Had a wonderful experience with Cleary yesterday. Called and made an appointment with a very friendly woman who took all of my details (I believe her name is Rhonda, sorry if I got that wrong!). Joey showed up within the hour. He was respectful of my property, took the time to diagnose the problem and gave me an estimate for repairs. I declined one item and he didnt put on any pressure. Did the original work and offered an additional service to fix another problem he discovered at a discounted price which I did take him up on. Cleaned up after himself and Im happy to say my bathroom is now even better! I hope I dont have any plumbing issues in the near future, but I will be giving Cleary a call next time something comes up. Thank you!

We called on Christmas Eve day with a leak from the refrigerator. Roma assured me everything would be taken care of. Within a very short time Jordan, the problem fixer, accessed the issue and repaired it. Because there might be water damage involved, I was given the name of a remediation service and was on the phone with them to schedule an appointment. All in all I felt I was in good hands.

Called specifically for a toilet problem. They scheduled an appointment for service within two days. This was not URGENT because we have two bathrooms. While I was talking with the office I asked if the tech could fix two other small projects. I needed a new faucet on a hose bib and to check the drain for the dishwasher. The tech arrived on time, completed all the projects in a timely manner and was courteous and pleasant. Who can ask for anything more? I feel Cleary will be an excellent choice.

Our Cleary Plumbing technician, CJ Biggs, was exceptional from beginning to end. The young man was patient, respectful, professional, explained every step clearly, and he solved our problem. We had placed an emergency weekend call, and after a few early miscommunications, Cleary Plumbing honored their word, CJ arrived on Sunday afternoon and did a fabulous job. We would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

These guys were teriffic. We woke up to a leak, turned off the scource until Clearly plumbers arrived. They went in and found the problem immediately. They also advised me on replacing the old valves and the options I had. My wife and I both agree, and we knew our condos age, so it was definately ready for some valves to be replaced. They offer to check the unit for any other old valves and found some alrrady done but a couple mote, just as old as the others. We took them up on changing them out. They were fast, and cleaned up our service issues very quickly.Tonight we can rest with peace of mind knowing we wont be flooding our condo or damaging anyone below our floor which could cost thousands. Wow, incredible service and so glad I found them when my house was being remodeled!Kim is one of the receptionists that worked with me in scheduling the many projects I needed done for my home improvement projects. I had a huge remodel done in the bathrooms and kitchen and she was very helpful in trying to get me help as soon as possible. Other problems came up when my master valve and other valves in the house were leaking and/or not working at all. They were quick to respond in sending someone to help and replace them!Santos did AMAZING WORK with completing my bathroom and kitchen remodeling job as quickly as possibly. I honestly havent seen someone with that kind of work ethic and clear communication in a very long time. He was respectful, offered suggestions, and was very knowledgeable about his craft.I sincerely thank clearly plumbing for all they have done for us and will certainly keep them as my go to for upcoming services.

What I especially liked was that Dillon was able to figure out what was wrong very quickly and was able take care of everything right away. Had my toilet start leaking in the middle of the night. My boyfriend woke up to water all over our bathroom floor and called me on his way to a golf trip to tell me to find a plumber and get the toilet replaced. I called Cleary since they had good reviews and 24 hr service. The lady who answered the phone was one of the friendliest people Ive ever dealt with and made me feel very confident in my choice. She explained everything up front and clearly. My plumber was Dillon and he was a pleasure. He explained all of my options and the pros and cons as well as the possible problems he might come across for each and all of the costs up front. He was honest about all my options and worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. I will definitely be using Cleary for all my future plumbing needs. It was about 90 degrees in my house when he arrived and it is now down to 80 and still cooling. He removed and cleaned the coils and filled the unit with freon. I contacted Cleary to get them to come out and do some triage on my system to keep it running until the new equipment arrived. A couple of days before that appointment, their office called and said the new system had arrived and they would be able to install it in the appointment day.The crew arrived on time and replaced my old system. On 3/17, I had an issue with my water heater and contacted Cleary per the recommendation of a neighbor and I’m glad I took her advice. From the start their customer service was exceptional as was CJ, the Technician. He was very thorough with explaining his findings, what my options were and what steps he took to complete the repair. It’s not that often you come across someone in the industry that shows their passion for what they do and how much they love their job……that is CJ. This company is honest and does not try to push additional services on to the customer which now a days is hard to find. Cleary also does not have additional dispatch fees for weekend and after hours whereas other companies charge a minimum of about $195 just to come out during those times. I will definitely use Cleary going forward and I highly recommend them.

Im happily writing this review for one of the best plumbing crews out there. Im a Realtor who was project managing and helping my seller navigate an entire home re-piping...something thats usually a nightmare for a homeowner. I know because Ive had it done before. From the initial estimate (told him I needed it ASAP and he sat in the truck for 1/2 hour after the visit in the driveway to complete it) to inspections Santos and Bryce communicated very well, were easy to work with and did what they said they would. They are now my go to plumbing company from this point on!

Aside from the emergency that prompted me to call, everything with Cleary Plumbing was a pleasure. The office staff were actually expecting my call after I got a referral from a friend, and booked me two days later right before a holiday. The technician, Dillon, was prompt to call and give me a heads up of when he would be arriving. Once there, he was honest about options available and asked about my future plans for remodeling the kitchen, and didnt push the more expensive option. He was in and out in literally only an hour and replaced a whole drain pipe and fitting in one side of a double-basin kitchen sink, and even gave me some pointers on how to replace the plywood under the cabinet that had been damaged from the leak! Everything about this experience was top notch. I called in on a Sunday, someone actually answered the phone. My problem was not an emergency so I was asked if it would be OK if they called me first thing Monday. They called as promised at 7:30 and I was able to set an appointment to my schedule today. The range was only a 2 hour window from 2-4. I got a knock on my door a few minutes after two. Joshua looked over the situation and told me what he recommends, which agreed with my assessment, he gave me a fair price and he began work. I just had Cleary Plumbing & Air install a whole new AC system to replace an aging system. This included moving the outside AC condenser about 10 feet over to make room for new pool equipment. I am totally thrilled with every part of the process. Jason came over and gave me a detailed estimate, going over several different options about price, availability, equipment warranties, etc. Once I agreed to one option, they submitted permits to the city, got them approved and promptly came and installed the new equipment. They were always on time, did a very neat and clean installation job, and everything is working perfectly. They are a very professional company. This was so refreshing after all of the other contractor nightmares we have had recently here in South Florida. I would definitely recommend Cleary for any AC work.

Great customer service. They called to confirm appt, then called on day of to say they could be there 30min earlier. I was very pleased. Fortez showed up, put booties over his shoes to protect my floor. He gave me a fair estimate to install 2 new toilets and remove the old ones. He was thorough, professional and had them done in just under 2 hrs. I would definitely recommend Cleary plumbing for any future needs, and definitely would welcome Fortez back to do the work. Its hard to find good quality and affordable work sometimes in South Florida, but Cleary definitely does quality work!
