After several instances of toilets and drains backing up, I did some research and decided to employ Trenchless Today/Viking Sewer Rehab. I knew our our door lines needed replacement and I really didn’t want to dig up the yard, although I did interview both types of companies and chose TT/Viking to do a main line pipe reline for us. The initial consultation was done without delay and Matt was very professional in his assessment. He cleared the lines and inspected them on the spot, then explained what he found and what was required to stop it from happening again. The job should have taken 2-3 days but lasted five due to supply chain issues and and unforeseen changes in the work plan, which was handled well and at no extra charge. The technicians on site were knowledgeable and friendly. Communication from the office was a bit slow at times, but that can happen when pros need to handle the fieldwork along with the business end of things. All in all it was a relatively painless process and we look forward to no longer having plumbing backups. The work came with a 10-yr warranty. It’s an expensive process but worth the piece of mind.
