I called expecting there would be a long delay in getting help with my leaking water shut off valve. The service representative was there within the hour, was friendly, informative and proceeded to change out the valve system well within the estimated time. He also cleaned up the area leaving it in better shape than when he arrived. I have used Butter Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them in the future as I have always been very happy with their service.

Shawn came and looked at our yard. Shawn evaluated the yard and was familiar with the age of our home and neighborhood. He suggested a plan to plumb away from our tree and plants but to also replace needed plumbing going into our home since several homes in our neighborhood were needing similar water line repairs. Shawn sent over one of his plumbers to repipe our water line and our irrigation line. They were thorough and probably saved me a bunch of time and money in the future. I also shouldn’t have any challenges with my new plants and tree because of how they rerouted everything. Butter plumbing has great plumbers who are professional and clean. Whatever plumbing needs you may have you can trust Butter plumbing to take care of whatever your plumbing needs may be!

Well having your hot water go out on New Years Eve isn’t great but luckily Butter Plumbing was open and had techs working. They gave me a 2 hour window which actually was more like 4.5 hours but they send you a text and email of the tech coming out with a little bio about the person which is cute. They bring their own booties so their shoes don’t mess up your floors and it was my thermocouple that needed to be replaced because the pilot light wouldn’t stay on. That was about $400 for service call, parts, and labor. Did you know that if you need a water heater replaced on a second floor they charge extra for that which is over $300 and requires 2 people. Fernando was super polite, nice, and professional. He was done in about an hour. Not the cheapest repair but glad it is fixed and has a 1 year warranty for that part.

We had a water leak from our jetted soaking tub. The tub is over 30 years old and we had difficulty finding anyone who would help us, but by contacting a national plumbing supply company, we were directed to Butter. Colton, the tech, took the time to find and resolve the leak despite a lack of any easy access to the plumbing. In the first and a follow-up visit to install additional parts, he was incredibly professional, helpful, and spent time to answer all of our questions. My wife calls him “the best plumbing tech we’ve ever used.”We would definitely use Butter again, and will request Colton when we do.

Butter Plumbing is the company to contact if you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, understanding of your needs, with fair prices, and simply ethical. This company has rescued us twice; sadly, we hired a pool company in 2020 that took shortcuts in everything they did, causing us personal and financial stress. The company (Las Vegas Pools and Spas) failed to follow the city and engineering plans and contract and abandoned a damaged yard during the pandemics peak. Although, it is challenging to trust any company after dealing with a deceitful and shady company. Butter Plumbing has not let us down. Shawn and the staff will explain the work and follow through on it. They installed a gas line for a pool and, most recently, a gas heater. The office staff is excellent; Margaret and Jennifer are friendly and on top of the appointments and contacts. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Michael Jordan arrived on time, as promised, to repair a water leak from a prior installation by another tech from the same company. He arrived at 1:45 and worked steadily until the job was completed at 4:45, basically removing the prior tech’s plumbing layout with an entirely different layout, as the prior plumbing was not aligned properly, and leaked badly. As he was reconnecting the down line on the right sink, the connection fractured, which necessitated a new sink drainage assembly. Michael did it all professionally, and explained what was being replaced and why. At the end of the job, he said there was no charge, as it was warranty covered due to an improper prior installation.We have used Butter Plumbing for many years, as they stand firmly behind their work, and the warranty they offer is first class. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

This is the second time I used Butter Plumbing and I am very satisfied. The tech was on time and called me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very polite and informative. I called to have them replace a couple bathroom sinks and to check my water pressure since its been very low lately. They replaced the toilet flange and shut off valve. They were on time and Daniel was very professional and did exceptional work. I liked that he had a mask, gloves and shoe covers when he arrived. After the repair he cleaned the entire work area and sanitized everything. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and within the standards of other plumbers I had called. Attempted to install a new kitchen faucet but the old faucet head was so rusted out it would not budge. We called a few places but Butter Plumbing was able to get us a technician in less than an hour. Even the technician could not get it off so he ended up sawing it off the counter top. Everything was smooth sailing after that. He even cleaned up under the sink. Great service!! I will say though it was not the cheapest. But hey, you get what you pay for! He was polite, professional, personable and friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. Victoria, in the office was also responsive, friendly and professional. The price I was quoted was the price I paid.I called Butter because the contractor my Home Warranty company referred me to were rude and unhelpful. The Home Warranty are covering my bill for this repair. I have used Butter for other jobs, in the past was was quite happy to use them again.

The hourly rate is reasonable, and for a first visit the plumber inspected our home’s plumbing and tested our water—again, making helpful suggestions without upselling in any way. She called in the morning to ask me if the tech could be an hour late (yes) and called again with an ETA when the tech was on his way. I usually put plumbers in the same category as used car salesmen, but Eric and Butter Plumbing are a rare exception. The short version of the story is that my water heater started leaking this morning. I just had this new one put in by Butter Plumbing some two and a half years ago and I was upset that it went out so fast. BUT, I did buy their 6-year exclusive parts and labor guarantee and when the job was done, I was not only pleased but it didnt cost me a cent. At first, you might say of course... you bought the warranty and you would expect free. But there were several issues that were over and above the normal install. New pipes, fittings, valves, etc. You just have to believe me when I say Im impressed with the professionalism of this company and this particular plumber... Eric. It was not a simple replacement yet Eric handled it so well I was very surprised and greatly appreciative. I am quite sure I never reviewed a plumbing company before in a positive way. The best thing I can say here is... eureka! I finally found a plumber I can trust.

I had a slow leak from a pipe in my kitchen ceiling which I called a different plumbing company to repair a few weeks ago. All that company did was cut a hole in the ceiling and leave without repairing the leak.I ended up going through a family emergency illness and subsequent death and had to go home for the funeral. When I returned I contacted Butter Plumbing and I received excellent professional service and an efficient repair.I highly recommend Butter Plumbing. This is the third time I have used them and the service is impeccable.

I had Butter Plumbing come out to give me a second quote after another plumber told me I needed over $20,000 worth of work. Butter Plumbing told me that instead I just needed a simple jetting to clean out the lines. They had the work done quickly and even put back a toilet that the other company had left unhooked and sitting in my living room and saved me almost 20,000! Very happy and will definitely use them again.

Called for same day service and Rafi appeared 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time! He reset and tested the unit and it works perfectly again! I had a broken main water shutoff valve and a leak of a water line inside a wall. Butter responded quickly and Rafi provided an estimate which was acceptable and proceeded to correct both problems in fast and professional manner and his work was exceptional. One of the worst and most helpless experiences is to learn your spouse has lost her cherished earring down the shower drain. You might ask, “Why would you wear your earrings while taking a shower?” Most men would concur that that’s probably not the best, nor the wisest and certainly not the first question that should be asked. Fortunately, I didn’t ask that particular question.More fortunately, I did call and ask if a technician from Butter Plumbing could visit and extract the earring from the shower drain. Folks, THAT’S the first and wisest question that should be asked. The men (Mark and Kevin) arrived in advance of the scheduled time and advised us that they would do their very best to locate and pull the item from the drain.
