    ***** This company should get RENAMED to -DEAD ON ARRIVAL - Because my Electrical Issue was Dead the moment they arrived! Never had a better customer service interaction than when Lacy spent several minutes on the phone to locate and dispatch a technician to my house as quick as possible. Mike arrived in 45 minutes Hot off another call and when he got here he went right to work and solved the problem. The biggest thing was the entire power was off in my home and he could have tried to upsell me on new parts for my electrical box costing Hundreds of Dollars..... BUT HE DIDNT ... he actually worked to minimize my costs, solve my issue using his extensive experience and EVEN threw in a part to get me back in service at no charge. I only paid the flat service fee and Mike was only here about a half hour. These are great people and great Americans and you should use them for all your electrical needs ... I WILL!.

    We just got a new spa, and we needed an electrician that knew what they were doing and could communicate with us easily. Michael from Dead On was just that. He came out looked at everything, discussed with me what I was looking for and said it was no problem. By the end of the day, we had a powered spa! Really appreciate how simple and low pressure the whole experience was!

    When it comes to looking for a contractor to do repairs and renovations on my home I am a fanatic; I search reviews for days before selecting a company. Not only do I look for price and quality of work but for the customer service I received before during and after the job. I recently got significant electrical work completed by Dead On Electrical and will rate them five-stars in all categories. Michael showed up on time and finished the jobs at hand in a very professional manner and even cleaned up after himself. (other contractors should take an example from Mikes work and professionalism) I already added Dead On Electrical to my speed dial on my phone for future needs. - Thank you, Mike!

    First, they came quickly for an estimate and got it back to me the same day while others took 2 or 3 days to get quotes back for our project. They were professional, timely, and even gave us advice on the project that others hadnt. To top it off the beat the quote by a few hundred dollars and gave us several options to choose from. Jeremiah and Enoc came for the project and showed up early, explained everything to us, did a fantastic job. And even went above and behind. We had remotes installed and they went the extra mile to pick up magnets and put them on the remotes so we could hang them and keep them handy showing that they really cared about the little things. By far the best electric company Ive ever used and the only one Ill be using and recommending in the future! Thank you guys for your help and we are super happy with the final product!

    THESE GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. Don’t even think about hiring anybody else!! We had booked with one of the other guys to set up our hot tub and they bailed on us the day of!! My husband had taken off work for the service and we had a party planned the next day that would’ve been ruined, but we called Dead On in a panic and they came out SAME DAY and did an estimate and COMPLETED the service in record time by the end of the day!! These guys are the hardest workers, staying even after the sun went down to get the job done! The job was done so professionally!! Mike and Andy are total lifesavers and next time we need anything electrical we’re going straight to Dead On! We can’t thank you guys enough!!

    Dead On Electrical is THE BEST! I want to thank Mike for the excellent job performed with the utmost experience and qualifications a person could ask for. I was able to get the work scheduled quickly and on a day/time that worked for me. I am remodeling our master walk in closet and Mike replaced the big ugly long (garage like) lights and installed 4 canned recessed lights as well as a J box so we could add a chandelier down the road. He gave us 5 or 6 different brightness options and also suggested a dimmable motion sensor light (which I love!) plus he put it on a separate switch so we could have one or both on. I feel like the price was well worth the work he performed. Mike had the personality like you knew him forever and I honestly can’t say enough great things about his work and professionalism. He was timely, organized, asked questions for clarification and his overall communication was amazing. He was courteous and did a fabulous job, I couldn’t be happier. Not only do I highly recommend Dead on Electrical Services but this is the ONLY electrical company I would use.

    Had a bit of an electrical issue in the middle of the night. Called in after seeing some reviews, and they are completely correct. Customer service was on point, explanations on how the whole system works and what happened was fantastic, and the best part was that the tech arrived even earlier than expected. Mike is a great technician and explained thoroughly about what had happened. We will definitely be using them again for the future.

    Lacy and Mike are uncommon professionals and I appreciate their attention to detail.     I hired them to install a large chandelier and could not be happier! They responded very quickly and had someone out the next day!     I requested for an electrician around 9am and Mike came atfter 10am. so very punctual as he told me he will be here between 10-12am.     We were very happy with the service from Mike. He changed out our old ceiling fans and light fixtures. Did the job well, did not charge a fortune like some electricians and performed in a timely manner. He is very busy which is a good sign but you may need to schedule ahead of time if you want the work done soon. We would recommend Mike for your electrical needs.

    I lost power in my bedroom and couldnt figure it out. Mike showed up in less than 2 hours, and found my outlet melted from one of those multi plugs I had plugged into it. It also had a wire burning in the wall, which would have kept burning and could have potentially caught my house on fire.Thank you for saving my house.     Called 37 different electricians before finding one that would provide low voltage installation the same day. Dead-on came out and checked every cable outlet, tested the connection to the curb, and ran co-ax cable under the eaves around most of my house. It is completely hidden, looks and works great. I now have 1 gig internet and can work from home. I highly recommend this company.

    We recently moved into a new home and had several issues pop up that we really needed an electrician to fix. I called Dead On and they told me they could fit me in the schedule the same day! A team of two came to my home-They were knowledgeable, fast, and did an incredible job. They fixed some work that an unlicensed electrician completed for a previous owner too. They were professional, took Covid precautions, and even swept up under a porch light when they finished up. I was also very pleased with the cost of the work. Obviously paying for a licensed professional isn’t going to be cheap necessarily, but it was a very fair price for the work they did. I will always be calling this team for any future assistance and recommending them to friends. Thank you guys!

    I was referred to Dead On by a coworker and let me tell you, Mike from Dead On is a life saver !!! Half of the outlets in my house did not work and it was extremely inconvenient so I called dead on to help since I know nothing about electrical stuff. He ran a couple of tests, did some things with the circuit breaker, and was able to fix the problem !! Charged a decent quote for it also.
