On Sunday, we began the process of finding a reputable plumber who had the necessary equipment to deal with our issue. Finding a plumber on a Sunday can be quite challenging. However, we were fortunate as Zachary from Stanley & Sons Plumbing promptly responded and arrived around the late afternoon. He was persistent and committed to clearing the line from all the accumulated rocks and soot. It was clear that a more powerful machine was needed to fully resolve the issue, so he promised to return the following day. True to his word, Zachary and his associate Benjamin arrived at around 3:30 the next day, still adamant about clearing our line from all the debris. By 7pm, they had successfully completed the job, leaving us as extremely satisfied customers. We would not hesitate to recommend Stanley & Sons Plumbing to all our friends. Moreover, we found the cost of the service to be entirely reasonable. We didnt feel exploited in the slightest. Zachary demonstrated his vast expertise and proved that he can handle any predicament effectively. We can confidently vouch for the dependability of Stanley & Sons Plumbing.

Ive had to call on the services of a plumbing company twice in the recent past. The first time was when my water heater malfunctioned and flooded the area underneath my house. They were able to assist me on the next working day, which was perfect for my schedule. Clinton, the boss, was professional, amicable, and truthful, doing exactly as he promised. Their professionalism, quality of work, and communication were top-notch. I asked them about swapping the standard plastic drain fitting on the new water heater for a brass fitting and ball valve. They did it without charging me extra! Plus, they took away the old water heater, also at no additional cost. Im so relieved that the job has been done so efficiently and professionally. My gas was shut off within minutes and within an hour, Zachary was at my home to give an estimate and schedule an appointment. Although their price was slightly higher than another quote I had received, they were able to install my new hot water tank two days sooner. The installation was slightly delayed, which can happen on occasion, and it took around four hours to complete. I was initially disappointed as my water pressure issue wasnt resolved due to my old pipes, but they assured me they would return the next day to fix this. I was somewhat confused and frustrated when I was charged a service fee after signing the contract and paying my deposit, as I was under the impression that the tank and all the services were included in the quoted price. However, after voicing my concerns, Clinton reached out to me to explain the situation. He clarified that the issue with my old pipes causing a blockage was the reason for the extra charge, which was resolved to my satisfaction. Because of their excellent customer service and quality work, Im very happy and will definitely be using their services again in the future. Our old house in Salt Lake City, having been around for 38 years, had a leaky copper pipe in the garage along with other age-related issues. We decided to replumb the entire house (1500 sq ft), including replacing all the shower valves and hardware. Four days later, Zachary was there before 8:00 a.m., introducing Benjamin and Jacob to the job. Benjamin and Jacob were simply excellent. They laid down drop cloths from one end of the house to the other, taking great care in moving items around. The precision in their drywall cuts was impressive and they even vacuumed the drywall dust as they went along. The duo worked extremely well together, exhibiting professionalism and efficiency. Three hours into the job, Jacob joined in and by 5:00 pm, they had the entire house replumbed and cleaned up. They updated everything to code: from the waterline behind the fridge, draining and replumbing the hot water heater, to the outside hose bibs, and underneath all sinks and toilets. And Im sure Im forgetting something. The team did an amazing job. And on top of that, they were all very pleasant. Id also like to commend the office staff and management. The phone personnel are polite and treat your plumbing issues with the seriousness they deserve. They are prompt with texts about who will be arriving and when, even providing a picture of the technician. Afterward, I received a text and an email from the technician with his picture and estimated time of arrival. Now that the job is done, a drywall technician will come in for repair work and to match the skip-trowel pattern on the walls, all part of the job organized by our plumbing team. Well only need to do a repaint afterward. There was some flooring damage in the master bedroom, but Benjamin offered to help set up three estimates for insurance purposes. Its always a pleasure to work with a company like this and for all these reasons, I highly recommend our team of plumbers.

While I appreciated their honesty and quick response, the cost of a new kitchen faucet isnt cheap. These plumbers are simply fantastic. their professionalism and kindness were evident when they first installed our water heater. they thoroughly explained the whole installation process to us, which we appreciated. they managed to install the heater in our ancient home with a rather run-down basement, and did so without any complaints. they were cheerful and jovial throughout. when our heater malfunctioned, they were gracious enough to come and fix it at 6pm on a friday. they provided phenomenal service and are genuinely wonderful people. i cant express my gratitude enough. i intend to only employ benjamin, clinton, and jacob for all my plumbing needs as long as i own a home. i wholeheartedly recommend them!

Zachary was truly remarkable! He exhibited professionalism, courtesy, and a solid understanding of his craft. I was having a tough time getting my plumbing pilot light to ignite, but Zachary expertly located the root of the problem and, once identified, resolved it in no time. Moreover, my ice maker had stopped making ice. Once again, Zachary tracked down the issue, identified the problem, and promptly offered a solution. Talk about getting your moneys worth! All this was accomplished within a one-hour visit in Salt Lake City. Worth every penny!

Zachary and his plumber team arrived to fix some incorrectly installed pipes which were causing water to pool. they were on time and worked hard all day, showing a lot of respect for the property. they even put a tarp on the grass where they were setting the dug-up dirt to avoid making a mess. the team was very thoughtful, always wearing masks even though the weather was hot. they also managed to keep noise levels down while they were working. we would certainly recommend them without any second thoughts.
