I would give 10 stars if allowed. Quick return phone call on a Sunday for a drain backup, arrived 15 minutes later, fixed the problem. Thank you. Ive also used them in the past for non-emergent issues. They do a fine job.

They were great! They squeezed me in the same day I called even though they were fairly certain they werent going to be able to fix the problem. And they werent able to fix the problem but still spent over an hour, after hours, helping me get to the diagnosis of the problem and gave me a recommendation for another plumber who had the equipment needed to fix the problem and didnt charge me for his time. Very reputable company.

Just moved into a new home in Key Largo. Jeffrey came out right away when we had an emergency. Fixed that. Also, made a fix to a leaky toilet that needed some tweaking and came back right away to fix it. Bayside is responsive and great to deal with. Having a plumber that you can trust to show up and do a good job is huge as a homeowner.

I had an emergency on Mother’s Day evening where a pvc pipe cracked and within 10 minutes of speaking to them, Jeff Of Bayside was there. I think what took longest is when he had to go to the shop to get the right size pvc pipe…literally it was done in less than an hour! Super courteous, professional and very fair pricing considering the timing. I will definitely use them again!

As always, absolutely outstanding in every way. The best in the Keys, and I wish that I had them back home in Virginia! They have fixed broken dishwasher lines, replaced shut off valves, and opened clogs for us in our unit over the years, and have done work in other units in our condo building-- all at a superb level!
