    My solar/electric water heater tank sprang a leak so I did the usual reading of Google reviews and called a few places. The first didn’t answer the phone (I tried 3 times over the course of a half hour and gave up). The second put me on hold twice for more than 5 minutes both times (so, I hung up). I figured the universe was telling me something and tried the 3rd company I’d selected. They didn’t have as many reviews, but what they did have were very favorable. I’m so glad I did.I spoke to Emerson, explained my system and leak situation, sent some pictures, got a quote, and the work was completed the following day. Emerson Plumbers are polite, reasonable, and do good work. I would hire them again and recommend them highly.

    It literally doesn’t get any better. They do fantastic work. Emerson and his team are fast, efficient and very thorough. Before starting the project, he gave me a quote, then completed all the work, cleaned up afterward, final price was spot on.. no surprises.I’ve saved his number in my contacts with five stars.     We had our kitchen redone and Emerson re-hooked up all of our plumbing. They did a great job coordinating with our kitchen contractor and arriving just as the countertop people were finishing up installing the countertops. Within 2 hours of the countertops being installed, we had a fully operational kitchen. I would highly recommend Emerson Plumbing!

    Let me tell you how fantastic Emerson Plumbing and his team of professionals are. My hybrid water heater busted after 3.5 years and I went to 4 different plumbing supply companies in Palm Beach County to get a warranty replacement. None of them carried the brand anymore and wouldnt help me. Finally after speaking to Emerson, he guided me to the right store and the guys said since its Emerson theyll help me out, get it fast, even offered to deliver it for free to the house!!! His team called to see if I wanted to get my water running until the heater arrived, they picked up the water heater, and had a tech out same day. The plumber was highly experienced, fast, clean, and friendly. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Fair priced for emergency service A+ 👏

    I recently had an excellent experience with Emerson Plumbing. From the initial contact, they were great at explaining prices and process. Melany, who helped schedule the technicians, was incredibly patient. Techs Fabio and Yuniesky were knowledgeable, explaining issues in detail and even taking the initiative to inquire about other potential problems. They were respectful and considerate about my pets.     Emerson and his crew did a great job removing two electric water heater tanks (one from the attic) and replacing them with a single gas tankless Navien unit at a fair price. Crew was courteous, clean and answered all questions. I wouldnt hesitate hiring them again.

    After being rescheduled twice and then a no-show and no communication at all the third time with another plumber, called Emerson in the morning and they had a team out in the afternoon!     A shower handle broke, and the shower was running, unable to be stopped. I made an emergency call to Emerson plumbing and they were extremely helpful.     I always use this plumbing company for all my plumbing needs, especially when my toilet is acting up. They’re very reliable AND efficient, which is hard to come by these days. I called and spoke with Emerson, the owner, and he was very nice and polite over the phone. He sent his techs to my house to help me out as I know nothing about toilets or how to fix them. His tech were also very nice and polite and got the job done. I’m very grateful for their help. Not to mention, they are a family owned and small business.     UPDATE: Just used them again to repair two toilets that were running. Their plumbers quickly diagnosed the problem, had parts repair on their truck and made the repairs. This is a fantastic plumbing company. They came out the same day I called to schedule an appointment. Upon determining I needed a diverter cartridge replacement they took a picture of the valve and sent it to Mr. Emerson. Since it’s not a common make (Symmons), they told me they would try to find the part. I told them if they couldn’t find the part, replace the entire valve which would involve taking out some wall tile. Mr. Emerson matched the part at a plumbing supply, brought it to his crew who promptly installed it. They could have said the part was not available and charged me almost double to replace the entire valve. This proves how honest they are. I recommend Emerson Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber.

    I recently purchased a condo and had a few problems I did not like. The water valve in the shower was hard to pull on, they came and replaced it with absolutely no damage to my tile or tub which I just had re-glazed. I had them do one of my toilets which was running on, but the thing I hated most was the double sink in the kitchen, you couldn’t even fit a pot or pan in to wash it or soak it. They came on time and replaced the sink, The Water faucet And reinstalled the garbage disposal. They show up on time and ready to work, they are clean, quiet, and professional. They did it for the agreed-upon price and I also tipped the workers because they did such a great job. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs, they are my go to Plumber’s from now on.
