Our water was only off for a short period of time while making the new connections which was also a plus. The entire crew that did the work, including Jesus and Alberto, were most professional throughout the project. Based on the extent of work needed and performed, we were very pleased with the cost estimate... a very professional company and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you need quality and responsive professionals.
