David with Sonik Services saved my bathroom project. It was a disaster from a previous person who claimed they knew what they were doing, I had to stop that person mid project and THANKFULLY I found David, he responded quickly, very professional and kind. David had to rip everything out the previous person did, he had to redo the tub water lines, the valve, remove the tub, reset the drain and reinstall the tub. He then installed new sink drains, lines, faucets and set the new vanity. It was no easy job!He was patient, respectful, clean and honest. I highly recommend David for your plumbing needs, he will go above and beyond to resolve your problem and take care of your needs. Everything worked out great considering we got off on a rocky start. I called on a Sunday not thinking David would volunteer to come out that day to take a look. He said to send address and will let me know his ETA. Wonderful I thought called on Sun and he was already coming out. Well after about 2 hrs I gave a call for that ETA but no answer and about 1 1/2 hrs later he called back with a missed call. I said who I was and his reply was oh yea yea yea like he forgot. I was ready to hang up but he apologized and said he was installing a heater i said I will give you 40 min his wife called immediately and said she had a plumber coming over now. Longer story short he went by Leows picked up 2 toilets and installed them perfectly! I definitely would call again when I need a plumber! They followed up the next day as well.

I accidentally hit my main water line in my garage on Saturday and we needed a plumber to come out same day. In addition, I had a whole house water filter that needed to be installed. After calling two other plumbers and leaving a voicemail, I called Sonik just randomly. I was delighted when he answered the phone and said it was no problem to come the same day AND he would install my filter. Great! Then I thought I was going to really get charged a lot because of the weekend, the repair and the additional filter. I was absolutely astounded when he honestly said that he wouldnt charge extra for the repair because in order to install the filter, he would have to adjust those pipes anyway. So he was so helpful and honest too!! We were so grateful that we actually insisted on paying extra because he had come out on a weekend and spent several hours fixing everything. Couldnt be more satisfied customers! These days, people like this are few and far between, definitely someone worth raving about!!

Prompt and courteous. He came out the next day after we received a letter stating we had a water leak. He called out some shoddy plumbing and gave us a couple of options. He completed the repair in a couple hours.I then noticed the next day that ,after a lot of rain, we were leaking water again. He came out promptly again to fix the issue. I can’t this recommend the company enough.

He was fair with his prices and even honored his estimate from 2020. So he and his helper showed up at my house on Tuesday and we discussed what he was going to do and they started. They were very pleasant and worked hard, even completed the job a day earlier than they thought. This was good news for me and my family. UPDATE July 7, 22. The shower fixture repair failed and not able to coordinate repair. Had to hire another plumber.This was my second time using this company for service. My experience was positive both times. In August 2021, they replaced my bath sink fixture. The work was top notch and they cleaned up behind themselves. The only drawback was, they didn’t show up and respond promptly. For the repair to my shower fixture handle, they saved me money and time as they figured out how to make the repair and minimize the repair process vice breaking through the wall. On this visit, they were prompt and kept me abreast of the repair. I will definitely use them in the future.

The water pressure in my kitchen was non existant. For over 1.5 weeks we had no working kitchen sink OR dish washer. We contacted 4! plumbers, and none could figure out what was wrong. Finally the last plumber told us it was the faucet. So I contacted David from Sonik and he responded right away, and came within 2 days. He was the ONLY one who actually sat on the floor, and started to take apart the pipes below the sink to see if there was pressure there. Sure enough there was. So he went ahead and replaced the faucet for us. David was very professional, and educational. I was thrilled that he knew exactly what he was doing and didnt hesitate to figure it out. I called Andres David so he could install faucets for a sink for the guest bathroom since they had installed a new granite countertop and I had a meeting at my house and I told him how important it was to get that bathroom up and running.
