Our heater went out last night on one of the coldest nights. Contacted ABC the next morning and thats all it took! I was contacted immediately by Taylor the technician and he was at my home in a couple of hours. Taylor looked at my unit, got the heater working, and gave me a complete assessment of the problem and resolution. I really enjoyed working with Taylor. Tons of knowledge, very polite, honest evaluations and recommendations. Conclusion, my unit is 12 years old and time for a new one. Then, I met Zach to sell me a new unit. He put together different packages and identified what I needed for my home. What I liked about dealing with ABC is their honesty, professionalism, and not overselling products (ie. Nest vs. Honeywell thermostat).On the second day, the unit was delivered and installed by Scott W. Scott and his assistant did a fabulous job setting up the unit and everything is running smoothly. They arrived around 9am and the job was completed by 2:30pm. Cant say enough about all the employees I came in contact with. They all communicated extremely well.

I have been a customer/member going on two years with ABC Plumbing Air and Heat. The past two months has been a very trying time for me reference maintenance and repairs to my system that is still under warranty. Several repair technicians came to my resident to fix a problem hence they created a problem that took my electricity bill from $212 to $668 for June and $888 for July. During that time, a hole was also busted in a portion of the ceiling of my home that went unrepaired for two months. On Monday August 5th I made a call to ABC again reference my AC still not working and the other damage to my resident. I was given an appointment time for a technician for the same day. My husband was at home to let the technician in to assess the situation and to try and bring some comfort to us. I got home from work after 7:30 pm only to find the technician still working hard in the heat to solve the problem. We greeted each other and he explained to me that he would have to make a 2nd trip the following day and would put us on his list for the 1st service of the day since we had been dealing with this issue for months. Needless to say, he did as he said he would and cleaned up the mess from the other technicians, reassembled my air handler, connect whatever wiring that was incorrectly connected to its rightful place and the BIG issue with the HEATING STRIP that had whatever elements connected to heat instead of air and also the thermostat that was not connected properly. A Huge Shout out to JEROME! The most honest, reliable friendly and knowledgeable technician any company would want on their TEAM. My electrical company came in to do an energy audit and as soon as they walked in they gave their diagnosis that was exactly the same as JEROMEs . From myself and my husband, JEROME youre the BEST! ***** 5 stars and above for Jerome and not the business. This is a review for the technician!!! We appreciate your service.

ABC Plumbing was there for me on a Sunday and was able to send out a great technician same day. Mihail was very professional and helped me identify the root cause (literally-tree roots) of my plumbing issue, clear the clog so I could resume normally, and gave me options within the presented quote to fix bigger issues. He was knowledgeable and trustworthy and also kind to my dog, who thought the plumbing issue was fun and exciting. Will be working with ABC again in the future.

ABC technician came to the house he was very polite and helpful with the situation. But at the end we declined the service because the bill was $1085 to snake the plumbing and then to pull the toilet and reinstall the toilet with a wax seal.The breakdown was $770 to snake the sewer line $440 just to pull the toilet and reinstall the toilet with a new wax seal. We ended up getting another plumbing company they came in and did the whole job for less than $500. And unfortunately we are a member of the ABC Service Warranty club and have been paying into it but there was no benefit as far as us getting a discount on this service.

Updated review:I had to replace my A/C and chose ABC to make the purchase. I had Kyle who helped me get a promotional financing interest rate of 5.99%. He is a kind salesman. He actually is just a good guy. Despite a pause due to county permit, an awesome team of people ensured proper installation. A supervisor named Terry was in from Chicago and came to oversee the job for part of the day. He handled a difficult situation very well. Our condo president worked well with him so that the permit was obtained before the work started. When there was that weekend delay I was contacted by CiCi and Jennifer who collaborated with Terry so there would be no more issues.To my delight everything went very well.Teddy was the installation man and he was phenomenal, detailed, accurate and well done. I knew I chose well. I am very grateful to ABC for awesome teamwork and for truly caring about my needs. I purchased a 2 ton 17 SEER rating unit. There were issues that Teddy deftly handled with a cheerful attitude. His assistant was courteous also.I signed up with ABC for emergency services long before purchasing a new unit. They have rapid response and have fixed or maintained my AC, plumbing and faucets.I could not be more pleased. Teddy made sure everything that had to be moved was put back neater than I hoped for.I do recommend ABC for all of the services I named above. They were very professional and did a great job in all aspects to include outstanding customer service! Thank you to the best team I have ever had!Lastly addendum. I just had my 7 month AC check up. Justin was very capable & polite.He was thorough despite the late time.ABC scheduling is not local. This really delayed the process. But thank you Justin!

I had an extreme emergency this past Sunday, 10/8/23, my cold water valve burst as I was trying take a shower. I was told on the phone that it would be early Monday morning for a Tech to come out to fix my shower but I explained to the lady the urgency of my situation, so she was able to send a Tech out; I say the right young man to do the work came to put a whole new system in, I have to say Misha, who was my Tech did a extremely excellent job, poor young man work very hard for 5 hours because of the age of my home he literally had to put new piping in and bring it out from the wall so the new valve will work…HE DID IT! I took a shower that night for half hour. THANK YOU AGAIN MISHA, and thank you ABC PLUMBING AIR AND HEAT, I will definitely recommend you.

Dont use abc heating and air. I purchased my unit 2 years ago. I was promised next day install. it was over a week late. The job couldnt pass inspection took over a month to get it right. Ive had to call for service to this unit 3 or more times. With another 600.00 out of pocket expense. The Tech came out without tools. Im still waiting for a breaker. The manager will not call me back its been over a month. I have canceled my service contract. ABC is unreliable. The product and service are not to be trusted. Save your money. Use a better company. I wish I had.

Once again ABC has outdone themselves. Joshua is honest and straightforward about the state of our system, which was good. I called ABC for a second opinion on some work I was told needed to be done. Other company said our coils were dirty and needed to be replaced because no one just cleans them anymore. Joshua showed me the coils, which were pristine and checked the outside coils as well to make sure they were fine as well. So ABC saved us $1500 in unnecessary work. This is definitely my goto company for AC maintenance and repair and Joshua is amazing!

My technician, Mikhail, came at a time where I had flooding in my home due to a busted type in the bathroom. Mikhail had a relaxed and logical approach to my plumbing emergency. He also was able to give me excellent payment terms on a new tankless water heater which replaced an inefficient and underpowered water heater with visible rust.Mikhail showed concern for meeting my plumbing needs for the future. Thus, I enrolled in the ABC Advantage Club for a nominal monthly fee to help with future repairs as they may come up at a later date. He also expressed concern over moisture coming from the A/C air handler and I will address this concern because of the reminder.Overall, Mikhail and his apprentice did an outstanding job. I will call ABC Plumbing in the future for reliable, customer-driven plumbing solutions.

Having an older system we expected a few issues.... but we never expected the multiple issue that came up while trying to fix a toilet! Thank God for Mario, who never gave up and never showed his frustration. He did everything he could to solve our problems and at the same time remained calm, reassuring, and knowledgeable. Eventually all the issues were resolved and we were overjoyed to have a working toilet again. Mario was wonderful and I would highly recommend him. If we EVER have another plumbing issue, Mario and ABC will be the first ones we call!

Very happy with the company. 6 months ago I called them on a weekend and they came out to fix my major plumbing issue right away. Prices are pricey but that’s everything these days. Had an issue late yesterday afternoon with a plumbing issue again and they came out first thing this morning and got my plumbing in the house up and running again. Company is very easy to get ahold of and everyone is very nice and takes care of the customer.

From the initial phone call to the Tech (Matt) arriving at our home. This was a “after-hours” call - We received the call to say he’d arrive in 30 mins… He was here within 3!. Did assessment of the leaking water heater and presenting us with to cost to replace it. Our existing heater was only 5 years old and still covered under the manufacturer warranty! He drained and removed the old unit - to install the new one in the morning. He showed up as he said he would. It was installed and working before we knew it! Thank you Matt and you assistant for a nice job! I would call ABC again!

They called me twice to schedule so I did that and they didn’t arrive on the first time and date so they rescheduled it again for first thing that morning and didn’t show up until 3 on that day. I am valued customer service with them and it didn’t matter. Very disappointed in there scheduling system.
