Tony Romero did a FABULOUS job on my listing. We needed GFCI outlets in the garage and Kitchen. We also needed him to inspect and replace covers for quite a few outlets outside. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my client. Fair quote, expert advice and very friendly.I’m also happy with how quick it was to schedule an appt. I reached out to Jeremy late at night, he responded right away and said he’d get us set up for the next morning. Tony showed up asap and started work the next day.Great experience and my new go to for all electrical repairs!

Wowsers!! What an awesome job! Thank you Houston!Story goes...We had a major flood when our whole house filter system blew while on Holiday. Ugh No worries. Houston came, tore out old system, had drywall replaced, installed new whole house water softening system in our home. Its a work of art I tell you! He is the most professional, respectful and knowledgeable technician we have ever had in our home. In one day! Making sure we know how the system works and answered any questions we had in length. We had a plumbing inspection done this morning by Luigi. Not kidding on the name. He actually goes by Lu. We were referred to Express by our heating and air service. The person that set the appointment, Jessica, was very helpful. We needed to move the appointment because of issues in our community. She did so without hesitation. She even called to let me know that the technician could come sooner. Lu showed up when expected. I asked him some questions about what another plumbing company said about our main sewer line backing up. He answered all my questions without hesitation and took the time to scope out the property a little bit, and shared his knowledge about the situation and its cause. He completed the plumbing inspection, including draining and refilling the water heater in a reasonable amount of time. He was friendly, professional, and very informative about our plumbing issues with the sewer line. I would call Express again if we have any issues.

I spoke to Jessica in the office and she quickly put me on the schedule to have someone come out and diagnosed the problem.Joey P. came on time was very respectful, knowledgeable, and explained everything so I could understand it. He was able to diagnose the problem. He needed to get equipment, but was here the very next day and repaired it on the first attempt. He also cleaned up after all, the work was done. I would definitely recommend Express Home Services.And Joey P., keep up the great work, and your positive attitude. Job well done.

I had toilet leaking problems in my two bathrooms last week. Joey Paratore form Express Home Services came and did 2 angle stop replacements & 2 toilet tank rebuilds.It was a very hard and tedious work, especially for the guest bathroom. There is only 4.5” space above the tank top. Both angle stops are located under the tank (not few inches side away as California setting) which make the repair hard.After finishing the work, Joey checked the 3rd bathroom for me, because it needed multiple flushing after each use. He adjusted the fill valve to raise water level, then the flush handle didn’t work properly due to the lift arm was corroded and too short (the plumber didn’t rebuild the toilet tank properly in April this year) and needed a replacement.Can you guess how much I pay for the work? Big surprise!!! $50 for the APHW deductible!!!Why? Because the America’s Preferred Home Warranty approved dollar amount is higher thanJoey’s estimate after the member discounts and waived diagnosis fees. And Joey didn’t charge the 3rd toilet tank repairs at all.Thanks very much to Joey Paratore & APHW!

Ive used Express a few times. This last time was to install and EV charger. There was a small issue (no one got hurt, thankfully!), but Tony and the Company fixed everything, made it right, and all was good when he left. I personally felt bad for Tony, but hes a good employee and I would have no problem having him back. Thank you, Express Home Services.

Our air conditioner went out right as the weather was turning hot. Called Express Home Services and Mason was available that next day. Unfortunately we need to have a new unit, but the price was Very reasonable! They even offered us a few different financing options with a reputable bank.. Everything was complete in less than a week. Amazing company!

Joey Paratore from Express Home Services came out to check a small leak under my kitchen sink. Joey checked everything, including connections to the dishwasher, recently had a new one installed, and to the reverse osmosis. He fixed a connection that looked a little like it might be the problem. So far no leaking, which is great! Joey is very professional and knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated his taking the time to look at everything and fix what didnt look right or may have been the problem. Thank you so much!

I have been using this company for a year now and have been extremely pleased with the quality of work, their knowledge of the systems, and the courtesy of the employees with this excellent company. I appreciate them returning my calls right away and getting out in a timely manner especially when my air conditioner went off at 114° being a senior and living alone. It’s really important that I have some air conditioning so they were very knowledgeable and helpful and getting my system up and running, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was time to upgrade the thermostat which required attaching the C wire (the common wire). Please dont watch those videos assuming you can do it yourself (technically you can strip the insulation locate the common wire and attach it to your new thermostat - but they are going to be other wires that require piggybacking a technician will know AND there are wires that need to be connected to the circuit board at the furnace AND some of these furnaces may require a new circuit board!)Do make the job easy and safe as possible for the technician - they need access not only to your thermostat but where your furnace is located (mine is inside my section of a townhouse second floor access into the attic space via an opening, so yes I had a 9 ft ladder at the ready - even holding it down so that the technician can safely get up there!) Stay out of their way so that you will have everything necessary accomplished.

The A/C unit for our second level of the house started blowing air, but Not cold air here in August 2024, Not Good! I remembered a great conversation I had with Jeremy Packer (Owner of Express Home Services) and I was very impressed with the level of communication, professionalism, and knowledge that our technician Housten Rogers had as he explained what the situation and condition of our A/C unit was. A great guy!We chose to get the unit replaced since the compressor was shot and the R22 is now obsolete.They’re coming tomorrow, August 15, 2024 to install our new unit .THANK YOU EXPRESS HOME SERVICES TEAM!!

My AC started having problems one night and I called and left a message and I had a text message when I woke up saying someone would be there first thing in the morning.Dominique was my technician and she was fantastic.My issues ended up being a little bit of a melon scratcher, but she showed a lot of compassion for the customer and worked incredibly hard in a hot house with nothing but smiles and laughter to make sure my air would be working.I’ve been using this company for a couple of years now. Anytime I have an issue, they get a call, and I know I’m in good hands.

Dom is a great HVAC technician! She found some inaccuracies, identified the problem and corrected it. She took the time to answer my questions and was very thorough and professional.She offered some helpful advice for maintenance that would benefit my air conditioners, like occasionally rinsing them down (after turning off the power) which will improve the performance by eliminating dust and debris inside. No one has ever advised this or even done it and she did both.Dom is definitely another asset to Express Home Services. Thank you, Dom!

Had the absolute BEST experience thanks to Joey (my technician) and Kiana (the office representative). This was my first experience with a busted water heater and I was absolutely naïve to my options and costs. First company I called nearly got me to commit to a tankless heater without relaying any other options and with an uneasy feeling I decided to call the next company I saw online. Out of pure luck I saw Express and got on the phone with Kiana who prioritized my needs and got ahold of Joey who immediately to come out to my house. Joey looked into my tank and informed me of my standing warranty, within 2 hours everything was finished and I can breathe again without taking a huge hit right before the holidays. I have had a on going issue with my heater for about 3 weeks. Patrick came out the first time and tested the unit found what the issue was at that time and fixed it, but it only lasted a day and it went out again. Mason came out and was very determined to find out what the issue was. He was very thorough and checked everything possible. He explained everything to me in detail and was able to finally get the heater fixed and running properly. Both technicians were clean and professional. They both took the time to diagnose the unit and troubleshoot what the problem was. I will always recommend Express Home Services as they always go above and beyond to help solve the problem.

This included making several trips back to our house and many phone calls to collaborate with other techs and his boss, Jeremy, to make sure it was done right. We had to replace our soft water unit and RO system. We called Express Home Service and they sent out Luis. Luis was the person you want to do any repairs. He looked at our old systems and gave us options to choose from. We made our choice and Luis returned a few days later and installed the new system. Luis was great in talking to us while he worked and did not mind if we bothered him while doing his work, to answer the homeowner question. He cleaned up perfectly after finishing and completely explained how everything works. We will have no problems calling Express Home Service if another plumbing problem happens.

They were clean, communicated to me my options, organized- so much so, that I knew more things in this townhome needed maintenance and I called for their plumbing department to come help me with some s l o w Situations in the flushing department- WAYNE IS ALSO OUTSTANDING, finding my urgent issues, better, and best options if I wanted to get fancy but for a hot bidet hose when tap water is warm anyway, I spent my dollars becoming a MEMBER!!! (You get discounts on services, which I greatly appreciate ♥️) Because of JUAN and his lovely new partner he was training in the electrical department and now I had issues w/plumbing that Wayne was fixing, I knew HVAC was not far behind, w/tune ups and the lady that lived here before with her 6 white cats 🐱 and my 2 fur babies - I’m sure my vents look real healthy *sarcasm heavily implied*It just makes SENSE for a homeowner to feel they have someone on their (MY) side.
