    My experience with 5 Star was exemplary. We were able to get a same day appointment to deal with some plumbing issues. Our assigned technician Art did an amazing job. He explained everything (including some things I was unaware of) and offered me a couple of options on resolving the issue, which he was able to do effectively. I would most certainly call them again if needed.

    These were the only vendor who would fit me in the day I called. Everyone else didnt have anything for over a week. It was my garbage disposal and food was in the sink! Not an emergency, but yeah, I wanted someone to come out and at least take a look. Serviceman was Polite. He covered his shoes when he entered my home and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes!!! So grateful for this company!

    Just used 5 Star Home Services yesterday for a plumbing issue. They were very communicative as far as keeping me up to date on when the technician woud be arriving, which I appreciated.     Wow, we’ve been without hot water for 4 days and Argo with 5 Star Home Services saved the day! He was quick, honest, and now we can shower! He also explained a lot of the system to me so I can shut off water JUST to the heater if it ever leaks again! Planning to have them come back and install a tankless water heater. When I asked about a tankless (we prefer tankless and planned to replace this one anyway)he gave me some really helpful feedback on cost and installation! See you soon, Argo!

    Robert has been to our house a couple of times over the years and he is just a great guy. This past week our AC unit went out and we were miserable. Robert showed up and worked on our AC unit until 7:30 PM and STILL had to go to another house. He didnt complain once and we were so appreciative that we were going to send him off with some dinner but he refused. We cant thank him enough. We will continue to use 5 Star for our HVAC needs.

    Our home warranty company assigned this company to fix our hot water heater ..we had a response from the friendly and professional Lady at the office within hours and set an appointment for the technician Argo to come in next day .Argo is A great Tec who diagnosed the problem right away and recommended the repair and the modification it needed submitted the claim to our home warranty company .replaced our water heater within hours so we could have hot water without long wait.this company is an excellent company with a wonderful staff we thank them for being an exemplary customer service and most friendly we met in Las Vegas .Special thanks to Argo and the nice Lady who dealt with me throughout this entire repair

    Look no further.5 Star Home Services is your go to HVAC contractor.I have an older unit that wasnt functioning properly, I had another contractor repair it and they said they think they fixed it and after a day or so the same issue surfaced. I called my home warranty company again and they sent out 5 Star Robert the tech (professional and courteous) showed up and fixed the unit in 20 minutes now it functions like new now. Request 5 Star and you wont be disappointed.

    I was assigned 5 Star Home Services through my home warranty. I was VERY impressed with how fast and professional this company is. After putting in a request to my home warranty company I was contacted within an hour. They told me Garry would be here between 11pm-2pm. Garry called at me 10:02am and said he would be early! Garry showed up, had a great attitude and was super professional!!!! The job was done within an hour. From start to finish (including the time I submitted my home warranty claim) everything was done within 2 hours. Garry even cleaned up the dry wall in the garage that was cut!!!     We used 5 Star Home Service for repair of a gas fireplace that had lost the pilot light flame. Gary was very knowledgeable in this area and explained what caused the pilot to suddenly go out.     Last week, my water heater burst. I contacted my home warranty company, and they set me up with 5 Star.When I called to set up the appointment, the receptionist/dispatcher was very pleasant and professional. I was able to get on the schedule for the next day.Garry was also very professional, and really seemed to know his work well. He took a look, and said right away that a replacement was needed. He also pointed out some items that were not up to code, and noticed some water damage that would not be covered under the home warranty, but could be addressed under our homeowners policy.He quoted out everything needed to bring everything up to code, and arranged for someone to come out regarding the water damage. He didnt have the right size water heather with him, or it would have been replaced immediately (he had the standard sizes in his truck, but ours was not standard for the size of our home).The next day, the dispatcher called me, and gave me the info on the replacement and items needed to bring things needed to meet code. She also gave me the price, which was discounted for my birthday (today). She said that Garry would be back to install the new unit first thing this morning, and he was.The connections on the new unit look a lot more legit than the old one. I cant wait to hit the shower!All in all, a very pleasant experience!

    Contacted our AHS warranty and they sent out 5 star home services. At first I was nervous because you hear horror stories when it comes to plumbers. Robert came on time and fixed our faucets and hoses in both bathrooms and also our garbage disposal.     Gary came to our rescue over Thanksgiving. As a recent retired Firefighter I appreciate finding great community services. We had a small plumbing leak that was hidden inside our walls for some time and didn’t show itself until it started leaking through the ceiling weeks later. Gary came on Thanksgiving day to inspect the damage. He called early to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite, friendly and professional. He quickly found the problem and advised us of the needed repairs. We have a Manoblock system so I was prepared for the worst. He was honest in saying it would take 3-4 weeks for a replacement block and how he and 5 Star would work with American Home Shield to get the repairs coved. Gary was diligent in keeping up with AHS and the block arrived sooner than expected. He showed up on a Saturday with a smile and went right to work replacing the bad block.     I was assigned this company through my homeowners warranty- not only did they save my A&& they saved me a lot of cash!! While scrubbing my glass shower doors I turn on my shower wand to rinse the soap and suddenly the handle that controls the water is no longer connected! Water is running nonstop and I had no way to shut it off- panic sets in!!! Longstory short 5 star comes out and shut off water at main- initially they said I’d need to install a new valve which meant the walls of the shower had to be cut open- they needed authorization from the insurance so I spent an evening with no water in my home ;( insurance told me they’d only cover the valve repair not the rebuild of the shower walls- yikes!!!$$$ Today they sent Superman! Gary showed up on time, took a look and said we just need to get that cartridge that’s broken in the wall -out- I was certain I was being forced to do a basic remodel because the home is over 20 I’d never be able to match the tiles.. BUT low and behold this guy had some tricks up his sleeve and made my day!! He did not cut into the walls and instead insisted he could change the cartridge which was broken inside the valve and I’d be good to go and that’s exactly what Gary did!! I couldn’t be more pleased!! Gary was efficient, professional, and seemed to enjoy his job.     Gary came to my house to review some work another plumber had done. A different plumbing company had done an inspection and told me a list of issues. Gary arrived and conducted his own inspection. He advised me the previous plumber was incorrect and cited several reasons why. He repaired a minor issue and left.     I had an issue flushing the toilet in my ensuite bathroom. First, the technician was Garry. He was extremely professional and gave me all the information ahead of time.     A year ago the warranty company come to our home turn the shower on and off and said everything was corroded and they would have to cut holes in the walls and it would cost $20,000 to replace all the pipes.     We had issue shower leakage. American Home Shield requested service through Advanced home care LLC. The Technician said he can’t remove the Shower Cartridge and have to cut wall and redo the plumbing. I called them on Monday and told me that it will cost me $450 to do the job. 2 showers so will cost us about $900. Very dishonest technician. I will never recommend Advance Home Care LLC. Then I called AMH and requested 2nd opinion. Gary from 5 Star Home Service came in and replaced the cartridge in no time. Gary told me that we have Delta Faucets and cartridge is lifetime warranty if you are a first owner. I contacted the Delta Faucets and they sent the cartridges to me with no cost. Gary came by yesterday and replaced the cartridge for another shower in 10 minutes. I do really recommend 5 Stars Home Services. Ask for Gary.
