Two really good employees came to help with a clogged sewer line Kevin the tech very nice very helpful.. he was able to access the situation in a matter of minutes and help clear our sewage line in a few minutes. Kevin the field supervisor came out ran camera through made sure we were clear and what he recommended we should do to fully fix our problem. When all was said and done they offered great service. We will have no issue on calling this company again fir future issues.

We had a major clog in our restaurant that caused both of our toilets to back-up after being snaked by another company just two days prior. Michael, the jetting technician, was super knowledgeable and efficient with clearing the line. I truly respect his honesty in determining exactly what the issue was and doing the service that was best suited for our needs as opposed to doing something that would cost more money that may not have been necessary. Definitely will be using them, especially Michael, for any future plumbing issues.

After a horrible experience with another plumbing company, my daughter, who lives out of town, called Roto-Rooter and explained my predicament. They told us they would have someone out before 5PM. Tom, the RR technician, was out to my home before 5pm as promised to asses and diagnose a clog in my master bath. He immediately knew what the problem was and resolved the clog quickly and efficiently. He explained everything he was doing, he was honest, professional and thorough and the pricing was more than reasonable. It was a Sunday night and I discovered a water leak from my water heater. After I turned off the valve to the heater and turned the power off I called Roto Router. By 8am on Monday morning Roto rooter had sent the plumber (Jose) who quickly fixed the problem. The field supervisor (Haley) was on the scene as well and dispatched the lead technician (Argenis - employee number 1303) and his colleague technician (Daniel - employee number 5173) from the water restoration team. They installed all the required equipment to dry the walls and floors. Because of their quick response and daily visits to the house - my walls and floors are now dry with little water damage.

The total experience went extremely well. Our drain lines backed at I midnight. I called the 24 hour line. The call center operator was very easy to speak with and professional. Just bought our home in December and ended up with a bad clog in the kitchen sink line. After trying everything we could ourselves to fix the problem my husband finally called Roto Rooter for help.Not only was Michael extremely knowledgeable in the possibilities of what our problem was, he was extremely honest about the severity of the issues, not exaggerating and gave us all sorts of different ways to go about fixing the issues, preventing farther issues and providing ways for us to get all the questions we need answers regarding the homes plumbing.He was able to easily fix the clog, located about 35 feet down, and the final price for everything done was extremely reasonable. We will be continuing to utilize Roto Rooter for all our future plumbing needs, and be personally requesting Michael again.

After months of clogged drains and flooding in both my bathrooms, the issue is finally resolved !! I’ve had plumbers, city and county professionals giving me different suggestions because they couldn’t find the clean out lid (something like that) or figure out what’s causing the issue! I saw a roto- rooter van and then looked up online to schedule. (Very easy)Yunior was punctual, polite and very professional. He went over my options. He didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t want. He told me the camera guy might not be able to come out that day but he could for sure clear it out and he did and even resealed the toilet nicely after! Fletcher and his intern who was also very knowledgeable and polite came out the next day. Not only did they find the clear out no one else could they found 2!!! They found the issue and made sure there were no others! I am soooo grateful to Yunior, Fletcher and the nice intern I can’t remember his name sorry! I called several places on a Saturday night and they all required that I paid over $129-195 just for someone to come out because it was after hours. However, Roto-Rooter did not require a fee. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg because it was after hours, but the price was reasonable. Sergio was able to fix the issue within an hour.

I can not for the life of me remember their names being that it was back in November of 2021 but they were absolutely wonderful! The one gentleman had a camera, he’s was the only one who had this amazing tool out of a couple of Roto-Rooter employees in the service area, but he was able to push the camera all the way through the pipes to the opening of the septic tank that was giving me issues inside the house. Now I was supposed to leave this review quite some time ago, obviously, but life has been quite difficult for myself and my children. So guys, whoever you are, I am so sorry I’ve forgotten your names but I will never forget the amazing customer service you provided, your patience, and empathetic care for our situation. Very professional! Very diligent and informative work! Very friendly! Thank you for everything you did to help! I hope all of your workers are as friendly and as wonderful at their jobs as these 2 gentlemen are, 100% amazing customer service and 100% amazing at their work! Our water heater stopped working and because it was 13 years old we decided to replace it. William went above and beyond to get us something that would fit the needs of our family in a quick fashion. He ordered a special unit that he ended up picking up himself to be able to get us fixed as quickly as possible. He had it expertly installed but we were having issues that required an electrician. The next day, even though it was his day off, William did lots of research and worked with our electrician to figure out the issue which saved us from a hefty service bill if we couldn’t figure it out. He really cared about making sure we were taken care of and up and running with hot water again. I would definitely use again, and if all the other service people are like William, you’ll get the best work and follow up!

John was very professional and caring. When he got here he was very polite and had a good greeting. He even went as far as asking to remove the toothbrushes out of the bathroom. Nobody has ever done that in the past. That was very considerate of him . He was in and out at a reasonable time frame. He did a great job . Thanks John.
