We are so glad we found Copperhead Plumbing, thanks to a Google search and reviews. I messaged on New Year’s Day and heard from Copperhead the next day. By the next day our plumber, Daniel, showed up right on time. And our vanity was professionally installed less than 3 hours later. Daniel was thorough, friendly, and talked to me throughout the process. He cleaned up the work area and hauled away our old pedestal sink and boxes. Grateful for a negotiated deal and will definitely use and recommend Copperhead Plumbing. Love that you’re a local company! Thanks for making this process SO much easier than it had been. We now have a completed half bath and couldn’t be happier!

One of my guys snapped a pipe up in the attic ( I’m an ac contractor) we were able to turn the water off after it flooded the ceiling and got the walls wet. Called copperhead they were there within 45 mins of me calling. The plumber was quick, slick and efficient. Got all the materials and made a nice repair inside the walls ( in two places) turned the water back on and everything was good to go. Great service. Reasonably priced and they did a great job. The pictures were before it got fixed ( where we unfortunately broke the pipe)

We had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service, and I cannot speak highly enough of the team. We had a plumbing emergency and contacted the owner Nick who squeezed us into the schedule and came out himself to make sure we were taken care of. I am so lucky to have found Copperhead through a referral on a Facebook page. I connected with Cassie via messenger who told me she could have somebody out to the house today to look at the issue. In less than 15 minutes, I was told that Daniel would be at my house between 1-4pm and I would receive a call with the 30 minute window. I received the heads up call from Daniel and he was at my house within 15 minutes. It then took Daniel less than 30 minutes to fix the issue and he was done!It’s always so hard to find a plumber but with Daniel & Cassie’s professionalism, they have a new client! Our community has a great referral system in place but no one could refer a plumber! Now my neighbors have somebody to call!Thank you Copperhead!!

Nicks company is excellent. On time, clean and neat, and gets the job done! I had an issue with my shower handle. This was my second call for the same issue. The part was faulty. I spoke with their service triage at 10am and Nick was out at 09am. I’m happy with the results. They are top tier master plumbers. Don’t hesitate, just call them.

Dakota our plumber was excellent. Friendly accommodating and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner fashion.Was told before the job started what the cost would be. Although I thought it was excessive I went ahead with job as I wanted done. Spoke to Nick the owner after and he was understanding of my costs. We were able to resolve amicably.

After waiting a week for the delivery of my new clothes washer, it arrived. Unfortunately the delivery guys were unable to install it because the connecting faucets were corroded and water could not be turned off. I called Copperhead Plumbing and they came the same morning! They were exceptionally polite and did a good job, replacing the faucets with a lever type that is easier for my arthritic hands to turn on and off. They were very neat and clean. I will use them the next time I need a plumber.

I couldn’t believe how quickly Copperhead got out to our home when I called regarding a leaking pipe that was flooding our kitchen. Not only were they there to assess quickly, but they were able to stay and complete the repairs on the same day (this was several hours worth of work). Dakota was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He did great work and cleaned up when he was finished (probably cleaner than when he started!).

First off, Thank you Copperhead plumbing! From the first interaction with your company to the last was so enjoyable. I felt taken care of; like it was family. Daniel came out EARLY and PROMPTLY to assess our issues with our dishwasher. We didn’t even know if it worked! He did all the measurements and gave us his honest opinion regarding installation and water hook up. He was thorough and answered ALL of our questions. We were really on the fence if it was worth it because we thought maybe the new dishwasher didn’t fit. He reassured us that he would rather try than not. And if it didn’t work, no extra charge. I had to fix a pipe under my bathroom sink as my insurance company said the pipe was not up to their standards. Initially I called a friend who is a retired GC and after he left, I noticed the pipe was now leaking and I called him immediately and he told me i had two other sinks in the house to use and he couldnt come back until Monday. Needless to say, I will never use him again. I called Copperhead Monday morning, Daniel came in the afternoon and explained to me what was wrong (the first guy used a wrong adapter!) and he also broke a part in the back) Daniel fixed everything and was very efficient and friendly. I will definitely recommend Copperhead to anyone who needs an experienced and qualified plumber.

Phenomenal experience with this company! Chase was prompt, honest & extremely helpful. We just had them fix a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain and had no water pressure, replace the faucet in another sink, and fully replace 2 toilets that other plumbers claimed to have fixed previously, but would not stop running & breaking. The quality of their work is unmatched! I won’t be wasting any time calling a different plumber ever again & I would highly recommend the same to anyone! Copperhead Plumbing goes above and beyond. Im so glad I found this company. We have had ongoing plumbing problems at our old home since we bought it 10 years ago. This is the first company that I have faith in that actually made sense of our weird plumbing issues due to home additions, etc., and took steps to correct the issues and when it was necessary to contact the city took charge there too. They kept me informed every step of the way and I never had a doubt that everything would be resolved correctly. My experience started great with Cassie in scheduling the appointment and keeping me informed on arrival times which were accurate and timely. Chase was wonderful to work with and stayed working at our house til almost 9pm on a Friday night. And Nick was great finishing and cleaning up everything. I would recommend Copperhead Plumbing without hesitation.

I had a worn shut off valve to my toilet and the plumbing inside the tank needed a rebuild also. I called Copperhead Plumbing around 10am with the hope that they serviced residential customers. Spoke with Nick and to my surprise he said I can have someone there today between 2-3pm. I wasn’t expecting that and I was definitely surprised. I said great let’s set it up. Josh arrived at my house around 2:20pm in a company van with the company logo (Copperhead Plumbing). He was extremely professional and quickly determined what the problem was. He provided me with a fair quote that I excepted. Within 45-60min Josh had fixed the problem with what I estimate to be better parts than I originally had. Josh work was very neat and clean and there was no mess left behind. The job area was perfectly clean when he finished. During that 45-60min Josh and I discussed future home projects. I’m very sure I’m going to make Copperhead Plumbing my plumber on speed dial for future service.

Nick at Copperhead Plumbing is one of the most reliable, professional, and dedicated professionals I have ever met. I called Nick due to an emergency at one of my properties. As you can imagine, a plumbing emergency is NEVER a good thing. Nick took the call and was on site within an hour. A dream of an experience! Its hard to say that about any major plumbing problem, and this was a very big investment to repair. But Josh of Copperhead Plumbing is more than just a master plumber, hes a master communicator and went above and beyond to solve this problem on a Friday.He not only spent a good part of the day investigating the source of the issue and keeping me constantly updated, but he pulled out all the big guns to solve it, finally resorting to sheer manpower. He had to dig down 5 feet into the yard to then hack out a huge root ball that resisted all the power tools.He sent me videos, photos and calls throughout the process, discovered that there was a 2 way clean out buried in the back yard that I didnt know existed, confirmed the types of pipes from the roof stack all the way to the street, and best of all - sent me a detailed description of the issue with the city tie-in line so I could explain it to them. The city sewer manager was also wonderful to deal with, and he said that Josh did a great job clearing the line to the street! They will be coming out to replace a damaged part of the city system.If you want a plumbing job done right, and done once, call Copperhead Plumbing. They did this on a Friday, when I called that morning, so that my tenant didnt have to go through the weekend without a bathroom. The final bill was high, but the results are priceless! I found Copperhead Plumbing on line when my refrigerator leaked flooding my kitchen. My initial call was answered by Nick who told me he would send someone to me within 30-45 minutes.. Within minutes I received a call from Justin advising me that he was on his way and would be at my home in 10 to 15 minutes.I cannot say enough good things about Nick, Justin and Copperhead Plumbing.I have called them at 8 p.m. and my call was answered not by a machine, but by Nick.Since my initial contact with them I had an appliance service company come to my home to fix my refrigerator. They reconnected the water line to the refrigerator and once again I had water everywhere.
