Alex was terrific! He worked efficiently to diagnose what was causing the leak in my shower. He showed me evidence of the leak using the latest software and tools. I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing and how to accurately diagnose the problem. He also went out of his way to address an issue with the hot water in the shower. It had previously been attempted to be fixed by a different handyman, however he was unable to make it hotter than lukewarm. Alex was quickly able to fix the hot water so now it works to the full extent. What a relief to have a working hot shower! Highly recommend Alex, thanks so much!

We called Roto Rooter late on a Sunday night for a kitchen sink leak. A person responded immediately and set up an appointment for a technician to come within 4 hours. About 20 minutes later, the technician called to say he was on his way. He came as promised, diagnosed the leak and advised that he would return tomorrow with the necessary parts. He did just that. While the cost was very pricey, I felt it was an informed decision on our part to have the job completed in a very timely manner. All in all, good service - just expensive.

Rafael came out to unclog the kitchen sink which had a very stubborn clog to say the least. He brought a big industrial-looking power auger to get the job done. He was skilled, thorough, and professional. He made sure that the sink was draining properly after snaking it instead of just snaking it, running water for a few minutes, and leaving. He took extra time afterwards to see how he water went down, maybe like 30 additional minutes trying it out to be sure. The entire process from arrival to leaving was about 2 hours. Seemed very knowledgeable in his craft and humble. Roto Rooter is expensive, so I dont love the price ($425), but he got the job done and that is everything!
