I had potty dr install all new sinks toilets, dishwasher as well as removal of tub they came when said they would and on time. Helped beyond the scope of their expertise and kept me informed with any issues. They also solved those issues making it a great experience. All employees were friendly and courteous. Honestly the service could not have been better! The responsiveness from the company as a whole was amazing. It is extremely difficult to find good honest people that do incredible work in a timely fashion and they overdelivered! As a whole this company provided a great service and as for the two plumbers that completed the work, Nick and James, did an incredible job and did exactly what was requested and the equipment has been flawless since the install and we are a high traffic gym. These two were professional and efficient. Two stand up guys that id trust to do any work at my gym or residence!So thank you Potty Doc and NICK&JAMES for providing the level of service you did! It is truly appreciated!

Very professional and knows what theyre doing. I had a blockage in my kitchen so line for quite some time that was proving to be difficult to clear. It took some time to clear the drain because something solid was in the line, but Potty Doctor was able to fully clear obstruction and water is flowing and draining effortlessly. Thank you!

The Potty Doctors work is awesome. They are very good finding and fixing your problems. Their associates are very professional and very thorough all. Their response time is as quick as you need them. They call when theyre on their way. We like Nick! He is awesome, friendly and explains everything we need to know. We live in a condo. Nick goes down to the unit below us to make sure he has identified any or all problems. When the job is complete everything is all cleaned up. I would never use any other company.

The work involved a total replacement of the sewer pipes inside and outside the house as well as leak detection/repair and lining sewer pipes in places. It was done in an extremely professional manner under very difficult working conditions since the pipes were in a crawl space under the house. As many as eight very competent plumbers were here at times in order to get the job done as quickly as possible. If you want the job done right I strongly recommend Plumbastic and Potty Doctor.

ONLY CALL POTTY DOCTOR! They have repeatedly proved to be honest and reliable. Were a commercial bar and had a disaster having another service come and completely butcher a job, and then want to charge us more to fix it. We called Potty Doctor to come and they fixed everything for WAY cheaper than the other companys original price. Now just today I had a simple but emergency leak in a urinal handle, Potty Doctor just couldnt get someone there right away and were open to the public so I had to call someone else, they quoted me $700+! I said no way and luckily Potty Doctor called me back that they had a cancellation, Tom came and fixed it in no time for $175. Chip is awesome, Tom is awesome. Repairs cost what they cost, but you can trust these guys to give it to you straight, not overcharge, and theyll stand behind their work. Ill never call anyone else.

We have had these folks out of a few occasions now, to repair/redo someone elses shoddy drain work, repair 2 different shower faucets, etc. They have always been responsive professional and fair in pricing. We just had a new cartridge that they replaced a few months ago fail, they came back out and replaced it at no charge, even knowing that we will be moving out of the area and will not be repeat customers in the future.

Based on reviews and a couple of calls we chose to go with this plumbing service.They were friendly over the phone and were able to schedule someone to come the next day.Joe arrived at the beginning of our estimated time frame. We were called when he was on the way. It turns out we needed a new faucet and he gave us price options and once we decided it was fixed in a timely manner. All together it was about an hour and a half. He was very professional and friendly.Hopefully we are all good on plumbing for a while but, if a situation were to come up we would absolutely chose them next time!

This is a great local business. Potty Doctor came out to a clients house for me to fix a toilet that was having an issue. They were extremely polite and professional. He was incredibly kind and came right away to fix the problem and install the drain pipe, which is why I’m giving this company five stars and if you can have Earl as the plumber to make the visit I would highly recommend him
