    My experiences with Romos plumbing have always been very pleasant as Justin, the owner has integrity, and the professionalism of his workmen is top notch. I recently had to call on Romos for a very bad leak in my service to my house. I called Justin at 8 am on a Sunday morning and shortly after, He was there with one of his guys and they had the leak fixed and water from the main coming back into my house.     Romos Plumbing just recently install a new washer/dryer hook-up for my Wife and I at our condo, and they did an excellent job. Cost efficient, Promote, and excellent craftsmanship.Romo, as always, provided excellent service with friendly and trustworthy techs!     I had a water leak in my kitchen. I called two vendors and no one answered and this was before 4pm. I called another vendor who wasnt able to get out for 3 hours. Then I remembered a homeowner who recommended Romos. Someone immediately answered the phone and they sent out a plumber within 1 hour.Zach quickly identified the problem and recommended a two part fix to ensure it never happened again. He was meticulous and thorough and showed me pictures of what he did. He was just a nice guy. He recommended a great restoration company who came out the next morning.I will only use Romos from now on as they were less expensive, quick to respond, and very efficient.

    Fair price, knowledgeable service, reliable.Justin sent Zach out to assist me with my clogged sewer line. Zach was very courteous, polite, experienced, and respected my home.Usually I perform all my own home repairs, from electric to windows to plumbing.     My husband runs a huge company and has been using Romo for years. I finally got introduced to him over a year ago when I needed some serious help on a bathroom plumbing issue. His office staff was super amazing and got me in touch with him immediately. Romo came right out, figured out where the leak was coming from and fixed it! I have called on him many times since then and have referred him to all my friends! His whole team is incredible, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and professional!     Honest, Professional and Courteous! The BEST! If youre looking for a reliable HVAC company, seriously go with Romo’s. We had bad experiences with a couple of HVAC companies who swore that we needed to replace the entire AC system at my 95 year old mother-in-law’s home. I told some friends about our experience and they recommended a third option, Romo’s Plumbing & A/C. When calling for service, I spoke with Justin the owner and explained how critical the situation was becoming; they came out the same day. After troubleshooting, Justin and his Field Tech said that they could see other company’s had done work on the unit previously and installed wrong the parts that severely degraded the system. They installed the correct electrical components and performed an overall system check; needless to say, no new AC system was needed and system is working better than ever. We’re extremely appreciative of their services and will be using them for all of our future HVAC needs! Also, shout out to the extremely kind ladies who answered the phone and helped schedule our appointment. They were both so helpful and quick to act. Thank you again!!

    Ive known Justin and Angie for at least 10 years and their attention to detail and offering affordable quality service is very important to them. In the last handful of years its awesome to see their kids take a serious interest in working with their folks. These are talented kids that are attracted to joining the trade despite having scholarships otherwise. It seems that they will carry on the family name for another generation. So much more to come!

    Are you looking for a badass team?Romo’s Team is who to count on. This family business is true, honest, professional, genuinely cares, and provides quality plumbing repairs.     They were quick to come and review the issues I had. They gave me an estimate for both jobs. I believe it was a fair price. They returned the next day and completed the work. They did a great job, were professional and friendly. They even went above and beyond and fixed a couple of minimal issues that were found. I had a water heater replaced and the sewer access pipe replaced. They cleaned up and left the areas as they found them. I would recommend Romos plumbing. I am happy with their work.

    I called Romos regarding a clogged washing machine drain that was backing up into my kitchen sink. Josh arrived the next day, within the specified time, and cleared the stubborn clog.     I called Romos Plumbing for some plumbing services today. From my first call and through the entire process, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The women that answered my call, and took down my details, had great customer service skills, and made my call feel welcomed. Romo called me shortly thereafter, to confirm my details of my needs, he was very customer focused and friendly, he gave me a estimated price for diagnosis, and a technician was out within a few hours to assess my needs. Zach was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of his assessment and recommended a plan of action.. The cost was fair and everything was done super quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Customer service was excellent. They made me feel like a family member and not just a customer or client.

    Plumbing problem surprises are never good. Today, our shower head would not turn off. We did not know how to turn the water to the house off. We prayed first as we all should do, Googled for a plumber and were blessed with the very young, but knowledgeable plumber, from Romos Plumbing, named Jackson. Mara, his sister answered quickly, sent Jackson over within 30 minutes. He explained that before turning the water to the house off, first we needed to turn off the power to the water heater, to prevent damage to it. Then he turned the water to the house off. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the damaged part, turned the water back on. The price we paid was reasonable. Jackson will be our plumber of choice from now on. He was polite, efficient and conscientious. Great job Jackson and great job Romos.

    Great experience. Had the drain line under the house cleaned out, as well as under the kitchen sink. Service was prompt and detailed. The price was actually fair for the work!I had previously had another company do the same job about a year earlier and it was triple the price and they wanted me to sign up for a monthly subscription to reduce costs for future trips. No way would I every do that.Romos is perfect if youre looking for quality work at a fair price. They will definitely be my go to plumber for future jobs.

    What can I say, what a great experience. After dealing with another company that I had a paid service agreement with and they failed to help me all weekend, I called Romos for help with my hot water heater. Romo called me right back yesterday and talked to me about the issues and said they would be out the next day at 9am. You know what, they actually came out when they said they would. They talked me through either the repair cost or the replacement cost and options. In the end I decide to replace it and they said they could do it that day, we had been without hot water since the weekend. They came back a few hours later with all the parts. Jeff and Josh were amazing, worked quickly and got us back up and running. The install was great they gave me a run down on the system. I cannot say enough great things about them from the first call all the way to the time the truck left, nothing but professional. These guys will be my new go to.

    Had a new toilet installed this morning by Romos plumbing.Zach and Joey showed up earlier than schedule, how often does that happen? Zach and Joey were both very friendly and professional, did the installation and removed and hauled away the old one, and the box the new one came in and even cleaned up the bathroom. Very pleased with everything from installation, price, to clean-up. highly recommend company, you wont be disappointed. thanks for a great job!!!!

    Romos is amazing! Our old cast plumbing was rotting and falling apart. They re-plumbed our entire home. In addition to that they have helped us with water filtration, a water softener, bath remodel, maintenance, and they helped us lower our water bill!     If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. From start to finish they were professional and courteous. Im a difficult customer with higher than normal expectations and when there was a minor disagreement toward the end of the job, they went above and beyond in the interest of customer satisfaction. The work was done quickly and efficiently and completed the same day I called without rushing to finish.     The boss, Romo is very caring and professional. He listened and took the necessary steps to fix my problem when I called on a Sunday. He had plumbers out to my house the next day. The 2 plumbers dispatched to fix my outdoor plumbing leak, Jackson and Joey were professional, courteous and efficient. My repair was a fix for a previous repair so I was not charged again.     I saw some water coming from the bottom of the toilet. I called Romo Plumbing at 8 AM. The owner Romo answered. I told the problem and he assessed that it was most likely the seal ring. I asked if he could have someone come out today. He told me that he could someone out between 9:30-10:30. Well Josh showed up about 8:30. That is amazing and impressive. Josh figured it was the seal ring and fixed the toilet in about 20 minutes. This is first class service!!So now 2 years later, I need to add to my review and tell you how amazing this company is in terms of service and professionalism. Our toilets stopped working last night. As I did the first time, I called at around 7 AM and the owner answered. Told him the problem and said he can have a crew out there first thing in the morning since mine he considered an emergency. Jason and Zach showed up around 9 AM. They knew right away that our main stack need to be snaked out. Zach did the work and Jason answered so many questions that my wife and I had. He never tried to up sell any of their services. They were both professionals. I highly recommend Romo Plumbing Services if you live in the Tampa Bay area.

    I have used Romo Plumbing several times, and I just love doing business with them. Justin is the owner, who I have gotten to know because he is always checking to make sure the jobs are going right and done well.     I recently had a problem with my toilet. I called Romos Plumbing and actually got to talk to the owner himself. I told him what the problem was, we set up an appointment for the next day. The crew (Malone and Duante) was here at the appointed time. They were very professional, friendly and conveyed to me not to worry. Everything would be taken care of. What I thought was a minor job turned into a bigger job then I thought and had to be finished the next day as a part they needed was not available on their truck. The next day, Malone returned with Joshua on time and they finished the job. Cant say enough about the guys. They kept me in the loop all the way through the job. The owner even gave me a discount being a senior citizen and the fact the job was more than I anticipated. I would recommend this company, Romo, the owner, and all the guys I had at my home Professionalism at the best! A job well done!!

    We are so blessed to know Romos Plumbing. Justin and Malone were beyond incredible to work with. They helped my mom who is in cancer treatment and stepdad, both of whom just had major surgeries and my stepdad was in ICU most of last week for another emergency. While in the hospital, the kitchen sink in the condo fell apart from a heavy, rattling garbage disposal that had been leaking for months, and my mother was resorting to using the bathroom sink for dishes and cooking. Romos came immediately to our rescue. They helped us with paperwork, helped guide us on what to buy the evening before, and saved us valuable funds.     I cant recommend Romos plumbing enough. We have called Romo on a few occasions since we moved to Clearwater about 2.5 years ago, and his service has always been professional, friendly, and prompt. We recently had to replace our hot water heater and he worked the schedule around to get us in ASAP (thank you, Angie!). The crew he sent out were friendly and respectful of my home and my time. I love that they show you/teach you some plumbing basics throughout their services so you can troubleshoot minor things along the way as well. This is a great family-run business to spend your money with!

    I had some issues with a water softener for a few months and couldn’t find a service provider that could address the concerns.     Our condo had two toilets where the tank seals both failed causing the toilets to run constantly forcing me to turn the water off to the toilets. Called Romo Plumbing Saturday night expecting to leave a message. However, a person answered the phone. I explained my issue hoping someone would be able to come out Sunday. The plumber asked me to send pictures of the internal parts of the tank and he would call in the morning to see about scheduling me for Sunday. He called me back right after he got the pictures. He had a possible diagnosis and coached me on how to fix the problem. Which it did. Avoided a service call to me and lost revenue for Romo Plumbing. Honorable. They are now on my call list should a real service call me ever needed.

    Things always seem to fall apart at my elderly fathers house between my visits and this time was no exception over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2019. A new leak had sprung up under the kitchen sink and fathers efforts to fix only made things worse. I called Romo based on his proximity and ratings - he did not disappoint. Though he was swamped over the holiday, he got someone out within two days (given the non emergency nature of things). In addition to the leak, his team took care of a long laundry list of related needs - a second leak in the guestroom bathroom, changing of outdoor spigots and washer connections, and replacement of piping that had been in place since the house was built in 1969. Romo was VERY responsive, honest in his assessment that needed to be done and he even installed a super high quality filter at no additional cost. I have him on speed dial for the inevitable next time his services will be required.

    Great work by Romo’s Plumbing! They installed, from scratch, the plumbing for a washing machine in my condo, with condo approval and a county permit, including a connection to the sewer. This required some complicated pipes, and it passed inspection with no problem. They also installed a new hot water heater.     We had an old sump pump in our front yard for pumping off excess water that collects in our driveway during very heavy storms. Romo made an assessment of the type of system that we needed based on the position of our home with regard to our neighbors run off, the pitch of both our driveway and roof line, and the number of gutter down spouts we have pushing water onto the driveway. The system that Romo recommended and installed is night and day better that what we had. We have had a few storms since the installation and it handles the water removal like I image a commercial system would.     Romos Plumbing (with Zach), did a phenomenal job in assisting our emergency with a stoppage at our home. I know that it was much for them to try and schedule us in their full day and I would have understood if they couldnt.But they did and that is great service. Please be patient with them if its not within minutes. You have to understand that plumbers (and electricians, appliance repair persons and any one who provides at home services) do have full schedules and everyone of their people are already on calls, so if they can get to you within the day, consider yourself fortunate.They are professional and talk you through what they are doing. Zach is great at what he does. Kind and respectful. Something I feel sometimes is lost in a service orientation position. Thank you Romo for your services.     Have used Romos several times in the past. We called about a leak in master bathroom. They came out same day. Luckily it wasnt anything too major, but found it and fixed it immediately. Plus, our ac wasnt working at the time and it was extremely hot in the house. Felt sorry for them. They did a great job. Highly recommend Romos!

    Called Romo’s late morning to see if they could assist. I was referred by a friend who also uses this company. Jason was able to get a plumber out the same day in mid afternoon to replace my hot water tank. They were professional and left area clean. Would definitely recommend them in the future.     Justin helped us out with a leaking toilet. He told me how to test and check to see if it was leaking through the flapper. Come to find out from that test all I needed to do was shorten the fill tube and it was fixed! Justin is awesome and is very knowledgeable. If you need a great company thats doing it right, give them a call!!

    This company is by far the best I have worked with. They were extremely helpful in solving my immediate problem with my hot water heater.     We had an emergency plumbing situation. I am always quite nervous to choose plumbing and home services companies without prior knowledge of the company. I called Romo’s based on their excellent online reviews and was not disappointed. They were out within minutes to assess the situation. The gentlemen that came out were professional and helpful, explaining what they were doing in detail. I also received a call from Romo who further explained the situation. It is refreshing to do business with a reliable, honest company. I am very satisfied with their level of service and would definitely call them again should another problem arise.

    Romos Plumbing & A/C is very fair priced and very, very honest.     I have used Romos Plumbing twice now on our new house and they have been fantastic! We had an issue with our tenants water pressure and there was someone out the next morning right on time, found and fixed the issue, all within an hour. We also used them for a tankless water heater installation and they were great. Romo and his crew truly do amazing work and are so friendly and professional, we wont be calling anyone else but Romos!

    Very thankful for Romos Plumbing. We had a water heater go out and Justin and his team took care of it the same day. I didnt have time to ask around, but they gave us the best price after researching the cost. Cant recommend them highly enough.
