    Adaven Plumbing provided exceptional service repairing our broken main water line.Miguel the Plumber, aka The Plumbing Master, and crew did an amazing job at replacing 80 of pipe from our meter through the neighbors yard and driveway and into our garage and did it in record time!They helped to arrange the concrete repair and took care of us every step of the way. New plumbing on the first day with the landscaping and concrete repaired/replaced the next.Excellent communication from the initial visit until completion of the job which was finished earlier than scheduled.I highly recommend this company, excellent customer service and Miguel went above and beyond during a difficult and stressful situation for which I am truly grateful.Many thanks to Miguel and the Adaven Plumbing team.

    I had an excellent experience with this company. They promptly came out, assessed the issue, and told me exactly what it was going to take to fix it, and the cost. Carlos was excellent, friendly, and professional.Their affiliation with the Southern Nevada Water Authority impressed me. By being an approved vendor, I was entitled to a $2000 discount, plus they file a permit with the city so my new main waterline is on record officially.They promised to come out two days later and they did today. In three hours, they dug it out and replaced it. Later, the city will come inspect it tomorrow they will refill the holes. I am very pleased and recommend this company.

    Adaven have been my plumbers for going on ten years. They have always treated me fair and done excellent work. My jobs have been simple clogged drains that require jetting to a complete sewer line replacement which included cutting into the foundation of the house. Big or small job, Ive always been pleased with the work.

    Our technicians name was Miquel and he was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable is his field and explained everything that we were having problems with in clear detail. He was very honest and found our leak problem pretty quickly. His customer service could not have been any better. I give him 5 stars and if I could I would give him 10 stars.

    Carlos was great! He provided the best service and price compared to the other estimates we got. With Carlos’s guidance, he showed us what to buy online at Home Depot. He saved us money by telling us what did not need to buy and the specific items we needed. After we purchased the toilet and shower faucets, he came over and finished the work efficiently and with great workmanship. The HOA needs to repair water shut off and he promised to return to finish the rest in the bathroom. Thanks Carlos!! and Adaven plumbing!

    Miguel P. Did a great job for us, and Nancy was accommodating in getting us the appointment times we requested. Miguel showed up on time and was resourceful in taking care of a tricky fix of a tub faucet leak. He also checked other plumbing issues in our house and faintly heard a toilet running; so we immediately contracted to get the necessary replacement part to fix that. Then Miguel showed us how our many stop angles were not able to be used and once they did come off, they were all corroded and needed replacing. They were installed in 2009, so we understood it was time for an upgrade. We commend Miguel for his expertise and extra effort. He provided excellent service and represented his company in a very professional manner. If we have future plumbing issues, we will likely call Adaven and request Miguel P.Update: We thought we had a situation that needed looking into. Adaven had a person taking calls at 6:30 this morning and he got an urgent message in for us for a return call. Miguel P. came right away! We did not have anything to repair; and some air in a line might have been causing our reverse osmosis device to re-set or temporarily not work. Miguel is very good at explaining everything and checking everything. It is almost astonishing that we got such fast and excellent service on an early Saturday morning. --We are appreciative customers.

    Absolutely amazing experience!! Carlos Gallegos (the plumber sent to our house) was professional, experienced, kind, and most of all, honest. He fixed the clogged drain that connected our downstairs shower and toilet when they overflowed.We were quoted a timeframe of 1.00-1:15pm and Carlos called personally to tell us that he would be late- closer to 2:30pm. I got a text saying he was en route at 1:50pm so he ended up arriving earlier than anticipated. Regardless, he was super apologetic for being late and even gave us a discount on our services!We are beyond thrilled with the work performed and the same-day service.     A guy from rebath went to my house to quote on the bathroom remodel and since they are remodeling the bathroom they must as well fix my water leaks that is flooding the ground floor of the house but to my surprise, they dont do plumbing and referred me to adaven plumbing company so gave them a call and send their guy to fix it.     June 5, 2024. Carlos Gallegos from Adaven Plumbing came to our residence (89123) to give us an estimate reference a letter we received from the LVVWD reference continuous flow of water on our property. After a thorough check it was determined that we have a slab leak. Mr. Gallegos was punctual and very patient with us in explaining all of our options. He subsequently emailed 4 options along with estimates for each. We had another company come out the day before who advised us the leak was between our water meter and garage. If it wasnt for Mr. Gallegos thorough inspection we would be paying approx $6000 to have our lawn torn up and trenched unnecessarily.

    I loved everything about this company! First of all everyone I dealt with was so friendly, polite and professional. Then to get a free estimate was amazing...unlike other companies. The estimate and job to be done were explained thoroughly to me. They worked with my schedule when making appointments and were always prompt. When they arrived at my home they took great care in making sure they did not dirty my house and cleaned up the area where the work was done.     The best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. I called another company before them and was quoted a whole house re pipe for 19k. I call Adaven for a second opinion and it turns out I only needed to replace a pipe from the front yard to the house. I paid less than 4k and Adaven employees told me how to get help paying for the job through the Water District. If you need a plumber, I would 💯% recommend Adaven. So much so, that they are also working on my parents home as well.

    Awesome job, Adaven was the 3rd place I called for a backed up water line. The first 2 couldnt have someone come out for a few days, but Adaven was able to get someone there within the hour.     I received a text from LVVWD this past Monday in the late afternoon stating a continuous water flow had been detected at my property. I called LVVWD to ask about it and they told me it was probably a main line leak between the meter and the house. I then called Adaven and got a hold of Nancy on her way home from work and said she was unable to schedule at that time but would call me first thing on Tuesday. Sure enough, I got her call at 7:30 AM and she scheduled Miguel Pleitez for a 2:30 appointment.Miguel called later that day and said he could make it by 12:30. I appreciated the fact that he would arrive earlier than expected. In just a few minutes upon arrival, Miguel was able to ascertain that there was not a leak between the meter and the house but there was an irrigation line issue. He gave me an estimate and I told him that I had a landscaper that I regularly use. He told me ok and did not try to pressure me into using Adaven for the job. The thing that really impressed me was that there was no charge for the service call. That really made my day. Miguel was very personable, honest and was more than happy to answer a number of questions I asked him. From start to finish, I consider my experience with Adaven to have been a very positive one. I have used other plumbers in Las Vegas in the past. From this point forward, I will be using Adaven for all my plumbing concerns.

    There arent enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

    Carlos with Adavan was absolutely wonderful he came on time, was trustworthy to let in my home in my absence and found a simple aerator loose dripping water down faucet to underneath and he tightened it and was gone in minutes no charge & no more leak, no repairs needed. They provided an estimate if I wanted to replace it in the future. Absolutely best company. Great with clearing drains for under $59 too!

    I had suspected a slab leak in my home and one day *POOF* something had burst and audible running water can be heard. I immediately shut off the main water line and quickly started calling around for help.I went through 5 different quotes and opinions + 1 from a handyman. Some companies wanted to do leak detection, but as Ive found - the more seasoned plumbers knew there was no need for that. I had both a serious hot water leak and a small cold water leak. My home was built in 1999. It was time.Fortunately for me circumstances allowed me to call around. I CANNOT stress enough how important it is to get at least three quotes and opinions. Mixed into the calls I had one company try to sell me a leak detection. Before you commit to that, listen to the opinions of the professionals you enlist. 4/5 (+ the handyman) was willing to come out and give you a free assessment and quote. While Adaven was not the first company I called (they were actually third) you could tell the difference in effort.Miguel was stellar. He didnt have to spend as much time as he did, he probably even knew that I had met two other people before him because of the way I was able to understand his jargon. But no, he spent the time. He went as far as showing me the material that they would use, the tools that they would use, and left me with the feeling of someone who was deserving of the job.After youve identified at least 3 quotes you get a sense of how much the job SHOULD cost. There were 2 companies who quoted REALLLLLY high and made it sound like the discount that they were going to give you was such a great deal. Adaven was not playing that game. They were upfront with their cost and ultimately came down to the most reasonable.They spent the time, they put in the effort, and they were honest about their cost. They maintain their 5 star reputation for a reason.When it came down to the work, replumbing a house is not a clean job. Its very dirty. Youll hate the amount of damage and post-cleaning therell be (if youve ever done drywall work, youd understand). The crew exercised a great amount of preparation and used a good amount of material to reduce the amount of cleanup. They finished the work very quickly and efficiently.I had to wait a little for inspection, but this was fine because it gave me a chance to observe any issues with the install. I can sometimes be nitpicky so I had asked if they could come back for two things and they came the next day.Inspection finally came and passed the job. I have no complaints, I was very happy with the service I received, and while its not an amount Id wish on anyone to spend out of the blue, the service that I got made it worth it.The owner, Jerry, was also available for any of my questions and even personally followed up with me. You might also think with the amount of care and effort Miguel gives you he could be the owner himself!Id highly recommend Adaven for your job - but always practice due diligence, get the opinions and ensure the job you order is the job you need at the price that is common across your quotes and with the person you feel most comfortable with.

There was the initial possibility of cutting the wall to find a leak but he did his due diligence about other possible issues first.     We recently had Carlos from Adaven do some work on our house and he will forever be our go-to plumber! We first worked with him when Adaven was recommended by our real estate agent, Michael Coxen because we needed some plumbing fixtures inspected on a home that we were in the process of purchasing. And knowing that the inspection timeline is tight, Adaven made sure to fit us in ASAP and Carlos came out to check it all out. He was such a rockstar and gave us his honest opinion on what should be changed and what was totally fine and gave us a super detailed work order immediately so that we could use it during negotiations. After going through with the purchase, we brought Carlos back to do the quoted work and he did such an amazing job! They were really flexible with fitting the work into their schedule and even with the payment.     I would give them 4.5 (unfortunately you cant give half stars) and it wouldve been a 5-star rating but I think theyre prices are a little bit high (had priced out others for about 15%-20% cheaper but they fit better into my schedule). I would give Carlos Gallegos (the guy who did my work) 5-stars because that man was professional, polite, prompt, and efficient; and should anyone be reading this and need work done, my advice is to ask for this man because he knew his stuff and he worked his butt off while he was on site for me and I appreciate that.

    Jerry, the owner, came out when our hot water heater was no longer working. Instead of just automatically assuming we needed a hot water heater, he checked further and found out that we had a hot water line leak under the house! They will be coming next week to repipe the house. This afternoon Steven and Danny came to install a 50 gallon hot water heater so we would have hot water as we are waiting for the repipe next week. Everything was done exceptionally well and the price was amazing.     Everyone made this experience pleasant, from the receptionist to the gentleman who installed my water heater. Another company had quoted an exorbitant price. (4 times what Adaven charged). My water heater was under warranty. Adaven quoted a price to replace the water heater with a new one and one it was complete I paid the price quoted with no added expenses. I highly recommend Adaven Plumbing!!

    Danny was Very polite, knowledgeable , explained and analyzed the problem to us. He fixed the faucet right away , then opened up the wall , where the drain leaked, took photos , told us in detail what needed to be done on his return trip. He will comeback with another helper yo install new trap and drain to finish the job. I felt relieved knowing that he will do a good job.

    After the first night in our recently purchased home in Sun City Summerlin our main sewer line clogged from years of solidified grease and an incorrectly installed sewer line (originally built without proper slope to the street). We came home from errands to a river of sewage in our house. Jerry was out at the house within hours (on a Saturday). He unclogged the line, rinsed out and cleaned the tub and toilet and diagnosed the problem in the line. Additional mitigation efforts determined that the only way to fix the problem for good was to excavate and install a new line (properly this time). Jerry provided a bid the next day. Jerry and his team had 60+ feet excavated (including under the house to an interior closet where they jack hammered through the floor to find the pipe) in a couple of days. They installed the new sewer line (we also had him replace our main water line while he was already digging up the yard), tested everything, and had it inspected within another day or two. Since we couldnt be living at the house Jerry was kind enough to send me photos and videos of the work in progress. After they covered everything back up and spread the landscaping rocks you couldnt even tell they had been there.Its hard to find contractors or service providers that are accessible, thorough, hard working, conscientious, and honest but weve found one who will be our plumber for life. This rather complex job was performed faster and cheaper than either my wife or I could have expected. Were thrilled with the results. Jerry, we hope to never need your services again but if we (or anyone we know) needs a plumber youll the only one we call! Thanks for everything!

    All employees were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They found the problem which will require a second visit to replace a section of the drain pipe which has a large nail which caused the sewer to back up. Nail appears to be from a nail gun during construction of the house.Thanks to everyone!
