Its usually unexpected when you need a plumber. That was me yesterday. From the initial phone call until they had me fixed (maybe 3 to 3.5 hours) was pleasant. Everyone was professional and very nice. The two guys that came out went above and beyond to help fix my issue. It is hard to find good help these days ... these 2 definitely worked and deserve recognition for their effort. My total due was EXACTLY what I was guesstimated it to be with the initial call. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Thank you, Dependable Plumbing!!

We have only used their services twice. That said, i really cant say enough good things about this business. Nor the people who run it. Always under budget. Always prompt, honest, efficient, courteous, timely, and professional. They really live up to their nom de guerre: Dependable plumbing. They really have been dependable. Get the picture I like these people yet? No, things certainly did not always run as smoothly as planned. We experienced some setbacks and delays. Yet, they always kept me fully informed and stayed on point. Offering me remedies to get thru each strategic issue. They tolerated my displeasure with my current A.O. SMITH hot water heater this last visit. Explained to me carefully all of my options while steering me away from known issues. This sparing me further dissatisfaction. Leah, Jeff & the rest are very nice, trustworthy professionals. Their cumulative knowledge and skills were greatly appreciated.Kudos to the entire lot of em!!

My water heater went bad last night around midnight. I called Dependable Plumbing this morning around 8am and Leah was super she told me to send her my information and she would see what she could do as I live out of their service area (Macclenny). Steve gave me a call around 12 and I was up and running with a new water heater by 3. These guys are truly a service to the local and surrounding communities. I had a young man by the name of Chris come out this morning to snake my main line. He was super nice and very professional. No matter what kind of questions I had he answered them. He was very efficient and quick with his work. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues you may have.

This review is for two separate unrelated calls, stay with me. Its a long read but worth it.Had toilet issue, flange that was under wax seal was mush from standing water being on it for along time.Called bars first, was quoted $700, said they had to jackhammer my floor, and get pipes underneath toilet, so it woulda been $700 plus whatever it took to fix tile floor. So my dad called dependable plumbing for 2nd opinion and they said that they could go another route, not jackhammer my floors up, and it would only be $150. I was in a tight spot because Im not super knowledgeable about plumbing. So they could have easily quoted me less than bars just to do the same job. I was upfront about my situation. So Dependable got me a cheaper deal, WAY cheaper. Whats better, they didnt take advantage of me not knowing any better. Which is rare these days, esp in our economy.The next day our water pressure was way off, didnt think to bring it up when they were here prev. turns out it was a simple setting not right for our home water filter system. First time homeowner here, and never had a water softener system. Didnt charge for the call. Pleasantly surprised me.I will always do biz with this company. Not cuz they came out for free, its nice, but they did me right. Which is more important Didnt take advantage of my ignorance, and all around down to earth. And they got me going, did great work to boot. And the second call, it was just my wife home, and a lot of places If its just a woman at home will try and rob them blind! Great company

Shout out to Steve and Bill for a professional attitude and great work. A simple kitchen faucet installation and as an afterthought on my part, some new spigots replaced outside that I had wanted. They had no issues about the added extras I requested. Their work was efficient, they cleaned up thoroughly and asked about questions and concerns I might have had. Cost was reasonable. Very pleased.The company staff had been out here months ago, for a leaking shower pipe, also did a great job at that time.

12/30/2021. We called Dependable Plumbing after 1. We tried someone else and 2. We called another place who never called back. They answered the phone and we set a time for 2pm today (same day). They called back and said they could be earlier. They arrived on time, and within an hour fixed our issue (which was a clog between our shower, toilet, bathroom sink and kitchen sink). The price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!!

Called from Jacksonville to get a service started for my grandfather who lives in lake city. The first person I spoke to, Leah, was very professional and polite. They offered same day service also at a cheaper rate compared to another lake city plumbing company. The individual who came and fixed the hot water heater was very professional as well, clean cut and super efficient. My grandfather was above satisfied and that says a lot lol. Great job guys

I had been stood up by another plumber I had contacted for a leaking shower so I called Dependable Plumbing. Jeff came out that day, and was even a little early. Gave me a free estimate and came the next day and repaired the leak as promised. I could not be happier, and plan on using them for future projects. Thanks so much😊
