We had a water heater fail in our Layton, Utah home. Based on a recommendation from a co-worker we called Beehive Plumbing. The technician who came to our house was polite, knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. Ultimately, the new tank was installed and modifications to our furnace room were made to bring our house up to code. Based on how well service calls were communicated, the friendliness of the technicians and the excellent outcome, we will be using Beehive Plumbing in the future, and will highly recommend them to our friends and family.

When my water heater started leaking unexpectedly, I called them around 4 PM because my parents had a great experience with their service. They didn’t disappoint! They were at my house within a few hours, and I had hot water again that same night. Warren was my technician, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly nice, made me feel comfortable, and thoroughly explained what he was doing and the options available to me. Highly recommend their prompt and professional service!

Our technician’s name was Maverick. He was very personal and professional with his repair to our waterline. He checked everything out and walked us through the process before making repairs. He kept everything clean while doing what could have been a dirty job. We certainly will use Beehive Plumbing when we need work done and refer them to our friends. When we do we will ask for Maverick. HE IS GOOD at what he does.

This is our second time using Beehive Plumbing because they are so great to work with. Its really easy to call and get scheduled, someone is always available to answer during their business hours. The prices are very fair! We had a water heater that needed to be replaced and we called 8 places to get quotes. Our second issue was a leaking shower faucet, their prices were so fair for the water heater replacement that we didnt bother to call other companies for the faucet. We just called Beehive right away. The technicians are friendly, professional, clean and neat, do the work/charge the price they say they will. Both technicians were smart, effecient and fast. We really enjoyed working with Matt and Mark. Beehive is great at communicating via text and email and phone. We received a booking confirmation, notice when the technician was on their way and a digital receipt.

I got my water main replaced earlier this year and they were great! I think I called Wednesday night and they had permits and the water line fixed by Friday! Roman was the assigned tech and he went above and beyond. While waiting for the city to correct an issue on their side, they were happen to remove a couple bushes I didnt want since they had to be there waiting, and they had an mini excavator for the line replacement. Laster, when I turned on my sprinklers, one of the lines had been cracked with the water main replacement and they were out the next day and had it fixed. I just called again since Im an idiot and dont remember where my sprinkler shutoff was moved to when the water line was replaced but Roman helped again with photos! They were recommended by my realtor when I bought the house and Ill definitely use them again if anything comes up (but 🤞 nothing comes up).

I had a 100% blocked sewer line today. Unspeakable situation in the basement -- drain backed up; small lake, etc. I called Beehive Plumbing at 2:00. I guess this is the plumbing equivalent of a heart attack, because I had an AWESOME tech (Mark H) at my door at 2:33 pm. Amazing! 4:30 now and we are wrapping up. Everything is working again and the basement floor is clean again. I am very impressed with Beehive Plumbing and I will 100% be calling on them in the future.

From start to finish, we cant say enough about the whole Beehive team. they installed a new bathroom in our old home. from start to finish they were prompt, thorough, and friendly. even after the fact, Daniel has been back to ensure that things are running smoothly. He (Daniel) has answered texts after hours and on weekends which is well beyond the call of duty. you will be happy that you have made a new plumbing connection if you call on them; its like we now have a straight line to a dependable plumber for anything. also, Preston deserves a nice word.. he stayed late one night when the pressure was high and he didnt have to stay. we really, really appreciate what they do as plumbers. great people.

Beehive Plumbing has been so incredible! We recently bought our first home, which is an older home, and needed A LOT of plumbing work. We spent >20k with Beehive, who by far had the best/most fair bids on the big projects we had completed. We had 6-8 different plumbers for different jobs throughout the month, and every single one of them were very professional, personable and enjoyable to have around. They thoroughly explained things to me as they went a long, and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. They are all very responsive, show up when they say they will show up and very reliable. We had a couple of incidents where they had to come back to the house and fix a mistake. They never charged us a dime over what the initial bid was and were super professional about fixing the issues that arose. The most impressive thing, if I had to pick one would be how responsive they are, which makes us feel like they truly care about us as the clients. A special shout out to Daniel Wayman, Greg, and Kenneth! They all went above and beyond. We are happy to have found good, reliable, and personable plumbers. Could not reccommend them enough.

Where do I even begin... We werent completely sure what way we wanted to go to replace our sewer line. Daniel was completely transparent when it came to telling us what was wrong. He gave us a quote for re-lining and replacement of the belly in our line. We got 3 quotes and Beehive was the cheapest and the only one that suggested replacing the belly in the line. Professionalism at its finest. We had a few more questions and asked Daniel to come back out to go over some other things. He was early and is extremely professional, polite and nice.The crew Darryl, Hassan, Lyric and any of the others that I may have missed. These guys are top notch. Darryl, Hassan and Lyric were very informative about what their plan for the day is or any questions you had during the process. They all had a good sense of humor and were easy to approach. These guys definitely need a raise. HahaWe have had some very bad luck hiring contractors and were very nervous going into this. It is refreshing to have found a company that has turned our luck around.Beehive has gone above and beyond our expectations and its nice to finally find a company that takes pride in their work. Beehive Plumbing has provided the most prompt, professional, detailed, educational and pleasant service Ive received in many years. Since June 23rd 2024 Ive had need of their help 3 times for plumbing regarding very old pipes in a historical home I inherited. The pipes are cast iron and barely functioning. Beehive has responded within less than an hour for basement flooding and sewer overflowing in a large part of one side of my basement and major flooding in the other half of the basement where boxes of important items were involved. And twice its been on a Saturday and Sunday morning. MARK has been a life saver with his expertise and positive attitude. Has always made me feel like nothing is so bad that he cant make better and with this attitude has quickly put my frantic self back together. When Ive called in I specifically ask for MARK because I have complete confidence in his understanding my house and its quirks. Saturday, MARK suggested Ron come in to do the more advanced project of installing a liner in the old pipes. The estimate MARK approximated, when I asked for a ball park figure, was pretty much spot on when RON wrote up the estimate today. RON couldnt have been more professional, calm and pleasant. Such a wonderful attitude and welcomed my input. Explained everything in detail and left me with an email detailing the information to back up his verbal explaination of how the project will unfold in the next few days. I completely recommend Beehive Plumbing and especially MARK and RON.I would give them complete reign over my house if I couldnt be here when they start and complet the project. They radiate trust and competency. I appreciate everything about them and the company standards. I believe they are reasonably priced and will provide me many more years of solid water pipes that do there job without fail. I call that a good investment in a very old house. THANK YOU

We had them re-lined our main line due to roots causing back ups. Hassan and his coworker were great. They got the work done well, worked quickly, were professional, and put everything back and the yard isnt destroyed. It will be nice to not having to worry about back ups any more.

We had a tenants unit that was in need of an HVAC overhaul. The building was built with hard to find equipment and the entire system had been put in the ceiling then drywalled around. So it was very difficult to get to. Every vendor we had come look at it told us they either couldnt do it or it would be 8-10 weeks out just to get the parts.My partner referred me to Beehive and Junior and Jakob took one look then started rubbing their hands together in giddy anticipation over getting to take on this challenge. They met with the suppliers and found someone that had equipment that would fit. They put it on hold and waited for us to give the green light. Once we did, they had it installed within a few days.The day of the install, John, the technician, notified me they were on their way, Junior kept me up to date on everything throughout the day, and after about nine hours and some very difficult to watch roof access shenanigans (Im convinced these guys were secretly superheroes,) our tenants have heat and will have A/C this summer!I can not sing Beehives praises enough. I will absolutely be using them for all future HVAC and plumbing needs on all of our residential and commercial units from now on. You would be wise to do the same.

Dealing with Beehive has been great. They had an estimator on site very quickly and their price was fair (especially compared to the two others we received). We had a water main break going into a 14 unit apartment building.They had people on site working within a couple of hours of our accepting their proposal. Everyone we had contact with was polite, personable and competent. Colton and Roman were especially pleasant to work with and diligent in completing the job as well as providing a work around to provide water to our tenants over night.I would definitely call Beehive for any future plumbing services needed.5 STARS

I had an awesome experience with Beehive Plumbing! I had an ongoing issue with a main drain over years and had dumped at least $14,000 in to it so far over the years (other plumbers) and it backed up again. Aaron and Ty of Beehive Plumbing came and scoped it right off the bat. This time it really was just a clog. They showed me on the camera and did not make any attempt to say it was more than it was. That bought my confidence and trust. I have since had them put in a new water heater, fix my water pressure regulator, and put in a new shower system. They may be a tad more expensive than some, but they dont make up issues and that is worth a lot. Plus their work is rock solid by my experience at least. They worked hard, steadily, and thoroughly. My water heater went out yesterday and they were able to have a plumber come out within a few hours, they efficiently and transparently diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix the plumbing issues and install a new water heater within 24 hours. It was ridiculously fast. Matt C did all of the work and he was excellent - my favorite plumber Ive had. He was clearly very skilled and fixed some issues from prior companies work. I ended up getting a tankless water heater which Im really happy with.

My crawlspace started flooding yesterday morning from tree roots clogging the drain pipe between my house and the street. I called a few places trying to get a same day appointment, and Beehive immediately committed to an afternoon appointment. I got a text from their dispatcher shortly after that they could get someone over to my house within the hour, which was greatly appreciated!They sent their technician Cole Perryman, who was incredible! He explained the issue and covered all of my options. He was very professional and friendly.Beehive will definitely be my go-to plumbing company in SLC from now on!

I called Beehive Plumbing when I could not fix what I thought was a simple clog or air admittance valve problem. It turned out to be a sewer main issue that was the responsibility of another company and the city. Cole was able to diagnose the issue in about one minute, and, during the inspection, also found a separate problem (also created by another company). He was extremely professional, and took the time to explain what had likely occurred and how we could remedy it (under warranty). He did not have to take the extra time explaining it to us, given he would not be doing any work, but he went out of his way to make sure we knew the best path forward. He also saved us a sizable amount of money. I will definitely be calling Beehive Plumbing and Cole for any future issues.

I had a great experience with Beehive! Jak was awesome! He came quickly and found the problem we were having with our furnace immediately. The best part was that he didn’t try to sell me on additional things that are optional or might not be necessary. Sometimes, I just want the problem fixed and that’s all. I don’t like fear tactics some use to pressure you into buying things that aren’t needed. He gave me a tutorial on how I could fix this furnace problem in the future, should it happen again, which I appreciated. I would use them again.

100% would recommend Trae from Beehive Plumbing! We thought our one year old electric water heater was broken. We had two other plumbers come look at it as well as talked to several others on the phone and no one could properly diagnose it. We replaced all of the heating elements and thermostats and had pretty much resigned ourselves that we would have to buy a new one. Trae came out to take one last look and spent lots of time talking through everything with us. He then went through the house step by step and checked all the plumbing and fixtures only to finally figure out it wasn’t the water heater at all but a problem with the cartridge in our downstairs shower. No one else had bothered to check, and sure enough as soon as the cartridge was correctly in place the hot water problem was fixed! So grateful for Trae’s time and attention to detail and for saving us hundreds of dollars that we would have spent on a new water heater. Absolutely will use Beehive Plumbing again in the future.

Such a professional and courteous team. My furnace gave out yesterday and Beehive was able to find me a technician, Jeff, that drove up and down the canyon from Park City in the middle of a snow squall to take a look. He was not only really nice but thorough with explaining everything. Once he figured out what was wrong, he was kind enough to give us his personal number to reach back out after we decided what we needed to do and even went out of his way after hours to contact his office and manager to set up an appt for us. They got an appt for us first thing the next morning with Skyler who was also incredibly nice despite the fact that we ended up cancelling the appt. Were it not for my panicked husband, we would have used them to fix/replace. Sadly, we went with a recommendation of a family member which worked out fine but frankly, while great, were not as professional of an experience as Beehive and we will absolutely be using Beehive for all of our future projects etc. They have great communication (multiple phone calls to confirm appts and estimated arrival times!), really courteous professional team members, and make it easy to book appts. Would totally recommend them and plan to use them in the future!!

He offered us some options but said going with what the manufacturer makes for their products is his preference over using universal products. He then said to make sure we know pricing and availability he would call the company that makes the part at 7am the following day.And he did just that then sent two estimates our way one with the manufacturer part and one with the universal part and then said to his surprise as well it was cheaper to go with the manufacturer part.He then was over within an hour to replace the part and get out heat up and going.So not only did Jeff follow though with everything he said we would, showing he cared and wanted to do a good job. He gave options and opinions but never seemed to be there to make more money, just to get the job done and done well.If the employees at Beehive are like Jeff I can’t imagine you’ll have any issues at all.Thank you again!

The services I received were a water main replacement, replacement of galvanized pipes inside the house, and a new outside spigot. My house is old and the pipes were definitely old.Ill vent about my only complaint first. When I asked friends who had water main replacements done 3-4 years ago, they all said it cost about $3,000. My cost was considerably higher, but I understand there has been significant inflation over the last several years. In short, it wasnt cheap.Price aside, I only have praise for all of the people I worked with. Ron came over for an estimate in about an hour. He was thorough in his evaluation. After I agreed to the terms, they were able to get to work right away, in only about 90 minutes. The work was done by Dakotah and Oliver and they finished it in one work day. I admire that they didnt put it off to another day, even though they had to work a couple of hours into the evening. They knew what they were doing, they executed the job efficiently, they didnt cut corners, they made sure everything was working properly, and they were professional and courteous.I am definitely satisfied with the quick response and quality work. I will sleep better tonight.

I used Beehive Plumbing for an Avenues Remodel, which if you know anything about the avenues houses… the plumbing is old and an updates are often done without a permit. This was the case for my house and so I had a massive project to redo all my plumbing Daniel did a fantastic job bidding the job, even took the time to fish a camera down my main line and respectful answered all my questions and took the time to show me the different cracking in my original terracotta pipes. Tim & his apprentice worked diligently for weeks complete my job and constantly communicated changes, updates or roadblocks directly with me. Even better, to run a liner through my main pipe, they had to dig up my grass, unfortunately it died in the process, but they came out and replaced it completely!!! I mean wow….Beehive plumbing will be my go-to for any project, maintenance, or issue for the foreseeable future!!!!

They injected a liner in our fifty year old sewer line to strengthen the old clay pipe and prevent roots from continuing to damage the line. Their work was very professional and timely and they even took time to show me how the liner is injected and how it looked on their camera when they were finished. They even reassembled two sprinkler lines and were able to worked around two mature fruit trees that were in the way. Hassan and Darryl are a fantastic crew. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately we discovered that our sewer line between the house and street had sunken about a foot and a half. This caused a big backup in our home. We got a hold of Beehive Plumbing and they quickly sent Daniel out to give us his opinion. Daniel was not only fast, he was thorough and was able to very clearly explain what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. While this was definitely a big repair for our family. The pricing was fair and the work that his team performed was amazing. Some nights they worked very late so not to adversely affect us during the repairs. Honestly. His crew worked their tails off to not only speed up the repair but help keep my family impacted the least. If you are looking for an honest, genuine and caring, hard working company, I urge you to give them a call.

My water heater failed on Saturday. I cleaned up the mess. I then called Beehive plumbing Sunday morning and they sent Caleb out to my house within a hour. He took a look at my issue and gave a couple options for me and I chose to replace my water heater and water softener. I thought he would have to schedule another time to do the work. However, he started the work immediately and had another Beehive employee deliver all the parts needed while he was removing my old system. Caleb worked from early am 9ish till 7:30pm Sunday night installing the system including new vent pipes through roof. He cleaned up a lot of the plumbing lines that were loosely done over the years and made my furnace room look great and updated. He worked nonstop and didn’t take a break just kept going step by step to install right. I thought they would also charge a higher rate being Sunday but amazingly since I had called early in the morning they booked me like a regular day. No other company would have done that. That alone was really amazing. Caleb spent the entire day installing my system and didn’t rush it. Thought everything through and ran lines and new piping and venting. It is all installed clean, organized and proper. Can’t tell you how many rush jobs worth of lines and piping he cleaned up. Totally restored. The tankless water heater and softener are great and they gave me a fair deal. He worked really hard to do it right without cutting corners.I hardly ever write these but he spent his entire Sunday solving my problem so I at least could take a minute to write how impressed I am with Caleb’s dedication to doing honest, hard and great work.

Daniel even helped with the sheetrock and FRP that we had to replace. He was fast, hard working, professional, and helpful. We had a main line clog because of tree roots. Cole arrived, diagnosed immediately, explained how everything works patiently so even I (who has been awake for over 24 hours because of the clog) could understand. He fixed it with no issues, explained maintenance, and told us how to solve a very minor leak on our own for a fraction of the price. Most importantly, after being told the cats try to bolt out the door all the time, he was immediately extremely mindful of them. Will definitely use Beehive again.

Dom and Max were wonderful And I truly appreciate their detail with the installation of my new bathroom. I’ll definitely use then again. They checked my washer while they were here when I asked them and found we had a leak and needed to bring it up to code. Our experience with Darryl and his crew with Beehive Plumbing was great. They installed a liner on our clay sewage pipe. After dealing with some heavy rainfall, their first day was cut short however they came back early on day two and worked well into the evening in order to get the job done. Darryl was very professional and kept us up-to-date with the job progress throughout the day. He explained the process and was happy to answer any questions. We used Beehive to descale our old pipes and install a liner to prevent roots and further scaling. I appreciated their pre professionalism. It was expensive to do what we did but they did find a few ways to save us money. We didn’t get any other bids so I can’t speak to the affordability but we felt like we were in good hands plus their labor warranty was 10 years! Would highly recommend
