This is by far the most honest HVAC service weve ever used. This is a service we used in summer with arctic we never feel like were being pressured into buying anything we don’t need theres no feeling that anyone is trying to make a commission they’re truly focused on helping us keep our unit in good condition. When our Air stopped working Arctic sent someone out right away, which was a huge relief, especially since I’m concerned about our dog in the house who cant tolerate temperatures above 87°. I know thats a personal concern but I really appreciate their understanding and quick response.

We recently purchased a house in Florida, after couple days the AC went out we called Arctic because of the ad we saw online and im glad i called them out for service right after giving them a call they gave me a schedule for same day we found our unit was leaking freon, we noticed our unit was 15+ years old there was rust all over the coil, Imtiaz was our tech he provided us all the options we decided to go with unit replacement then he called their office and had the unit ordered for next day and took care of the whole installation next day. Rony is an awesome guy! He made sure my air conditioner and heating units were in perfect condition showed me all the pictures. Great company! I’m so happy that my system is contracted with them. Unlike other companies you dread calling when something goes wrong, Arctic is a breath of fresh air. I just want to thank the whole Arctic team. I don’t live in Florida, but my mom and Son do and I had already dealt with another company that told my home warranty provider they couldn’t diagnose the issue. When I called Arctic, they came out right away and quickly identified the problem. They provided a fair and reasonable quote, and had everything fixed on the spot my family was very happy. I popped a fuse in my unit when I accidentally cut through the wires while mowing the backyard lawn. Arctic Air came out the same day to fix the issue our technician Imtiaz was very informative about what needed to be done to get it running. Two months ago I had my A/C unit replaced. Imtiaz and Kenny did the installation plus the copper line from the outside to the atic and to the blower unit inside. We recently retired here in Kissimmee originally from Austin,Texas, after moving in of 6 months our coil gave up for AC, so we asked one of our neighbor for an AC guy he told us about Arctic after making an appointment with them they were here by morning. Omi was a gentleman I liked that listen to the issues we having first instead of just telling us to replace everything, he showed us what needs to done to have the system running, he ordered a coil for us then had it replaced the next day. Omi is a great guy he needs a raise!

Rony from Arctic came out to diagnose an outdoor unit that wasn’t cooling. When I mentioned we had just replaced the roof last month he quickly identified the issue our system had no gas because the roofers had punctured the gas line. The next day, Imtiaz and his team returned to repair the line, and they even coordinated with the roofing company to ensure everything was fixed properly their professionalism and expertise were impressive. We will definitely rely on them for all my future HVAC and plumbing needs.

I had a fan that wouldnt stop blowing, making the house very damp inside. I called a few companies on a Saturday morning and this was the only one that answered and were even able to come out the same day. I have an odd AC unit and parts were not available, they even checked the junk yards for me. I asked if I could buy a used one on ebay. They said that was fine and even asked that I text the info to make sure I got the right one. They came out the next day for installation. Unbelievably happy with them, their work and excellent communication!!!

I contacted Arctic Air and they were able to deliver what was promised. They were there a bit earlier than schedule. They explained everything and asked if i wanted them to proceed. They sent before and after pictures of the work as well as a video to let me know that the fan was not working. They are not affliated with the warranty company i have a policy with, but they offered help providing any necessary proof or diagnosis to Select Home Warranty ( who by the way, a big disappointment). Arctic Air reached out to me again the next day to see if I was able to resolve my issue with Select Home Warranty and offered any help that they might need eventhough the work will be done with Select Home Warrantys own technicians.

I called them around 11 pm because my ac stopped cooling and i have 3 month old baby in the house and they said they’ll be here by 20 mins and exactly 20 mins later they were here to fix the ac they had said that the problem will resolved the next day but temporarily they made the ac to cool for the night the next day they came early morning to completely resolve my problem. They were super nice and professional they took off their shoes without me asking.
