My wife and I cannot say thank you enough for the excellent job he did! We had a bathtub replacement and complete tile upgrade around the new tub and they did the best job ever! We are super happy and excited about the completed work!!! Thank you again for everything!! I’d recommend Krassimir and Allstate for anything plumbing related!!

This company has excellent customer service. I just had a toilet replaced and they did a wonderful job. The year before I had a problem with my kitchen sink. I called a plumber who did not fix the problem, so I called Allstate Service Group to come and fix the kitchen sink, and yes they fixed the issue. This company has been consistent in taking care of my plumbing issues. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Our main water line was leaking. Allstate gave me an appointment; I told them ASAP we dont have water. Rafiq the technician arrived early and spent an hour explaining the process. We were informed if the job was not completed by Friday they would work through the weekend. Next day we received a written estimate in detail. We got on the phone with Alex the owner and went over the payment plan. The work was done quick, clean and water running in 1 day, Thank you Rafiq and Alex. Some of the estimated work was not necessary. We were on the phone again with Alex and the invoice was discounted. In the event we have another problem in our home we will be contacting Allstate Service Group.

Thé best experience with a plumbing company to date! They schedule promptly (it was a weekend when I left a request, and did not expect it). Patient and courteous. Took time to explain what could be the ways to fix the issue (I was confused after what a couple other plumbers told me).The plumber came on time, asked if we take shoes off in the house (always appreciated). Took time to understand what is happening and think of the best way to resolve. It really felt like honest desire to help the best way possible, not just charge a lot. They did not charge a lot either, comparing to other estimates I got.

Needed to repair hot water leak underneath kitchen floor. The company was very competitive with their pricing and showed up as scheduled. I am happy with their work and hopefully I will not need to call them for any repairs from their work. Our plumbers that routed new hot water lines throughout the lower levels was professional and respected our home as he was very careful with covering areas that may get dirty.

Highly recommend! Communication was great as the service tech, Israel, texted me each time to verify 20 minutes before he arrived. I had both of the HVAC units replaced which is a huge job. The fit and finish was fantastic and very professional.

My ac went out august 28. Which also happened to be one of the hottest days of the year. I reached out to several HVAC companies, but their prices are crazyyyy, despite of the crisis.. i came across allstate service group and decided to give me a call. Im very happy that i did reached out to them. I explained the situation and olga (owners wife) they will diagnose the issue and provide me with an estimate. Their employees arrive as schedules, diagnose the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done and provided me with an reasonable estimate. We scheduled a date for repairs and i was surprise, they do it sooo quick, with perfection and respect to other people. Our ac is working again, and it saved us money.Its too quick. I have used Allstates service twice, so far, and plan on using them again should the need arise. I first learned of them when I bought a garbage disposal and they were the contracted company who arrived to do the installation. I was happy enough with that quick and simple experience that when it came time to do a new toilet installation I simply called them directly. I received a quick turn around response time for both my email and phone messages. I was given a quote up front and that is how the quote remained through completion of the installation, as no serious hiccups or issues arised during either install. The technicians were very nice, professional, and quick.

Of course it was over a holiday weekend and a part need to be ordered but thankfully the Vegas heat had a nice amount of warm water in the tank to manage a few days. The company kept us informed and the tech squeezed us in after hours the same day if getting the part. Yay! Technician was professional, courteous, friendly and timely.

Our technician, Johnathan, was exceptionally talented. He performed the install efficiently and quickly. We had a 95 year old woman that was sleeping in the adjacent bedroom and she was never disturbed dispute the fact that he had to break one of the floor bolts and the toilet in order to remove it. I give him 10 stars and highly recommend them.

I dont often give a 5 star review, but this one is well earned. Allstate sent someone out to fix our AC unit within an hour of the initial call. The tech, Justis, was polite, knowledgeable, and fixed our AC unit within an hour. Justis knew what was wrong with our unit as soon as I told him what was happening, he wore booties on the carpet, and he took the time to explain the repair once it was done. Thank you!!!

We had problems with our water heater that was under warranty and while waiting for the warranty to go through left us 6 days without hot water:/ (cold sink baths are not fun:/) as late in the day as it was we appreciated Vrassimir and Eric coming out and rigging the ranks so we could have hot water until the other tank could be replaced. We also appreciate Karina texting us, keeping us up to date when the techs were on their way and including a link to track their whereabouts so we knew when to expect them. It has been frustrating having 2 water heaters replaced and having manufacturing issues with 2 of them in the last month, especially with kids in the house. But working with Allstate has taken the anxiety level down a few notches with their efforts to make sure we are taken care of. We feel like we talked to and seen them so much they are almost like an extended family! COVID lockdown interrupted our bathroom remodel, and we had originally planned on doing our tile flooring ourselves, and but found ourselves pressed for time and no ability to get all the material we needed. Allstate Service Group answered our request for estimate from Angies List, and within a week Michael was out to see what we needed. Not only did he give us a quote for our tiling, but was honest that they had a minimum charge, and what else did we need done? In truth we needed drywall work and painting, and Allstate was able to roll all of it into their fee.We went from no floor, holes in the wall, and mismatched colors to brand new tile, not being able to tell where the patches in the wall were, and fully painted in three days, including new baseboards and swapping out a toilet. Lest anyone think it was perfect, we actually had a bit of a miscommunication regarding the transition between the tile and the carpet, but no less than 3 people were on top of it, calling us to go over options and getting it replaced before ever asking for the balance due.I would absolutely recommend them for their promptness, attention to detail, follow through, and generally being really great about cleaning up after themselves.

This was not my first time calling Allstate for my home repair needs. The level of service was excellent as always. However this time I want to share my rating due to being surprised in a positive way by an Allstate technician.In my house we take street shoes off to protect the floors and to keep the house clean. It is customary in my culture to do this. Since it is normal for people to walk in their street shoes inside houses here, I usually ask all service personnel to put on shoecovers, which I provide upon their entry to my house.It was amazing to notice Ruslan, an Allstate technician, taking his shoes off before entering my house without me even saying anything. He must have paid attention to my feet when I greeted him.I appreciate this company for hiring the right people, and making sure their technicians not only know how to fix things, but also respect households they visit as part of their service.

My experience couldn’t have been any better or easier than it was. Nobody ever wants to have to call a plumber, especially if you have a leak and potential damage to your home. The great thing is that not only were they quick to respond, super friendly and professional, and had someone out ASAP, they were also able to refer me over to their restoration department to get my water damage addressed before it turned into something ugly! They made the whole process with filing a claim as easy and painless as it can be when you’re dealing with home warranty companies. Everyone I dealt with, from the dispatchers to the plumber Krasimir to Hector the one who came to clear the damage, were professional, courteous and communicative.I will most definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to my friends and family here in Vegas!
