I use these guys for all of my plumbing needs for both rental and personal properties. Office staff is great and field techs are knowledgeable, efficient and clean. Can’t recommend them enough.

I do my own home repairs and have considerable experience in many aspects of home construction. Theres some work I just dont like to do or is simply heavy and needs multiple hands. This is what I hire out for. With that said, this plumbing company is very kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable of the work they do. They do give you a good estimate straight up front and are very attentive to the work that is done. I would highly recommend their services.

My Mom who is disabled, had a toilet issue. I contacted AA Cassaro Plumbing, and they were there THAT VERY DAY first on their list. I was a priority to them. They made me feel like a VIP from the start. They advised me on ALL of my options, and was THERE FOR EVERY STEP to make sure ME the customer was HAPPY.. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you TOMMY and ADA and Jennifer and Jacob for EVERYTHING and of course Mr. Cassaro for ALL KNOWING CUSTOMER FIRST!

No words can truly describe how important they made me feel. We had a sewer back up problem which turned out to be tree roots clogging up our sewer line. From the very moment they made contact with me to the moment they completed the work of restoring the line the way it was suppose to function they acted and treated me in a very professional manner. They explained from the start what had to be done and how long it would take. They were true to their word and we experienced very inconvenience. The plumber who actually did the work ( Ben ) was very knowledgeable and explained and showed us what had clogged up the line. But I believe that the person who made us feel more at ease and handled getting our insurance company to authorize work to begin immediately was Denise Miller. She knew that we had sewer back-up into our newly tiled bathroom floors on 2 occasions and made sure repairs would start before it would happen again. What a godsend she was. We would highly recommend A A Cassaro to everyone. Hard these days to findcontractors who are true to their word but this company showed they were. Thanks

Hard workers! My normal plumber referred me to Cassaro Plumbing for some sewer work we needed to have done at our commercial property. They were polite and tried many solutions. We had a tricky problem that took a lot of work and a ton of figuring out but they stuck with it and still charged me a fair price.Ill be using them again when I need work my residential plumber doesnt do (although, I hear Cassaro does residential, too).

Im biased buuut they are the best! They built their 40 some year business off of punctuality, service and skill.Also! If you are sick of a stinky bathroom after your loved ones spend close to an hour in there, ask about the Miracle Seat!

Found this service via referral from a trusted friend. They did a great job the old school way. No camera no B.S. quick and clean at a fair price. I need them again today and asked for the same crew Tim and George they were available and handled it like champs. These guys are trustworthy and I highly recommend them.
