The team from Pena Drain Away was absolutely fantastic. I was looking for someone to fix our backed up sink and they came the very next day. We had a ton of grease build up that they took care of wonderfully. They were also honest about their pricing (which was very reasonable) and they cleaned up when they left. I was expecting a mess to clean up after and surprisingly it was cleaner than before 😂 small things make a huge difference and thanks for being so considerate!

Mike and Melba are fantastic! Late in the day on Monday, I found 1-2 inches of water in our Master closet. Melba immediately got us on the schedule for the next morning. Mike came out and in short order determined that the Master toilet and pipe fittings were not the source of the leak. With an educated supposition and keen observation, he determined that though the water was at the Master Bathroom Wall and end of the closet, he determined that the water was likely flowing from another direction into that closet. He recommended American Leak Detection who were immediately responsive and found the source 40 ft. away in the direction that Mike had indicated. The source was an AC handler that the flow switch had failed and the water was overflowing the drip pan. Mike is truly gifted and experienced. Melba in the office is personable and very responsive. They called me back at 7:45 PM in the evening and fit the appointment in the next morning after hearing my tale of woe!!! Thanks again. I will give all my plumbing needs to Pena Drain Away going forward and heartily recommend them.- Dan- Boca Raton

We just had a much needed plumbing project completed by Pena Drain Away due to back up issues.Mike, Manuel and Anthony worked tirelessly for several days digging to expose and access old corroded cast iron pipes. They replaced the damaged pipes with new pvc pipes and rerouted them so the system worked in a more efficient manner. Mike’s plumbing knowledge, skills and ability, and more importantly, his persistence navigating some difficult obstacles not only resolved the issue but saved added work and decreased potential expenses which was vey much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful team. Everyone was kind, attentive, honest. I have used many plumbers in the past several years but have yet to find one I could use more than once or twice without them being unreliable, or unable to provide a clear solution to a problem. Melba was wonderful on the phone and offered superb customer service. Mike was friendly and diagnosed my issue quickly and effectively. They set me up for a long-term fix versus just a one time plumbing resolution. The whole team was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I’d recommend 100%.

Amazing and friendly service. It is so hard to find a reliable and good quality service company in Florida. Ive had a few emergency situations in the last couple years and they have always been extremely attentive, responsive, and RELIABLE. They even take calls/texts after hours (my pipe bursting at 9 PM) and they walked me what to do in the meantime until they could come out to my house, which was the next day. I recently hired Pena Drain Away for plumbing work and am very happy with the work. Ive been dealing with roots in my sewer line for a few years and it finally got to a critical point where the only option was replacing that section of pipe, which I had been avoiding due to the very high estimates I had received in the past. Their pricing was fair and they provided a transparent estimate. Mike showed up on Memorial Day (without any weekend/holiday extra charge) on-time, replaced the section of pipe and added a new cleanout quicker than I had anticipated. I will 100% be using this company for my plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

Highly recommend Pena Drain Away! As soon as I called asking about a hot water heater replacement, they didnt transfer me to someone else to get my details like all the big name companies! Melba got the necessary information and scheduled my appointment that fit my schedule and open slots at my HOA. On the day of, Mike came early with all the tools necessary for the job. He replaced the water heater in record time, did an excellent job, and answered all my questions! He thoroughly explained what caused it and the process to fix it, plus how the plumbing runs under the house. Mikes extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Our kitchen sink was clogged and I was not able to clear it, so we called a few plumbers. The first company we called wouldnt quote a price over the phone, but when they came out, they quoted $290 just to snake the drain, and then tried to talk us into hydro-jetting the pipes for $1,500. I told them thanks, but no thanks. Then someone recommended Pena Drain Away. Melba quoted a price on the phone, and didnt have any appointments available that day, but set it up for early the following morning. Mike showed up when promised, and took care of the problem, and they didnt charge extra for it being a Saturday. He even gave me advice on how to keep the drain from clogging again. I highly recommend Pena Drain Away for any plumbing repairs.
