    Shawn was on time on scheduled appt. He replace my 16 yr old garbage disposal showing me the picture of it being rusty, before starting the work he asked me if there were any issues on plumbing which I mentioned about the 2 toilets where after I flushed it the water still running & I mentioned to him that for the last 2 months my water bill went up by $10, so he checked it & found out the flappers on both toilets were worn out. Besides that he also checks the water softerner to ensure it’s working properly including the water heater. I found that the water heater water needs to be emptied once or twice a yr. Shawn went to check all my faucets on all the bathrooms including faucets outside the house. He is very thorough & patient in explaining me the issues of what to look for leakage. He also mentioned about club membership to their company on which I joined because of its membership benefits. He is an excellent plumber polite & knowledgeable. For the price I paid I am satisfied on the service he provided & replacing my garbage disposal, replacing the toilets flapper & water heater L-Rod. The company offered discounts for veterans & seniors. Job well done !

    Shaun was right on time. Very respectful, calm and friendly. Great experience. When he didnt know he said he would get me the info immediately and he did. He was thourough...methodical. After dealing with over 25 contractors in the last 3 months, its a pleasure to have somebody who acts like a human being who actually cares. He even listened to me rant.     This company was professional from the very first call to schedule an appointment. They sent Andrew, he was so nice, knowledgeable and informative. It was clear he loves what he does. It turns out we have bigger issues than a clog and we hv yet to make a decision on it but we were given a variety of options to fix the concern which was appreciated. We are seriously considering Bumble Breeze to do the major repairs. I highly recommend calling this company out for your plumbing needs.

    I was really happy when I called and they said somebody would be at my house within one hour to fix the leak I had. The technician they sent named Jerry was great very friendly. Did the job quickly and knew exactly what to do and now I don’t have my leak. My only complaint is the price. I feel it was too high for the small bit of work that was done which only took about a half an hour. It involved replacing approximately 12 to 13 inches of pipe. This is the second time I’ve used bumblebee. The first time everything was great and I thought they gave me a reasonable price for the work they did. This time I believe they overcharged. Jerry said it involves this system and that system etc. To My eyes all that was involved was changing 12 inches of straight pipe. I’m not mad. I just think that the price was too high for the amount of work done. But then what do I know in this era of inflation.

    Kyle was great!!! He took lots of pictures and videos of our heating system and explained every one. He suggested options to help our 20 year old system run more efficiently, but DID NOT PRESSURE US INTO BUYING NEW as many companies have done the last few years.

    Everyone that I have worked with so far has been very nice, professional, and helpful. Jerry was super friendly and informative about what he was doing and what steps he was taking along the way. Ive been impressed with the service so far and plan to use Bumble Breeze for future needs.Edit: I had some routine service done recently on both the HVAC and plumbing, and I must say I am very happy with the service. Tony was very informative about the plumbing inspection and we went over details of recommendations but I didnt feel pressured at all to get everything done right away, or even at all if I wished. Rodrigo arrived a bit later to look at the HVAC and he was quick and thorough. At the start he gave an explanation of what he would be doing and what to expect, at the end gave a summary and an all good for my system! Very happy with how all my interactions have been so far and I feel like my house is being well taken care of.

    We had Angel come out & did an inspection of our HVAC that we were told a year ago by someone else that our system might have another year left in it before needing replaced. Angel gave us the sad news that the time had come. But he explained why with video demonstration of the unit not working. He did a great job!

    With so many plumbers in Las Vegas, we were hoping to find an honest one. By asking questions in our neighborhood app, someone suggested Riley Kurcz from Bumble Breeze plumbing. He responded within 30 minutes and was evaluating our situation that day. The first estimate to fix our broken sewer line was $11,000 from another company. Riley came up with a plan through Bumble Breeze that saved us money! This included our 2 of 3 AC unit tuneups and trouble shooting for one year. You can’t go wrong using Bumble Breeze for your AC and plumbing needs.

    My experience with Bumble Breeze has been great. On the phone, I believe I spoke mostly with Monica. She was always super friendly and able to adjust and arrange things to fit my schedule. I really appreciate that they give you a courtesy call before sending the tech over.Bumble Breeze was actually the second company sent to look at my shower (which had been leaking into my downstairs neighbors bathroom). The first guy was ready to just tear into it as soon as he got the ok from the owner. Thankfully the owner decided on a second opinion, which is how I met the wonderful and knowledgeable Luis. As a true professional, Luis was able to find a small patch of mold on the baseboard behind the toilet, at which point he said he wouldnt be able to do any sort of service without first identifying and treating the mold. I cant say for sure what would have happened had the first guy been given the okay to move forward, but I can say that because of Luis, things were done correctly and thoroughly, with respect for my time, and without resistance from the insurance adjuster.When things were finally cleared for work to continue, Luis returned with Matt and Simon. There was a slight delay while waiting for the water to be shut off, which gave us the opportunity to chat for a bit. Matt did a wonderful job installing the necessary components, but honestly I was too distracted by how how cute Simon is to really pay attention. All in all, it was a job well done and I highly recommend Bumble Breeze to anyone in need of their services.

    Great company,,,,service technician Crystal came out and did our tune up on our ac for the season and was fast, professional, did way more than any of the other technicians that come to do the tune up. She actually checked the electronics and did her inspection not like the other ones that just walk in and take a pic and say its all good and leave! She did the service that you expect so when using Bumble Breeze ask for Crystal to do your work She is the best....we will always use this company and will refer to everyone we talk to...keep up the great work and a shout out to Leo too......thank you

    Excellent customer service experience with Bumble Bee and Manager Riley! Our water heater went out and we called BB. The next day we had a brand new water heater installed. By the evening we still did not have hot water. BB came out the next day and found the pilot light would not stay lit. They came out with a part to fix it but the unit still was not working! This water heater was a lemon! I talked with the manager Riley to see what he could do for us. After voicing my concerns, Riley took away the lemon and gave us another brand new water heater without hesitation (which thankfully is working great immediately after install!) I appreciate the ownership the manager took with the first unit and making sure we were taken care of and not left out in limbo! The installers for BB were also very professional and did a good job.

    I had a leak under my sink and I called Bumble Breeze. Keegan Hardiman came over earlier than expected. He explained where the leak was coming from and gave me a quote - pricy but needed it done. I had to get a new faucet. He was able to come back the next morning to install it. He was very polite and explained every step. He didn’t rush the work. Easy to talk to. I’d trust his work and do any plumbing job.

    Bumble Breeze I give 5 stars they customer service was great with getting the details Shawn was on time his work was efficient and gave great tips he even stood around just to make sure that everything was working properly.     Jonathan, our technician, was very friendly, helpful and answered a lot of questions I had. He showed me the photos he took on how my ac unit was doing and what it was supposed to do. He explained and told me the goods and bads of my unit. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything, he just gave me some advice of what to fix in the future. Great customer service!     We can recommend Bumble Breeze for a new install, but youll spend a lot of time when there are problems. Hence the 4-⭐️ (one gained from the 27 March visit).I have updated this review several times as additional service has been provided and more employees have been met.14 Oct 2024 Elvis was very personable. He checked our heating system for the fall, asked and answered all our questions and left us with a great impression as a representative for Bumble Breeze. 5 ⭐️27 March 2024 Shawn and Ignacio showed up ready to go. Shawn looked at what needed to be done and made it all happen. These two are definitely 5⭐️ Personable, polite, and efficient.26 March 2024 Lester came out to do the drywall patch. He doesnt do install corrections, so we are waiting to be scheduled and return to fix the 1/4 gap left by the last job before someone can be rescheduled to fix the drywall. No work was done, nothing to rate.18 March 2024 Wesley came out on in the morning for a spring tuneup. He had an apprentice and went through the system (not that anything major should be wrong with a 6 month old system) and everything checked out. Wesley did notice that the return promised in our contract hadn’t been installed and suggested it be corrected. Install for that return was scheduled for the next day (19 March).5⭐️19 March 2024, Chris and Jon installed the return. Logan called at 8:40am with a 30-45 min eta. They didn’t arrive until after 11am. Unfortunately, they didn’t have everything they needed or the correct supplies when they arrived. They left at 12:20p to get materials they needed, but didn’t return (knowing I would be gone from 1:20-2:20p) until after 3p and still didn’t have the materials. Another tech (Wilton) brought the missing (and correct ) materials after 4p and the job was finished up just after 5:40p. Had the materials been procured on the day the service was called in, this job could have been completed in a significantly shorter timeframe. Disappointed having an entire day wasted and still have to have a drywall job done on another day to finish the job.3⭐️31 December 2023, we had Omar come out for thermostat problems. He worked through the possibilities, figured out the issue, and had us back to normal in no time. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and treated us as not just another customer.5⭐️30 Oct 2023 Bumble Breeze send out Douglas A. for the permit inspection. He arrived on time. The permit inspection was done quickly.5⭐️04 Oct 2023 I tried turning on the heat (clear the new season heat smell from the system) and one of my units wouldn’t fire up. Bumble Breeze send out Blake A. within an hour he figure out the problem.5⭐️20 Sept 2023 Wilton, Jon D., and the rest of the crew did excellent. They managed to install two full HVAC units and have them up and running in one day. They were here until 11:30pm making sure everything was working before they left. There were a few hiccups, but management and the installation crew worked through them. Some things were over promised, but Mario the install teams manager did a bang up job working to make everything right. He keep what was promised within reason and has checked up to see if anything was needed or if changes to the hardware would be required to make things work better.Lester W. came the next day to fix a few drywall and trim pieces. He was also on time, courteous, and did good.5⭐️Wilton B. returned too, along with Jon D., they came to setup my previous thermostat(s)(eco bee that we preferred) and handle a small wiring issue that required some additional parts. They rechecked all the work from the previous day and made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. 5⭐️Unfortunately, one of my previous eco bee thermostats did not want to work with the new system, so Efrain came out to troubleshoot and change it out for a thermostat that came with the new equipment. 5⭐️16 Sept 2023 Mark M. was our sales rep. He was on time and courteous. He gave us all the options and recommendations on upgrading our 18+ year old equipment.4⭐️

    They came out in a timely manner. Both the tech Rodrigo and field supervisor Jason were very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure to talk through everything with me and explain my options. It truly was great service that I received! They even took time to make my dogs feel comfortable with them. Plus gave them each a cute dog toy to play with!     We recently purchased a new HVAC unit from Bumble Breeze. The sales person, JASON, was knowledgeable and communicated effectively. In addition, we were very pleased with the team that handled the installation. The three installers, WILTON, JORGE and OSCAR were incredibly hardworking, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. These guys are a real asset to Bumble Breeze and we highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch service.     I contacted Bumble Breeze via Yelp seeking a repair of a leaking main water shut off valve on my house. They promptly reached out to me and sent a technician over within two hours. The technician, Francis, was polite and professional. He gave a couple bid proposals to fix the leaking valve. Once agreed upon, he set up a repair appointment a day and half later...which was ok because the leak was not a major problem. He came and put a new valve in place. Took him about an hour. Francis did a great job! I recommend Bumble Breeze...

    We had a great experience with the Company, they are eager to get the job done. We had made our first appointment yesterday for 12-3. Jonathan came and took a look at our old unit and explained everything in great detail as to what was going wrong w our old unit. We had made arrangements to get a new unit installed for today. Id have to say getting 3 problems crossed out with one solution is a great feeling. Our technician Chris and his team came and got the job done effectively. A slight problem came up, their supervisor Wes came out offered solutions. We went w what worked for us at this time. But I certainly would recommend this company to anyone w Ac problems. ☺️

    Our rentals furnace was blowing cold air and another AC company wanted to replace the whole system for 10-15k. We decided to give Bumble Breeze a call and were glad we did. Eric came out and diagnosed the issue and was able to get everything working in an hour. Saved us so much money.

    It was convenient that someone could come out the next day. The technician, Francis was friendly and efficient. He completed the job quickly and knew what needed to be fixed. However, my main concern is the price. I feel it was too high for such a small job that took less than a hour. Francis mentioned they don’t charge for labor, just for parts, but the parts seemed marked up significantly—around five times more than retail. We needed the work done, so I paid, but I think the price didn’t match the service provided. Due to their high prices, I won’t be able to afford their services in the future.

    Mr. Riley was very professional and informative. He set my mind at ease concerning this project. He illustrated what was going to happen, how it would look, what material was needed and would be used, and gave a timeline for the project to be completed. When I called him with additional questions he always took time to answer the questions.When the install team came (Mr. Gutierrez and another gentleman) they went straight to work. These men were also very professional and polite. When asked a question about the project they stopped to explain what they were going to do. Never complained or used foul language even when they hit a snag. They completed the project on time and explained the next steps taken. I am very pleased with their work and I will definitely use Bumble Breeze in the future.

    Carlos came out and did amazing! We were very frustrated with the process and after talking with Scott one of the managers with bumble breeze he took the time to hear our concerns and made sure we were taken care of. The best part is today when they came out I expected between two and a half and 4 hours for the job they were done in an hour and 45 minutes! I was shocked at how quickly they were done! While I had an initially thought I would never want to do business with them again Scott and The team at bumble breeze took the time to hear my concerns, and make everything right! Certainly they have earned our business for the future!

    Let me start by saying this company is GREAT—nothing but positive things to say about them. I’ve been recommending them left and right to anyone who will listen.That said, if there’s one company I never want to see again—but also can’t stop calling—it’s these guys. They replaced my HVAC and furnace, and then, just a few weeks later, my water heater decided it wanted to join the party. So, we called them again and ended up replacing that, too 😭.Now, we’re dealing with an issue with the furnace—not related to the unit itself (which works perfectly)—and they’ve uncovered some ancient plumbing problems from the ‘90s.The quality of their work and their customer service are absolutely phenomenal. While I genuinely hope I don’t need to call them again (because let’s face it, that means something else broke), it’s reassuring knowing how responsive and helpful they are.Before choosing them, we got “cheaper” quotes from other places, but the customer service elsewhere was terrible. If it takes you that long to get back to someone ready to spend thousands of dollars, I can’t imagine how long it would take you to handle a warranty issue.We’ve worked with the 2 Westleys (short and tall. Their words. Not mine 😂). Matt, Luis and like 5 other techs but cannot remember their names. Nacho also patched our walls after a repair. They have all been Excellent. We never felt pressured or rushed into a decision. There was also no unnecessary upselling. Everything they recommended was actually needed and the techs and salespeople know their stuff. It seems like management gives the team some agency when it comes to making decisions on the spot, depending on the situation and what would be the right thing to do for the customer which makes the whole process smooth. If something falls out of scope, there’s always someone ready to help them. I have two water heaters and thought I had explained that I wanted additional valves installed and different piping so I could bypass one water heater if I needed.     Elvis and Angel are one of the best duos at Bumble Breeze! They are knowledgeable, have a great tag team when completing the work, and genuinely care about the customer. Bumble Breeze replaced my A/C unit last year, and it was the most uncomplicated, seamless process I have had with a vendor for my home. Elvis and Angel came in to check the unit and see how it was performing. My house was built in the 70s and needs work; one of those updates is replacing my ducts. They explained how this will help the A/C unit perform even better than it does today, let alone the comfort it will bring in the summer.     Nice experience overall. Got a mailer from them and their ratings on multiple platforms is solid. Tune-up was scheduled to accommodate my work schedule which was appreciated. The tech arrived at the tail end of the scheduled window but got straight to work. Eric was efficient and explained the work that was done. He did make some observations and some obligatory recommendations but there was nothing high pressure about the interaction.The invoice included photos of the AC units, and the relevant pressures, amperage draws. The units were cleaned and Eric was able to identify the source of a rattle and eliminate it.The one recommendation I have for the team is to upgrade the payment acceptance method. Hand keying of credit card data into the tablet application is a bit of a concern.I will not hesitate to recommend this outfit to my friends and colleagues.

    It is with great pleasure to leave a well deserved 5 Star review for Wes, the Bumble Breeze technician that serviced my home today. I received a call within my appointment window to inform me he is on his way. I was scheduled for a AC tuneup for three units. He was cordial, professional, well versed and knowledgeable in the field. He put me at ease, as he patiently explained thoroughly what he was going to be performing and the order in which he would be performing the maintenance check. He showed me videos and photos of previous service calls and how detailed they were always making reference to the home address, work being performed and evidence of specific wires and mechanical readings. What was to follow, raised the bar higher than any other company I have used.I appreciated the extra time Wes took in explaining the different components of the AC, and how each component affects the efficiency of the entire unit. Wes even went as far as comparing the AC as the human heart, needing the blood and lungs. I was fascinated by his explanation, admired his genuineness and passion for what he enjoys doing. To be willing to take the time and effort in sharing his knowledge to a housewife with little to no AC knowledge (other than operating the thermostats) truly exemplifies his dedication to his career. Throughout the visit, Wes was engaging in conversation asking if there were any questions and respectfully knocked before entering the home from doing work outside. It’s the little things I noticed that make a big impact! At the end of a very thorough AC tuneup, Wes left me with all the photos and videos of today’s service.     We are very very pleased with Bumble Breeze. From our first meeting with Wes on 5/30/24. He is a straight shooter, very knowledgeable, honest, & engaging with our issues. We’ve had recent Huge issues with the current systems we had & not only did we have to purchase two new units but they had to be relocated back next to our main home where they shouldn’t have been moved from to begin with.     I recently had to call Bumble Breeze out because my water heater leaked and broke in the middle of the night. Thankfully, our water sensor alerted us and the drip pan did its job to avoid water damage.I called them early in the morning (6:30 am) and made a same-day appointment for a 9 am - 12 pm arrival. The lady who scheduled me was very lovely and professional. I received my courtesy call once they were 30 minutes out, and they arrived on time for the courtesy estimate and plumbing evaluation.They provided good, better, and best options to offer an immediate solution to correct our situation, which was great. Although I couldve saved a bit by going with the least expensive option, we ended up selecting an option between better and best. They were able to get right to work, delivering a brand-new water heater and fixing some corroded pipes we were previously unaware of.The team at Bumble Breeze was incredibly professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and answered all my questions with patience.     Bumble Breeze has handled our water softener install and now a new heat pump. They have always done a great job of explaining our options, how the science works and giving honest assessments of what we’re able to buy at about any price point, as well as identify the pros and cons of expensive and cheaper options. All of their sales people and installers have been very friendly and professional. We will certainly use them for years to come!Update 1/3/24: They just installed an air purifier for us. Osvaldo Jimenez and his coworker were polite and efficient. The install went well and my husband seems to have less allergy issues in the house now.Lester Weddington came by to repair the attic trim which ended up partially removed for the air purifier install, and it looks good as new. He handled the original drywall repair when we had the heat pump system put in, so it was nice to see a familiar face.

    Our home is 20 years old and needless to say is in need of some TLC. Our kitchen faucet was getting corroded and valves under sink were plastic and old.     I usually ignore the advertisements with discount coupons I get in the mail because I have a regular company that service my AC.This time, sister recommended Bumble Breeze so I gave them a try. Technicians Ado and Uziel were the best.Uziel Garcia after cleaning the units, gave a checklist and took pictures of what he inspected, made recommendations of whats needed to be done that day or later on. He also went up the attic and inspect the unit there as well. What I like of them the best, they did not pressure me to get things done that same day. Thank you guys!A little Background: Bought a home 5 years ago and every summer the AC runs, but gets really quiet, and only pushes out a gentle warm air. In the fall/winter/spring it goes back to normal. We finally had them take a look and they replaced one of the capacitors. One little wire looked a little melted so they fixed that for $90ish. All in all, it came out to $460 for the one wire and a capacitor.It reminds me of being a mechanic, start with the simple and cheapest solutions. It was worth it to watch them in action and learn. I recommend you watch them make the repair and ask good questions.

    As a first time homeowner, Ive done my best to stay on top of the household maintenance. And Sean saved me time and money by handling tasks that I assumed were mine to take care of. The end result was a curve ball that, although unforeseen, ended up being far less of a headache.Bumble Breeze Plumbing is an excellent service with wonderful customer relations. Curve ball or not, I sleep better knowing theyre on my team.

    From the beginning, Scott made sure I understood more about HVAC systems than I ever thought necessary. He was very patient with my questions and helped me choose the best efficiency level for my home and budget. On installation day, William, Mike, Jordan, and Johnny were true professionals. Jordan explained everything that was happening and when. Each guy was very courteous and respectful of my home. They arrived earlier than expected and for sure were done way earlier than expected, too. I was able to review with William some of the plans Id discussed with Scott about the installation--he was very aware and reassured me all would be done as agreed upon.Overall, a great experience. HVAC issues in Las Vegas are no joke and Im glad the team took such great care to work well, quickly, and to be so kind.Oh!     AC unit is 6 years old.1st service. I called Bumble Breeze in the late afternoon and they were able to come out in the morning before it started heating up. They found our AC issue quickly and repaired it. $700 fix. We also signed up with the recurring maintenance plan for AC (and Plumbing) to stay on top of it better. Great experience….at that time.2nd service a week later because the same issue arose. Apparently not fixed so well the first time. Not so great experience.A few weeks later, similar issue, but different part, another $800. So far everything has been about the unit in the attic. Ruddy is a really nice tech. He showed proof of another part malfunctioning on the outside unit. Another $250 but AC is running good now.

    Ive utilized Bumble Breeze a few times now. Enjoy dealing with their office, easy to get someone on the phone, they confirm via e-mail and call ahead to let you know someones en route. Funny enough they recently started sending you tiny tidbits about the technicians which I thought was cute and not overwhelming. I had a recurrent clog in my main sewer line due to a plastic object. It was a big project and I got the best quote from BB. The guys who came out (cant find their names anymore) were very helpful and diligent. They found another major problem and offered me to repair it though it was significantly more and another day of work but since the excavator was already there it was the right move. They explained to me how it all worked, cleaned up everything, and were very professional. Even answered some additional questions regarding other problems in the house. The next time I had an issue I had a different technician, Riley. He came out to fix a sink clog. I then mentioned another problem which he said he should be able to fix but would have to research. He did his due diligence and on the day of the service discovered that instead of a replacement of a part he could adjust it and save me money. We enjoyed chatting and he supplied me with a lot of useful knowledge including recommendations for water softeners which Im considering. Super pleasant and professional. Im very pleased with this company, and trust me, while I was trying to get my sewer line fixed I had dealt with 4 different ones. Ill be a BB customer until I leave Vegas!
