We had a leak in our water main. We have a policy through HomeServe, We called them and they sent Stott Plumbing. I was just terrified that the whole lawn and garden would be destroyed. The team from Stott used the greatest of care in making sure their repairs didn’t damage any of our sprinklers and landscape lighting. It took them less than 2 hours. Dispatch called me to schedule an appt in a timely manner. They made sure to send me a reminder the day prior to the scheduled appt, which was great. On the scheduled day, they arrived in a timely manner. Each person whom arrived to my home all were professional and friendly when spoke to me regarding my plumbing issue. They got to work immediately and took their time to make sure the repair was taken care of properly and informed me at each step along the way. Once finished they made sure to fully explain what the issue was, how they repaired the plumbing issue, and what I needed to do if the issue arose again. They also returned my landscaping back to its previous condition. I recommend the team that was dispatched to my home to anyone who has any plumbing issues in their home. They were all very professional and friendly with the entire process and made sure to do their job in a timely manner. I will use them again for any plumbing issue in the future. Alfredo, Juan, and Cody were all dispatched to my home and thorough and professional with my plumbing issue and make the repair in a timely manner.

We had to use Home Serve for a plumbing leak, and we went through Home Serve, and Home Serve was awesome, but Im absolutely over the moon with the Plumbing Service they sent. Our leak(s), despite being very visually there were extremely hard to find. Stott Plumbing did a great job! I cant recommend Stott Plumbing enough! The plumber they sent was just not going to leave till he found the leaks and he was great. He even cleaned up the dust and water afterwards. Not only that, they were extremely reasonably priced for plumbers, and he gave it his all to find out what was leaking. Stott Plumbing has earned a client for LIFE! I wish I could give them more stars! You will NOT BE SORRY WITH STOTT!!!!

They addressed it both financially and sent someone out to redo the finish work the next day.Original post: We paid $650 for a new toilet flange and reseal. The first photos are how he tried to leave it — abysmal caulking job and unlevel toilet. The second is the attempt at a better caulk finish, only after we pointed out how bad it looked. The bathroom was left an absolute mess.

Out Hot Water heater failed in evening. Called HomeServe. They indicated someone would contact us the next day. In the morning we received a call from Stott Plumbing. They explained theyd evaluate and consult with Home Serve to get us a new Hot Water Heater. Ben and Joe arrived, surveyed the situation. Stated price would be $2200 for a new heater installed. Received a call from Home Serve to state their participation and OKs the work. While the old heater drained, Ben & Joe got a replacement heater which was the same brand as before. By 4 PM that afternoon hot water was restored. Very pleased with overall experience. The only issue with Home Serve is that they wont do anything until a total failure of the hot water heater. Contacted them 3 months ago to indicate heater was failing and wanted to replace it before it started leaking. Not the case, but when the leak happened, then we got great service.

We cannot say enough about this company! We have had them out twice to our 100 yr old home. Every single employee that we have interacted with have been professional, courteous, competent, respectful and I could go on and on. This last experience I was devastated because I had just re landscaped the area and they not only felt my pain they literally hand dug the area “carefully” after allowing me to move plants myself all the time the tiptoed around my plants. Anyone else would have said all this has got to go so we can work. Then after doing the repairs they realized they still had another issue that wasn’t on the schedule. We had another crew of guys show up 5:30pm on a Friday night and didn’t leave until the issue was fixed and we could use all our plumbing. Fantastic communication. They clean up after themselves. Highly recommend them!!!

Had a leak, so home serve sent Stott out to find and fix it. They had a new water heater installed in a couple of hours. I panicked when the water didnt work after installation but they opened a new claim for me and fixed the faucets as well, from the sediment in the galvanized pipes that had settled. Our water heater failed and was leaking from a corroded tank. Ben closely inspected our water heater and confirmed that yes, it was leaking from the tank.Our old water heater was fitted into a tight spot in our basement, but it was quickly removed and the new Rheem water heater was installed and soon was up and running. Ben knows his trade and Little Jon was quick to do anything asked of him. So far they have fixed broken nose on (major repair), replaced fresh water line, cleared out roots in sewer line and mini jetted a 2” pipe that gets clogged with grease. Yesterday we had Stott Plumbing replace a water line from our home to the main water line, a distance of several feet. As is often the case I was nervous about how it would go, but as I look back on it I couldnt be more pleased!!! They arrived just when they said they would, and from the very first I had no doubt that they knew exactly what they were doing. I was extremely impressed with how respectful they were in caring for our yard and home and keeping me informed. In less than 8 hours the owners were at my home settling up with me and they were remarkably fair in the amount I was charged.. I had major plumbing problems and Stott came to my rescue. Not all heroes wear capes :-) I cannot say enough great things about them!I had a leak in my basement AND a mystery sewage backup. Stott was the fourth company that came to look and they were the ones who finally figured it out. We had some miscommunication in the beginning (due to my being out of town, nothing on Stotts part) and Bryan and Mike, the owners, came to make sure we were all on the same page before they scheduled our work. They made me feel so comfortable with their bid (which was WAY less than I was expecting) and said they would begin work ASAP. They were able to push my sewer repair up by 2 days due to another cancellation. We ended up having a sewage setup Bryan and Mike had never encountered before. However, they figured it all out and made everything easier for any future issues. Bryan even sat down and drew me a diagram of what was going on and explained it in a way even I could understand. While they worked on the sewer (which took all day) they began the dig for our water main replacement (the source of my basement leak) which would happen the next day. This job ended up taking ~12 hours instead of the usual ~5. Despite all of the unexpected bumps in the road and ALL the extra work, they didnt charge me any extra from my original bid (other than the parts and labor for the sewer repair). Every employee who came to our house - from the inside guys to the excavation crew - were friendly, professional, and had masks and shoe coverings. They worked extremely hard and efficiently and notified me of any issues as they arose. I could not be more grateful for all the work they did. I will use them for any future plumbing needs and recommend them to everyone. THANK YOU STOTT!!

Had a broken valve which controlled sprinkler system branching off from water mains. Stott plumbing was called to assist us as part of our insurance coverage. Worked in sweltering heat. The two gentlemen were always courteous, showed me what was repaired and did a great job returning the xeriscaped garden back to its original form. Cant compare price since we decided to go with Stott from the get go rather than shop around. Happy with their replacement valve set up too. No messing around trying to find shut-off valve since Stott guys replaced down pipe with smaller diameter just the right size for the key. Highly recommend.

Ive used Stott multiple times for plumbing issues through my service plan with Homeserve. I have worked most often with Ben, but another crew and even the owner has done work at my home. They take the time to explain things thoroughly, and they do great work. They respect your time enough to pick up the phone and call you to let you know if a job ahead of yours is running longer than originally planned. With Stott you get A+ service, A+ communication, A+ everything. Would recommend.

I was told by Orem City that I had a leak and I needed to repair it. I fixed the leaking problems inside the house but when Orem City did a final inspection, the leak was still there and some were from my home and the city meter. Story plumbing sent a plumber to find the leak and mark where it was as well as marking water line from the meter to the house. My insurance covered the cost of digging the hole and fixing the leak. In my case, it was the waste valve that connected my culinary water line to my sprinkler sister. They replaced the valve and was done in no time. We are happy and Orem City is happy.

I have 4 houses insured with Homeserv. One has a bad sewer line that needs cleaning once or twice a year. Stott Plumbing always comes out in a timely manner and quickly gets the main sewer flowing again. Delightful people to work with.

I have not used Stott Plumbing in the past. But, given my experience with Joey, Rich, and Juan today, I will be sure to use Stott’s services in the future.

They came out as a Homeserve contractor. It was the first time I had used my homeserve policy so i was pretty skeptical. They spent several hours but got it cleared and homeserve paid for it. I was pleasantly surprised. My home is 112 years old. The sewer line is like 85 years old. Salt Lake Public Utilities recommends homeserve and im glad i have it. (Not a huge admirer of the insurance industry). Its $83 a year.

Great experience! Everyone from Cody in the front office to Juan in the field my 1935 sewer line was repaired in about a day. The repair probably would have been done sooner if they didnt have to dig 15 feet deep in a narrow alley. Would highly recommend.
