Nelson Andrade is a real gentleman, he came out and looked at our situation and gave me sound advice. He wasnt interested in charging me money until he knew the problem. He very well could have done any number of things to rack up a bill, but instead hes interested in relationships and return customers.World class guy building a business the right way. I appreciate that and will write a review for it even though Im not usually one to do so.Thanks Nelson Ill be in touch if what we discussed doesnt work.

I took the time to read the reviews of this company before calling them to find my water leak. Everyone raved about Nelson and the great job he did for them. I phoned and asked if Nelson was still employed there and when they confirmed he was, I set up an appointment to have my property diagnosed. They sent Nelson within a couple of hours. He was every bit as professional as others had reported. He had specialty leak diagnostic electronic equipment and worked hard to locate our leak. He was an excellent troubleshooter and very experienced in this field. Polite and professional and found the leak in a reasonable time. Couldnt have been happier with the service.
