Installer also provided alternative solutions if I hadn’t already owned a security camera. Work was completed as requested within a few hours. I called for an estimate on Tuesday and explained what I needed done and Cordan gave me a no-nonsense estimate right over the phone. Roberto came out on Friday to perform the work and just like that it was done. From the first phone call to the finished job Cordan was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. Cordan installed wiring which needed to be tapped into the existing electric in my attic and ran through the walls on each side of my garage and walkway. I highly recommend Cordan and will definitely be calling them for any future electrical issues.

Excellent! I had a small electrical issue with my address light. I spoke with Charlene to arrange the appointment and she is incredibly friendly as well as accommodating. My appointment was with Roberto, I received a text with his photo letting me know he was on his way. 10 minutes later he arrived and he was able to fix my light in no time all. Roberto is incredibly knowledgeable and answered a few questions that I had and he even noticed that one of my tiles on my roof needed to be fixed. He asked me if my boyfriend was handy, and I laughed! It’s an easy fix, so I will grab my ladder and adjust that tile. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you!

Absolute best electrician - we were getting charged an insane amount on our energy bill and couldn’t figure out why and within literally seconds he found the issue which was that our solar installation has been improperly turned on before net metering was setup by the installers, which was charging us for all the energy generated. Saved us literally thousands and solved an incredibly frustrating mystery for us.As a bonus, since he was out here for a minimum of an hour he installed a ceiling chandelier we hadn’t been able to install for months and we solved two massive headaches for one very reasonable hourly price that was way less than all the competitors were charging (a competitor we also got a quote from charged exactly 50% more per hour than he did).Can’t recommend more highly - thank you so much Danny!

Great experience from start to finish. We needed a can light over the staircase (22ft ceiling) converted to mount a chandelier. Cordan electrical is family owned business they are very good people. Installed my solar panels two years ago and any time I have questions or need help with the envoy meter they troubleshoot quickly over the phone. They just recently came out to install bird guard all around the panels because the pigeons started becoming a serious problem. They gave me a very fair price on that and addition of a couple panels so I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any electrical work or solar panel installation. I contacted Cordan Electric because of my friends recommendation. I spoke to a representative in the office that understood my needs and had an appointment available that was convenient to my work schedule. A technician came out to my house to make a quote for the project. When I finished explaining what I wanted the technician offered an idea that was not only great, it was cost effective. In 2 days I received a quote that matched my budget. Along with the quote was attached a contract. Should I choose to proceed with Cordan Electric I would need to sign the contract and return it with a deposit. The contract they have is the only part of this transaction that sucks. Theres a clause that states if the technician is delayed due to the fault of the client an unspecified hourly rate will be charged. This had me completely stressed through the entire project. Normally when a vendor does work at my house I see that they are in good shape and leave them to do their work. With Cordan Electric I felt like I had to constantly keep myself present and available to solve any delays the technician might be faced with so I wouldnt receive any additional fees. This was exhausting. I couldnt have been more happy when the project was completed. In the end the work was perfect. Im so happy with the end result. Im optimistic that weve established a good faith relationship and that clause can be eliminated on future projects. However, either way I will definitely be calling them back for future projects.

That meant power was restored and we only had to do without it for less than eight hours instead of a possible 24 hours or more. Had a water heater installed 5 years ago by the plumbing company Advanced home services that my home warranty sent out. They did not have the credentials to install the electrical shut off box that they claimed they could do to bring me up to code that the home warranty company required be done for the install of the water heater at my expense. They used 16 gage wiring instead of 10 gauge and it fried the wires in the water heater. Cordon tech rewirer the electrical shut off box correctly and got my water heater working in less than an hour. Thank you so much. Lesson learned by this homeowner. Don’t let a plumber do an electricians job, even if he claims he can. My granddaughter is more intelligent than the idiot that installed my water heater.

Judging by other people, your company gets mostly good reviews on the electrical side. But, the man who installed my TV had nothing to do with electrical. The kit that I ordered did not have the right size bolt that goes into the bracket, so he improvised with washers that I had in my garage and that worked. Does he not have a bench stock in his truck in case a customer does not have the right parts? He did the job right although he was not very congenial. Maybe thats all that counts.
