Sam H was super kind and professional. Our bathtub was backing up and wouldn’t quickly drain. He explained how he diagnosed the problem after he fixed it. It really put my mind at ease knowing that they came out so quickly to help her out. They also offered to come back at no charge if she needed some follow-up. UPDATE: They finally sent Jim back to our house and tweaked everything. Jim you are the best.I give 2 stars only because Jim was excellent in his job performance. We called Rooter-Man to repair or replace our water heater. They arrived slightly late, but that was not the problem. Jim arrived and replaced the water heater. He was personable, and knowledgeable. The problem arose when after Jim left, I took a shower and the water at its hottest was a warm shower. I called on Monday and suggested to the lady who answered that maybe the thermostat was not set to the proper temperature. I was told that it is set at the manufacturers setting and if we insist on changing the temperature, they will do it, but we will have to sign a waiver that the warranty will voided. At that point, I stated that maybe the water heater is malfunctioning, please send Jim back to check it out. That was on Monday. I had an appointment for Tuesday and late in the day, I get a phone call from dispatch saying they are on the way. They had a completely different town listed on the order and they asked me to recap why I needed Jim to come back. I was told that since it is a call-back I needed a supervisor. We were busy on Wed. and made an appointment for Thursday I am still waiting. So far Ive wasted 2 days waiting for them to come back. When we called to check on the status, the woman on the phone told my husband that I insisted on the supervisor and would give me no timeline as to when they will call us back. I will update when and how this gets resolved.

I had an amazing service from Rooterman in Tampa today. I called them around 11 in the morning after I realized the brand new refrigerator I bought could not be installed as promised by The company we bought it from. I called in a panic because I had a new refrigerator sitting in my garage and my current refrigerator had already sold and was awaiting pick up. I called Rooterman to see if there was anyway they could help me out on the same day. Additionally, I let them know that I also needed a part and sent a picture. Technician Tom showed up about an hour later with part in hand. It was a bigger job than either of us expected, but he handled it like a champ. I have my brand new refrigerator installed. All of my food was saved, and my old refrigerator is on its way to it new home! I am a realtor so I know the value of finding a company that will come through in a pinch. I will recommend them to any of my future clients! Bonus points for Rooterman, they showed up quickly after I called them AND they didn’t even charge me extra for the last-minute call.
