This company came out to diagnose my garbage disposal issues. The technician Sam was prompt and very professional and quickly provided a plan to return with a brand new disposal. He replaced it in less than ten minutes. It was the most painless repair I have experienced. I also really appreciated his professionalism. When home alone I often feel uncomfortable if service technicians are here, but his friendly and professional demeanor really put me at ease. I would highly recommend the company and this technician!

Had some issues with our garbage disposal and Sam went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional from start to finish.First and foremost, Sam displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise. He arrived right on time, fully equipped with all the necessary tools and replacement parts. His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and he took the time to explain the entire process to me, answering all my questions patiently. When you talk to Sam, you know that he truly knows his trade. I felt confident in his abilities right from the start.When it came to the actual replacement of the garbage disposal, Sams skill and efficiency were truly commendable. He carefully removed the old unit and installed the new one with precision and attention to detail. Although dealing with AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY is akin to the innermost circle of hell, their plumbing vendor ADVANCED HOME SERVICES makes up for it regarding my plumbing issues. They communicate, work around your schedule, are friendly, are knowledgeable, and actually care about customer service. I will use them again for non-home warranty work. Highly recommend their professional demeaner and can do attitude. I enjoyed working with both Jorge and Houston on site as well as their entire office staff/dispatch.

For a company that had such bad reviews, especially when dealing with home insurance, I expected the worst but that wasn’t the case.The technician (Joe) showed up at my house within the given time frame and he even gave me a 30 minute heads up that he was on the way.He was very thorough on trying to identify the problem and tried to fix it. Unfortunately he couldn’t but he knew what the issue was so he ordered the part (gas valve) and told me it would be 1-3 days to receive it directly to my house and that I would need to call his office to schedule the installation.I received the part in 2 days and I called the office thinking it would be another couple of days before they could come but to my surprise they said they would have a technician come that same day! The same tech Joe showed up at my house in an hour and installed the part in 15 minutes. Problem solved!

American Home Shield assigned Advanced Home Services to us for a plumbing leak at our tub spout. Joe communicated with us to let us know in advance that he was on his way. He arrived at our house within the time frame of our appointment. I appreciated that he put plastic over his shoes so whatever plumbing issue he resolved before us was not dragged into our house. Joe explained what he was doing throughout the process and that all of thr fixes he tried were to no avail so he would stop the leak for now and then contact American Home Shield to see what they would cover since he would need to fix the leak by cutting an access from the room on the behind the tub. That happened on a Friday and I got an email early Monday for American Home Shield stating that some of the work wouldnt be covered because the copper pipe was not installed to code. Shortly thereafter, Advanced Home Services staff called and told me that the extra charge was $185, which was way overpriced for what was needed, but at that point I preferred to have them fix it since my soldering and pipe clamping skills are not great. When Joe came out the second time for the repair he got right to work and fixed pipes and installed a new tub diverter spout and tested for leaks. He was very professional the entire time. Now its time to wait for American Home Shield to assign a drywall contractor to patch the wall.

Advanced Home Services was dispatched through my home warranty company when my hot water heater started leaking. The company was able to quickly get us an appt to come out and replace our hot water heater. They even gave us a military discount on what was not covered under warranty, which was much appreciated! Our technician Jorge was great and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job replacing the unit and I would use them again!

We were having issues with our garbage disposal. The home warranty company assigned AHS to fix the problem. When I was scheduling the visit, I was initially impressed with the fact that next day service was available. Stacy was extremely polite and super easy to work with. I really appreciated that. Jorge showed up on time yesterday and had our garbage disposal replaced and ready to go so quickly! I also greatly appreciate that as the technician, he put booties on over his work boots before entering my home. This is such a pet peeve of mine when workers come out to your house. Overall, I was very pleased with our experience and would recommend them.

I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Alex worked quickly with my home owners insurance to have the water replaced. Jorge P. did an excellent job with the install. They answered all our questions and was very curious and professional. I would also like comment that Stacy was also VERY nice and respectful when speaking with her on the phone. She was excellent in answering questions about our out of pocket expenses. We were not impressed with Evone. She was short and seemed very irritated that we had questions. Still a five star overall for this company.

We just bought the house and it still had the original AC Unit but the previous owners took great care of it maintenance wise but eventually we knew that it had to get replaced.We have received many quotes from many companies out here in Las Vegas and Advanced Home Services was the best choice because their prices were more reasonable. Cody, the technician explained the difference between the different units and we were able to make a clear choice as to what type of AC unit to get.Cody was over within a few days to install the unit and made sure that it worked properly before he left. Since then, Julys power bill was $250, we got Augusts bill and it dropped down to $175 which was a big difference because of the new unit being energy efficient. Best investment ever!

We ended up having Advanced Home Services contracted to us through our home warranty. We originally had Air Pro Services contracted, but after numerous phone calls and messages, could not even get them to contact us back. They also had horrible reviews on yelp and Google, so I was very nervous about them coming out. Our home warranty ended up sending Advanced Home services to us, and boy am I glad! Jered was super knowledgeable and professional. He pinpointed our problem right away, and made it a priority to get us on the books to quickly get it resolved. Our AC is blowing nice and cool right now. I am a very satisfied customer and will be using them again in future.

Our air conditioning system went out on Wednesday night, June 3, 2020, late, and I contacted our Home Warranty company on Thursday morning. It got up to 108 degrees outside that day, and it was 100 degrees inside the house! They contacted Advanced Home Services for a trouble call, and David came out on Friday and replaced the capacitor on the fan motor. Hurrah! Cool air! He told my husband that the motor was pulling high amps, and there could be more issues coming, since the unit is over 20 years old. Sure enough, Thursday night, June 11, the AC died again, and I called Yvonne at Advanced on Friday morning. She had David to come out and check the system again, at no additional charge. David told my husband the motor had gone out, and he would call around to try to find one - My husband and I talked, and I talked to Yvonne about replacing the unit. We knew the Warranty company would just continue to patch up the old unit, and we would be in for more and more breakdowns. Yvonne was able to schedule a replacement unit to be installed on Saturday morning, June 13, and David and his crew were here bright and early, with crane operator, new unit, and everything! They had the new unit installed by mid afternoon. I started signing the paperwork, and David went out to his truck and returned with a big gift basket - thanking us for being their customer! I cannot say enough good things about Yvonne and David, and their entire crew. They were completely professional, but made us feel like we were the only customers in the world. They truly believe in awesome customer service - and thats what we got! I can tell you for sure, we will be lifetime customers!

No one ever wants their AC to go out, especially in the middle of a heat wave. AHS was able to come out within 24 hours. They had the part that was needed stocked in their truck so they were able to fix the problem and get cold air blowing again within and hour. Price was very reasonable also as I had quoted it with another company which was higher. Also, they arrived on time and called when they were 15 minutes out. They also keep you updated via text and a cool app where you can track where your repairman is while they’re on their way. Will definitely use them again in the future as needed. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They called ahead and arrived soon after. I appreciate that they wear booties when walking in the house. My technician, Dave, was polite and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and was able to quickly fix it and he did so without making a huge mess. He took care to clean up all the old parts and leave my toilet closet in the same condition as he found it. He discoverd that the prior installation was done incorrectly and explained to me the way he was going to fix it rather than just doing it the wrong way again.

To Whom It May Concern:• I have used ADVANCED HOME SERVICES for over 7 years.• They are a family owned business.• Supervisor Yvonne, Manager Justin, Technician Ray, Vinnie the Technician and the entire staff are very friendly, professional, and care for their customers.• Advanced Home Services have repaired my plumbing issues, toilet leaks, water heater, and refrigeration matters.• They are REASONABLY and AFFORDABILITY priced!• There is a SYSTEM to the REPAIR PROCESS! This practice PROTECTS the CUSTOMERS and the OWNERS of any business establishments.• Either contracted by a Home Warranty Service Company or calling them directly, YOU will get an HONEST and REASONABLE quote by a PROFESSIONAL.• What some people DO NOT understand is that most Home Warranty Services DO NOT cover any, some, or all of the expenses. This depends on the magnitude of the problem with the appliances, air condition unit, plumbing issues, heating, etc…Some things can be repaired, while others needs to be replaced. These repairs and or installations need to be brought up to code within the city (Permits). Most of the time, this is not covered by the warranty services and costs $$$. Customers are unaware of this and get bent out of shape when they receive a quote. Why should any repair business should have to pay out of their pocket when they are trying to make a living too.• Just a week ago my water heater was leaking and produced no hot water. I called Advanced Home Service late in the day and they sent a technician the very next day to examine the problem. He thoroughly explained to me the situation of which I needed a new water heater and that the supervisor will be calling me shortly about what my options are. Yvonne called and informed me of the situation. She was extremely detailed amongst the estimates about either installing a new water heater or a tankless heater (rebates). I told her that I would call her back the next morning. Later in the day, I called 2 of my best friends who are contractors in California and asked for their advice. They both were surprised on how low the costs were for either option. For my peace of mind, I even called another repair company contracted by my Home Warranty Service and they were DOUBLE the cost of what Advanced Home Services quoted me! You bet I called them the same day to have them install a new water heater as I did not want to lose that price!• The next day, Vinnie the Technician came and installed the new water heater within an hour. He was extremely kind, professional, and made sure everything was working properly and efficiently before he left. Thank you Advanced Home Services for having Vinnie on your staff. Ask for VINNIE the Technician to repair or install your water heater.• When it rains, it pours! A few days ago, my toilet in the master bathroom started to leak a little from the base. Who do I call? You betcha I called ADVANCED HOME SERVICES to fix the issue. The Technician Ray came out the next day and repaired it in a flash and the leak was gone. He too is super very nice and professional. Thank you Advanced Home Services for having Ray on your team for years. Ask for RAY to service any issues as he is the master of all trades. We have used him a few times over the years!• During these unprecedented times due to the Covid-19 Virus, people are afraid and there are mistakes going to be made. We are ALL in this together. Ray the technician was completely professional and polite they came out within 3 hours of my filing a claim with my home warranty. My water heater needed replacement and he had given me a written and itemized quote on what may or may not be covered. Lisa from the front office called me to let me know what my warranty company denied totaling $400. I reviewed my policy and promptly called myhomewarranty company and their response was oops we made a mistake. Lesson learned, check and check again, this was not the contractors fault it was my warranty fault! I would definitely use this company again with or without warranty coverage.

Advanced Home Services was dispatched for my failed water heater by my home warranty American Home Shield. The water heater was still under warranty from Rheem. They came out on a Wednesday and removed the bad water heater. They returned on the following Monday to put the new water heater in. They wanted to charge me $130 for a permit that you can do online for much cheaper. They were okay with me getting my own permit. I have a hot water recirculating pump that they charged me $175 to hook back up. American Home Shield said it was a modification. Overall I was happy with Advanced Home Services and their technician Javier.

I used this company because I had and HSA home Warranty. This company replaced a water heater at my home. This review is to illustrate my experience with 2 individuals who came to my home. The first person was a technician who I felt did not treat me or my situation with the dignity, respect nor urgency, I felt was warranted. I felt that the color of my skin may have been a consideration in the manner in which he talked to me and addressed my issues. I give he and robert (dispatcher) a 1 but at least they showed up!The second technician Vinnie, was a professional and treated me with dignity and respect. He also apologized for the first technician that showed up. He should be elevated in your company and replace Bob! Thank you Vinnie for fixing my issue and your professionalism. Advanced home services was sent by America Home Shield to fix my A/C – within minutes of receiving the work order from AHS my appointment was scheduled by a super friendly lady for the next day with a three hour window from 3pm to 6pm. To my surprise, the technician Shadd called at 1:45pm and said he was ahead of schedule and could be to my house around 2:00, I said great! Shadd was extremely knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Advanced Home Services and very highly recommend Shadd! It was his day off but he volunteered to come out within a hour and replace the water heater his services were beyond all my expectations he was quick efficient professional and very friendly will gladly call them for any future services.
