    All of the 5 star reviews you see are 100% true. I took a chance on this company because I had a (non urgent) issue with a toilet. Nicole called me back within the hour. She was very friendly and personable. She gave me an appt for the next day. Adam arrived as promised. He was very down to earth and professional. He gave me so much helpful information and was very patient to explain many things to me. He also fixed the problem with ease. I will be referring this company to anyone who needs reliable, professional and excellent service.

    Mike has a great team that handled my bathroom plumbing project professionally and efficiently. I dealt with three people: Anthony, Steve, and (I believe) a second Steve. They were all extremely knowledgeable and welcomed my questions, and quickly handled a slight issue I had with no objections whatsoever.     Highly recommend Mike the Plumber INC.I returned home yesterday to a strong odor in our house after being away for a week. My husband had worked with Matt before and gave him a call this morning since it seemed to correlate with a previous issue in the house. Matt came over within a few hours and proceeded to find the source of the issue (which ended up not being plumbing related as it turns out). He completely took care of everything with a smile and professional attitude. My husband and I will continue to work with MTP and Matt in the future and we are so grateful for his time and positive demeanor.

    Aaron from Mike The Plumber was terrific! Not only was he on time - he was actually early - unheard of in this day and age ! He cleared our clogged line and even allowed us time to let the washer get to the drain cycle to make 200% sure there would be no more flooding due to a clogged line when the washer drained. Aaron was super pleasant and professional the entire time. The price quoted was the price charged. Weve found our new plumbing company !! Try Mike the Plumber - they really are great!

    I reached out for a couple of repairs I needed and was provided with upfront estimates, which I appreciated.     When our water heater finally broke down--it was pretty old-- and leaked in the garage, we were in big trouble. Mike the Plumber to the rescue! We had a new hot water heater installed within a day, and for less than I expected it would cost.     Shower and kitchen sink were having flow issues. Called MTP from reading other reviews. They asked me to get replacement cartridges for both and call when in hand. I received them for free from both Delta and Moen. Called and was offered a next day appointment. Next day Adam came resolved all the issues. Pleasant, clean, efficient. I felt the price was pretty much going rate, but worth it to have a knowledgeable plumber assess and repair your plumbing issues. I will call them again and recommend MTP.

    Great company. Great owner. Great staff. Mike came out and diagnosed my problem of not having enough hot water pressure in my guest bathroom,even though the cold water pressure was fine. The solution was to run a new hot water line from my hot water heater in the garage, up through the attic and down into the wall behind the guest bathroom where it was hooked up to the water supply line - WITHOUT HAVING TO BREAK THE TILE WALL IN THE BATHROOM.Problem solved!!The crew was on time, worked quickly, NEATLY, and professionally. Mike The Plumber is the real deal.I highly recommend them.

    Adam did an incredible job at my house. He went above beyond expectations, checking to make sure there were no other sources of leaks beside the toilet that was leaking. He found the problem with the toilet and fixed it. It was a complicated job involving installing an new pvc flange and wax ring. I leaned something. He was most gracious explaining everything to me.     I had a leak somewhere inside a wall (I thought) and it was quite nerve wracking. I called a plumber who arrived and immediately suggested that he start smashing holes in various walls to find the leak. To repair his damage to my walls would have cost me at least 10 thousand dollars. Like the commercial, I told him I wanted a second opinion. THANK GOD I DID THAT! I called Mikes Plumbing....they quickly sent out Matt, a consummate pro, and within minutes he discovered the leak... a loose nut on the holding tank of my toilet!Running silently into the grout and exiting out from under the baseboard. A loose nut! Wow. The other dude was ready to destroy my house...and STILL wouldnt have found the leak! Do yourself a favor: CALL MIKES PLUMBING Dont waste your money on some clueless clowns like I almost did! BTW: This is a LEGIT honest review. Thank You

    Mike was recommended as a licensed plumber for a specific job requiring a permit in the city of Delray. He came out to the property for a free estimate and determined that the request from the city may not be valid. He took time out of his day to call the city and question a notice I received and the city told him it was a mistake. In the end he saved me well over $1000. His back office team was professional in communicating and scheduling the appointment. Mike was on time and extremely professional and in the end so kind to help me with this issue.     No one likes to have to replace their hot water heater when it starts leaking but when it does...who do you call? We called Mike The Plumber and we are so glad we did! We were able to send pictures of our issue and the area where it goes and everything was easily done over the phone/text with Nicole. Today, Aaron came out, was on time, friendly and he did a great job. So nice to actually find a company that is not only reliable but they get the job done as promised for a very reasonable cost.

    THEY DID THE JOB LIKE SERVING THEIR OWN HOME! After I called to replace a leaky hose bib, they made sure exactly what I needed. The technician Even did an excellent job. A piece of pipe stuck to the big structure going inside the house. He used great patience to get the soldered piece out of the female end little by little without damaging the big structure. This allowed the job to be limited to putting back a new piece of pipe and the new hose bib. I am so happy that I did not have to replace the big structure which will probably need to break the concrete wall and will be much more expensive. Plus, their prices are very reasonable. I strongly recommend Mike The Plummer.

    Even though I had agreed to purchase and install a new toilet the techncian, Aaron, came out and did his due diligence to determne the issue. After a few minutes he said the issue was a clog in the sewage line. He cleared the line and we did not need the new toilet. Save us at least $150. Obviously they didnt sell a new toilet, but proved their integrity of doing the right thing. Great company eithics!

    I have used this company a half dozen times now and every time I am completely happy with their service. They responded to our home most recently due to a shower valve needing replaced. They sent Doug to our home the same day they received my email requesting assistance. Doug was very polite and patient. Despite running into an obstacle, he quickly solved the problem and had the repair completed without showing any sign of frustration.     I used Mike the Plumber to replace my bad, unable to shut off washing machine hookups before my new machine was delivered. TJ came out to do the work. He showed up during the time specified. He brought all the materials and equipment needed to complete the job. It took him about an hour and I had two new (hot and cold) washer hookups. The best part of my experience... TJ was knowledgeable and friendly, and overall he has a great personality. Also, the price was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received.     Recently I tried to replace my faucet for the shower. Key word tried.short version of the store is that after I totally made the situation worse, couldnt even get the faucet off the wall. so after calling I spoke to Nicole and she figured out all of the parts and new faucet model numbers, which i ordered from the directly from the manufacturer. This kept the labor costs down (only one visit to install) and parts were cheaper than Amazon and lowes! They were on time, courteous, left zero mess and did a beautiful job!!     I want to thank Mike the Plumber, I had an emergency last Sunday, my water pipe is CPVC and it cracked off under my kitchen sink before the shut off valve. There was water spilling everywhere, luckily, my friend that is staying at my condo was able to shut the main valve coming into my unit, but then had no water for anything. I am in NY and called Mike The Plumber around 1:30 pm and he had a plumber there within 30 minutes. He got the parts he needed and had the repair done in less than 2 hours. This was the 2nd time I used him, and will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs.P.S. Im a licensed Master Plumber in New York and I can say if I were there when the pipe broke, I would have still called Mike the plumber and saved myself the pain and aggravation of repairing the pipe myself on a Sunday.Thank you Mike.

    I’ve never used this company but I absolutely will after meeting Richard! Such an incredible person, he was waiting for another resident in my building when he saw the cart I was using to haul my tile up the elevator had two flat tires (which explains why it was so hard to maneuver)!He went and grabbed his air pump from his van and pumped my tires for me while he waited for his client. It’s so rare to find genuine people who go out of there way to lend a hand
