I had Millcreek Plumbing out to work on a leaking main water line. After digging about 7 feet and having 5 or 6 guys searching, they couldnt even find the water line. I live on a hill and it can be buried very deep. At that point, we decided to replace the line completely using a trenchless approach. It turned out to be an incredibly challenging project because of the number of boulders underground. The team worked for 4 days with 4 to 8 guys involved the whole time (normally a 1 or 2 day job). The lead plumber said it was his hardest install in 30 years. They ultimately completed the installation, restored the yard, and charged a fair price. Im very grateful for their hard work. I will definitely hire them again!

Millcreek plumbing came to my rescue after a weekend of sewer issues. I had another company come over the weekend and they seemed bothered and unable to quote without calling to consult their manager multiple times. They wanted $1500 to start and conveyed it maybe up to 60k! I sent them on their way and called Millcreek the next morning. Kristi informed me that they were booked but called me right back that they had a plumber ready to come out! Migel showed up and assured me it was fixable. Only$750 later I was fixed up with camera footage of my sewer line. Thank you so much for your services and professionalism. I highly recommend Millcreek for your plumbing needs for honesty, transparency and profession pricing.

My stop waste valve broke to my sprinkler system. I called Millcreek Plumbing that afternoon. They came out and inspected it that evening. The following day that had it fixed. When I came home I was worried it hadnt been done as I was expecting to see my lawn torn up. They had fixed it and fixed my lawn in such a manner it was hard for me to tell it had even been done.

One of the top of the list. Homeowner nightmares, your water main is broken and your water bill is through the roof and you need the dreaded water main repair. We had watched neighbors go through this as the original iron plumbing from the last century failedWe had chosen Mill Creek based on recommendations from friends and they certainly did not steer us wrong.Their method of getting the plumbing repair to the street from the home did not destroy our entire front lawn as we have seen happen to others.Their bid was competitive, they were fast and respectful of us and property.Unfortunately, with the heavy clay soil and rains, one of the pipes of the repair broke and we came home to find the basement flooding.It was of course on a weekend. We called and they had someone at the house within 30 minutes, helping us to salvage things in the basement, starting to dig a very large hole again in the mud and calling and reinforcements.Rain and hail and lightning made finishing the job that evening unwise but they got it done the next day and that same first evening, they had contacted damage repair company for large dehydrating fans and testing the walls.These guys did heroic work, were there when we really needed them. I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thanks again to Mill Creek, (even though I hope not to have to use your services personally again) your team made everything right again

We have used Millcreek Plumbing for years. They continue to be the most honest and hardworking people around. Our latest issue was a clogged kitchen sink and an issue with the water heater. Millcreek sent Brody to our house the day after we called. Brody spent four hours replacing pipes, cleaning out the back up and installing intake pipes to our water heater. All of this work was done for a fair price with the highest level of quality. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

There was a problem with a shower making it unusable. I reached out to Jordan, who had helped me before though it had been several years. My guess was all the hardware was going to need to be replaced and it would be an expensive fix. Jordan was quick to respond and asked if I could send some pictures, which I did. It turned out to be no big deal and in about 10 minutes on the phone he walked me through how to fix it. It’s a good thing to know a professional with skills, but far better to know a pro with skills AND character too. Jordan is one of those men!

Preston helped me identify an inconsistent leak that was creating a mess in our unfinished basement last week. He figured out it was coming from the overflow on the tub, which has some really difficult access from our basement. He explained it would be a two-man job given the access, but that they could replace the drain system without demoing any finish work in the bathroom. The quote was reasonable and he and another plumber, Jesse came out today to finish the job. They were both extremely professional and got the job done at a fair price. A+ service. Thanks guys.

Ive had them come out twice now. Once to fix an issue with a sink and once to replace a water heater. Both technicians were knowledgeable and went above and beyond, and also just super nice. I feel like I hit the trifecta of plumbing with Millcreek. Jared was responsive, skilled, & reliable. I had to have a toilet replaced because it didnt flush properly. Two other companies had failed to diagnose the problem but Jared knew right away that it was the toilet itself. Others had snaked the line, etc. to no avail. Finally, a proper flush with the new toilet Jared recommended & installed. Is it wrong to love a toilet?? Next time you need a plumber, call Millcreek.

Excellent communication and service. Tony had the break in our sewer line pinpointed within 5 minutes of arriving. Scoped the line and sure enough that was where the break was, under the concrete slab, ugh! Continued scoping and found the line full of sludge also. He didn’t have the right equipment to clean the line, so he came back the next day and cleaned the line and found another break. He gave us 2 remedies, jack hammer the slab or upon locating the sewer line he said we could dig down by the edge of the slab cut the line to give him access to the sewer line and line the pipe with a sewer liner. So that’s what we did. Sewer Line is fixed, no leaks and we had NO demolition in the house. Millcreek also credited the 2 previous visits towards or total bill. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Millcreek Plumbing for your next plumbing needs

The very best service I could have wished for! A real person answered the phone on Sunday and was available if we thought it was that much of an emergency. Our bathtub faucet was running and the controller had broken. They gave us an estimate based on pictures and actually did the work for slightly less. They arrived on time, got the job done right, marked the internal shut-off for us so that next time we dont need to find the meter in the yard and use the special tool. Overall, a very big relief to our problem. I am so glad I chose Millcreek Plumbing to call that day and, without any doubt, they will be my go-to plumber next time.

Their price was fair, and wasnt inflated by commission, like several of the other shops in the Salt Lake valley.Chris and Dan headed things up and they did it in one day, and did it professionally. I found Millcreek Plumbing by calling a plumbing supply place and asking for a recommendation, after having originally called a large company, who gave me an outrageous estimate with an overly complex plan for getting the work done.Jordan of Millcreek Plumbing called in advance to ask me a few intelligent questions so he would be sure to have all the needed parts. I had no idea how I was going get to the leak. It was a major effort to coordinate traffic, parking and water shut off for the impacted businesses. They made it easy and completed the work with minimal disruption. Also had them regrade and replace an interior drain line for two bathrooms that were constantly backing up. It involved cutting into the concrete floor and digging under interior office walls. We were experiencing a slow leak over the garage. Millcreek Plumbing came out the same day and traced the leak back to an incorrect ferrule under a bathroom sink. The plumber fixed the fitting at fault and checked the rest of the house, replacing the incorrect ferrules as he found them saving me from future problems. Great service.
