My disposal exploded and poured lots of water out underneath into my under sink cabinet when I tried to unclog it last week. 3 of my neighbors were also having plumbing issues but most were not happy with their service or none would recommend their plumber so I went on google to find someone. MAP Plumbers in google reviews looked great so I got a price quote online within minutes. It was reasonable for scope of work and better than the 2 others but biggest plus was scheduling. They agree to send someone the next morning 8-9 am so I immediately book them.Plumber showed up this morning on time and was very pleasant but spoke little English. The owner, Mike was readily available by phone to answer any question I had about the new disposal since it was not the same brand they were replacing. He also told me new disposal is covered by 5 year warranty and any issues with disposal, they will replace with no additional cost within that timeframe. All was done before 10am. Drain was snaked, pipes cleaned and old disposal replaced along with new mount, connection pipe and sink drain, etc. Worker also check for leaks then tidied up. He left under sink and area clean plus he brought broken disposal to large garbage bin downstairs. I got invoice by email after work was completed and no upcharge. Since no issues arose during the job, it was exactly as quoted.I’m very happy with the work so I already got a price quote for future hot water heater tank replacement. It will have to wait while I’ll save up for it. Right after plumber left, I also recommended them to one of my neighbors who was still looking for another plumber. When I see the other 2, Ill pass their business cards if they are still having issues.

I spent a couple hours at 2am last night trying to snake out my Clogged toilet to no avail. At 5 am I started looking online for honest and reliable plumbers. At 0530 I got a recommendation for MAP Plumbing so I texted the number and immediately received a message back. Scheduling to come as soon as he was Available. Mike showed up at 10 am and did an amazing job and was super quick. His price was extremely reasonable compared to others I spoke to. Mike was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He brought in the exact tool he needed, and even added some toilet paper after the clogged was cleared to ensure it would work. Excellent experience. I believe I’ve found my new “Go To” Plumber! Highly Recommend.

I had a unexpected issue with our water system and well system. All the pipes broke we had no water on July 4th. I called MAP and they couldn’t come out that night but we’re here at 7 am the next day. He was beyond responsive! The repairs look incredible and his worker was great and so so sweet. They cleaned up their mess and left the area perfect. The manager texted me throughout the whole process to let me know what was happening and how much longer it would be. We had a amazing experience and would highly recommend this company. I will refer them to all my friends and family.

I had a toilet stuck with my son’s shark toy and it needed professional attention. MAP showed up on time and was very professional. We noticed a huge crack in the toilet and I decided to replace it vs repair it. I went and bought a new toilet that day and MAP showed up the next morning to install. I have never been more satisfied with a company than M.A.P plumbing . Our water heater completely blew on Tuesday after calling/shopping around , I came to realize their price was best out of a couple companies in the area, so, I called looking to set an appointment for Wednesday and to my amazement they were able to come out the same day! From the first phone call to the job being completed they’ve made a stressful and worrisome experience tolerable and explained everything in detail while making the repairs. I was 1000 miles away from my mothers house when her health aides called me stating that the shower faucet had broken. I called Mike at M.A.P. plumbing and explained the circumstances to him. He was kind enough to add her to his schedule and was there in less than 2 hours. He called me with the diagnosis and then told me he could do the job right away knowing my mothers condition and how important it was for her to have the shower working. This meant a lot to me! His work was excellent and, of course, timely. Mike and PJ at M.A.P. Plumbing are top notch. We woke up on a Sunday morning with no water to our home and a flooded front yard and sidewalk, with rushing water coming from our water meter area. The county eventually arrived later that afternoon but would not handle it because the leak was determined to be just on our side of the meter. We then reached out to Mike at M.A.P. Plumbing late on Sunday afternoon and he responded immediately and was able to have one of his co-workers, PJ, dispatched to our home within 30 minutes. PJ located the leak source (separated pipe at one of the pipe joints) and was able to restore the water supply to our home before the sun went down. We are beyond grateful for Mikes and PJs responsiveness to our water emergency...on a Sunday afternoon no less! I highly recommend M.A.P. Plumbing for their responsiveness, reasonable pricing, and professional quality work.

Through the entire process he was prompt, very kind, patient and super flexible with his schedule in order to prioritize my repair.
