This company initially sent a plumber named Jacob who did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and setting up a plan for repairs. On the follow up call, a supervisor, Isaiah showed up. Without conducting ANY inspection whatsoever, and ignoring the findings of his co-worker, Isaiah stated that repairs could not be done and caused me stress. After much unnecessary debate and subsequent removal of the valve cover plate, Isaiah found that the issue was fixable as stated by Jacob. But then he put on the valve plate misaligned from where it was initially. When I asked him to return and line it up correctly, he told me that the before/after photos confirm the plate was installed the same way. I guess after 12 years of using the same shower I must have forgotten that the water handle does not point down to shut off 🤷🏽‍♂️ . I would have given 5 stars but for the laziness of Isaiah. Jacob should be his supervisor and they should demote Isaiah.

I had the wastewater back up in my kitchen last night. I called boss plumbing first thing. They scheduled an appointment. Joe arrived early within the 4 hr window. He was very professional . Assessed the job and had the appropriate parts with him! Gave me a quote right away. Very fast and thorough, he completed the job. Replaced the garbage disposal,Tested the pipes and the dishwasher. Then he cleaned up everywhere, including the floor! He took all the dirty towels with him. No mess no fuss for me. I have a sink that drains now.

I showed them everything they needed to see and sat back and let them do their thing. They found a couple of exposed wires which was causing the unit to ground out. Took the necessary steps to correct it and got the cool air flowing again downstairs. Great couple of technicians from Boss.

Joe Johnson came out and had to trouble shoot to fix it because the new flapper that was ordered couldnt be installed due to the way the toilet was installed. So glad we chose Boss Plumbing through our AHS warranty. For the first call they came out same day! The second call they came out next day. Some of the work we need done isnt covered under our warranty but they gave us a fair estimate. They really communicate well with customers both the office staff and our great technician Jonathan who came and resolved our issues both times explained clearly what the issue was how he fixed it and what else needs to be done. We really appreciated his workmanship and his being patient with us.

Benny did a clean, fast repair on my gas fireplace valve leak. It was 25 years old. The wall had to be cut and he did a clean job. The valve and gas line had to be replaced. I can easily repair the cutout without having to buy another piece of wallboard. The price was fair. The gas company capped the fireplace off last week when I smelled gas. They were there within the hour of my call about the smell. Luckily, they only capped off the fireplace and not the gas to the entire home.

The hot water issue was reported about 11am on 3/19 and Chris the technician arrived between 3 and 3:30pm on 3/19. Christmas courteous and friendly and fast. He had to replace the hot water heater with a new one. Chris was very concerned about not leaving a mess. He asked fir a towel abd trash bag. This is the best plumbing service I have ever used!! These guys are the boss!!! I greatly appreciate their prompt response to my call. My hot water heater was leaking after the earthquake, and the company that AHS assigned to me would not answer the after hours number. I noticed on their AHS’s site that Boss had the highest ratings. I cancelled the first company and chose Boss. They immediately answered the phone, and Jonathan was at my house within 30 minutes to help us avoid more damage to our home. Best plumbing service I’ve ever had.
