Amazing customer service! Alex and his colleague were prompt, reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. We had called 2 septic companies prior to Poo Man, and they couldnt locate the tank. 10 minutes into the visit, these guys were already pumping the darn thing! Alex gave me his honest opinion about our tank and drain field, and the fee was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them.

First of all I very rarely give five star reviews but Poo-Man certainly earned it. Danny can out and gave me an estimate on replacing my drain field but since the house was built a fire hydrant was placed on my property. Now there was not enough square footage to replace the drain field to meet codes. Through Dannys many years experience he suggested that trying to jet out the lines my fix the problem of the septic backing up. The job was scheduled for a few days later and when they arrived he and his crew immediately began to work and found that a pipe had been crushed. Repairs were made and the lines jetted and cleaned. It has been six months and the septic is work as it should. Geat job great workers I highly recommend the Poo-Man.

Had service for the first time by Alex with Poo Man this morning for a septic pump out. I had requested an early appointment and he had me first on his route and arrived after giving me a 30 min warning. Him and his partner (didn’t catch his name) were in and out within about 40 minutes with a quick, professional, friendly and efficient job. Alex gave me some good pointers on handling my system for the next few years and made sure our issues stopped before they left - our toilets had started the gurgling that lets you know you are way overdue for pumping service, and by the time they were done we were back to normal.Would definitely recommend using them - and will use them again for my septic needs. The positive reviews here were what led me to check pricing with them and everyone from Evan in the office to Alex and his partner coming out to do the job, was a pleasant experience (for what a gross job it is!).

I was referred to this company by my neighbor, who said that they were a good company with reasonable prices to pump my septic tank. I called on a Sunday and they came on Tuesday morning. Very nice, polite and friendly. They were very careful and considerate, did an extra good job, and left everything in good order and very clean. This is a good honest company. I highly recommend them.

We had PooMan Pumping Service comeTo our location today. The service person, Jose, was super friendly and professional. This is our first home with a septic tank system and Jose answered all of our questions and gave us helpful advise on system maintenance. The tank service was excellent and we are loyal customers now. Very happy with the quality of service and pricing was competitive. The service staff that answers the phone was also very friendly and handled scheduling efficiently and quickly. This kind of customer service seems to have become so rare these days. A+ Rated Company! We have been having issues with our Septic for some time now and when we had a backup at 9pm at night, we called them and they moved their schedule around, knowing I had children in my house, to make here that night. I truly appreciate the kindness and cooperation they have displayed towards my family. We recently signed a contract for a new drain-field and are looking forward in getting the ball rolling, so we can put these septic issues in the past.

Amazing customer service. They were the only ones out of the 30 other “24/7” companies I called, and they came out immediately on a Sunday nonetheless. They stayed until the job was done, and made sure we were up and running, and then came to check on us the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

These guys are absolutely excellent.They were up front right from the beginning on what the cost would be and that didnt budge. They even went the extra mile and gladly found the location of my septic tank (recently moved into this house and never received information on the location) without any additional charge or nonsense involved. On top of that my lid was fairly cracked and they even fixed it with some concrete to help it seal better. Again this was all for the original rate I was quoted (which was far less than half of anywhere else I called).I could not recommend them highly enough. Its not worth bothering with anyone else.Thank you very much for your service!

So we woke up to poo all over the bath tub , my husband immediately calls a rooter company and thank good they did not service our area . I quickly remembered a post about Poo Man and called them. They assured me everything would be ok that they were sending someone out. For some reason our in- laws never serviced the septic tank so when they got there it was a awful mess. Not only did Alix show up quickly , they were so nice and he was able to get it done in such a timely manner. I was so nervous it was going to cost an arm and leg and truthfully the price was so reasonable, I thought to myself how lucky we were. I thanked them so much and told them we will see them in 2 years. I definitely would recommend them to anyone that has a septic tank , and plumbing issues. Thank you alix and your worker for helping us today!!!!! btw its 3 days before Thanksgiving just imagine if this happened when I had company over, I would of been mortified!!! There are no words to describe how accommodating and helpful Poo-Man has been. I am a first time home buyer and the entire process was a lot to take in with scheduling one inspection after another. At the very last minute I called and scheduled an inspection with Poo-Man and then had to cancel when a different inspection found water damage and I did not want to continue until I knew I could fix that issue.When everything was settled I called last minute again and Emily worked her magic and one of the men came out within hours and did an amazing inspection and fix everything I needed. They were referred to me by two different people that also live out in Loxahatchee and I am so very grateful I gave them a call. Poo-Man will certainly be my only company to go to for anything plumbing.

When I needed an emergency septic pump out and another company failed to uphold their promise, I called Poo Man. The receptionist (sadly, I forgot her name) told me Alex would be there in 45 minutes. Alex and his assistant arrived in 25 minutes and did a fast professional job! I was treated like a good friend, with cheerfulness and respect by everyone from Poo Man! Highly recommend!!!

Danny at Poo-Man is the most professional and honest serviceman that my husband and I have have had the pleasure to deal with in a very long time. We built a brand new home and after a year our drain field stopped working. We tried desperately to get the builder to do something and ended up calling the Poo-Man to get an outside opinion on what was going on. Danny came out right away and informed us what he thought the issue was. He took his time to explain how the drain field is supposed to work and gave us great advise on how to deal with our builder. Without Dannys help at Poo-Man, we wouldnt have been able to convince our builder that they put in a defective drain field on our home. We are very grateful for all he has done and would highly recommend his company for all of your POO related needs! And not to mention, he has the BEST BUSINESS NAME EVER! We were in desperate need of help and my husband found them on the internet. I called and got the owner. I dont know what the other person was talking about when they posted a very bad review, as the owner was amazing and his son was the one that arrived exactly at the time he said he would . I was so impressed and felt very relieved . Jeremy found right away where he needed to dig to get to the pipes. He saved us from anymore problem with our septic tank and we were so happy! We will only use Pooman now and anyone who gives them a bad survey must just not know what they are talking about. I would and have recommended them since we used them for the first time yesterday. I had bad poo juju coming up through our shower drain at 9:30 Wednesday night and despite a packed schedule, they were able to pump out our septic Thursday mid day. Think about this....I called them at 9:45 at night on Wednesday and a human answered the. phone and got us on the book to solve the crisis. I highly recommend this family operation. This is an honest hardworking customer service oriented company! Please use them. They will not overcharge or mislead you in anyway. They will not steer you in a way to line their pockets, they will tell it like it is and go above and beyond.. The owner even went to the extent of telling me how to go about taking care of a small issue myself so I would have to have him come out for a charge. Who does that? HONEST PEOPLE!! My dad, may he rest in peace, ran his business like this owner here and did just fine for himself.. Its called returning customers and word of mouth. If you are good and kind and not out to cheat people you will do well for himself.

I had them pump out my septic tank , the sludge was so thick, about 2 feet high off the bottom of the tank, I was shocked..the very nice man I think his name was JoseWas really very good .. he went the extra mile and really spent a lot of time getting that heavy sludge out of there.. I checked around online called these folks and I also looked at the reviews on here before I made my decision to use them, and Im very happy I did...Their prices were the same as everybody elses in our area, Service was excellent, the man could not be more polite and professional .I highly recommend them..
