    I recently had the pleasure of working with the dynamic duo of Brodway Plumbing, Leo and Terrel. They installed a shiny, new, and dent/ding free Rheem electric water heater and an iSpring whole house filtration system. Let me tell you, these guys swooped in, tools blazing, and got everything set up faster than you can say, pipe fitting.Leo and Terrels professionalism and attention to detail was top-notch. They even took the time to explain how the filter bypass and automatic recirculator timer worked, which I greatly appreciated.Lets not forget Roy, the unsung hero of the entire process. Roy was incredibly pleasant, and always ready with an answer. His friendly demeanor made the whole experience as smooth as a freshly installed PEX pipe.If you need plumbing services, I highly recommend Brodway Plumbing.     Installed new Rheem 55 gal Pro water heater. Broadway Plumbing is honest, friendly, professional, informative. No surprises in the final cost - the price is the price. $1000 LESS than competitors lower end product and smaller tank. ROY provided all the information we needed to make a well-informed decision and got us on the schedule for same day install. BERNIE installed the new unit and hauled away the old. He instructed us fully on how the unit works and the proper maintenance to keep this tank like new for years to come. BERNIE is obviously very knowledgable and hard working and personable - he is exceptional!

    From start to finish we had a wonderful experience with Brodway Plumbing! We needed 3 sinks and a toilet replaced. I asked if I could send specs over to make sure the new installations would fit. They reviewed everything and sent over a quote. They also answered any questions I had and were so helpful and courteous! I ordered the pieces and called back when everything was delivered. They scheduled me so fast and kept the price quoted for service. No hidden fees or surprise costs for anything. They were upfront and direct and I appreciated that a lot! Leo called me the morning of the installation and let me know when hed be at my house. He was so respectful and worked so quickly to get everything done and we couldnt be happier with the finished results!

    I’ve been dealing w a leak for over a month my landlord called late yesterday for them to come out to check what’s going on, not only did they call me to let me know they were on their way when they came in they got straight to work they not only did they check the issues they fixed it right there patching the hole that was previously there , it looked so clean as well no more leaks no more high bills . They were so professional when they came in as well . As a mom of 6 I had to apologize for the mess but they worked around it and finished the job promptly. If I ever come across someone in need of a plumbing company this is the company I will always recommend the did a amazing fast job (:

    Ive used Brodway before and have been satisfied both times. The first time, they saved me a lot of money and destruction to my home by coming up with an alternative fix. Today I was able to get multiple issues taken care of in a timely manner in one visit. The servicemen are always professional fair in their assessment of the work that needs to be done without tacking on unnecessary items to run up the bill. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Phenomenal company. Gabriel called me for photos of the problem, told me exactly how much it would cost to fix, and then scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Gary was our technician, and he worked quickly and carefully to make sure the leak was completely fixed. Our problem was solved in under 24 hours, for an excellent price, and with the best communication and customer service I have ever experienced from a contractor. They will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.Here are pictures of the problem and Gary’s repair work. The people who installed our tub must have screwed up the measurements, panicked, and then literally duct-taped over the problem before sealing the wall. I couldn’t believe it.Gary replaced the pipe and the whole drain assembly. It now works perfectly and looks beautiful.5/5 stars. At least give them a call. They won’t waste your time.

    Great job overall installing a hybrid heat pump and well priced.This would have been 5 stars if they hadn’t tried to charge me an extra $100 to cap the gas line after the water heater was installed, it wasn’t in the contract but had verbally been told it would happen and don’t think it’s unreasonable thing to assume someone would cap a line when uninstalling a gas appliance for safety reasons. The plumber was nice enough to end up doing it in the end without the charge, but this shouldn’t have been something that their front office tried to charge me for to begin with.

    If I could give Roy and his Team 100 stars, I would.I had a different plumber come out to my home prior to contacting Broadway Plumbing regarding low hot water pressure throughout my home and they determined that it was lime and calcium build up (more thank likely due to the age of our water heater which was 17 years old). They quoted me $1400. I called several different plumbers for quotes and even got a quote from lowes; all quoted between $1250-$1800.I called Broadway Plumbing and spoke with Roy. He was friendly and genuinely helpful. He was able to get a technician out the next day (today). The technician (I don’t remember his name, ugh) was so friendly and efficient. He replaced the old heater and replaced it (with one 10 gallons bigger & at no extra cost) within about an hour.The heater came with a 6 year warranty and the total between the unit and labor was about $1k. It’s saved me several hundreds of dollars (might not mean a lot to some but it means a lot to a single mom)!I know who I will be reaching out to for all future plumbing needs. Thank you so much Roy and Technician (sorry I forgot your name, lol) for a job well done!

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Replaced HW tank ...would have been same day if my HOA permitted. From start (Brian) to finish (Gary) - they were professional, courteous, efficient and quality work! Immediate response, dealt with difficult HOA with no problems, great price, called ahead before arriving as promised, cleaned up and answered all my questions!! All of these things are a rare find these days! I will recommend as often as possible and they will certainly be my go to plumbing company! You could not ask for more!     I had a leaking pressure valve on the outside spigot. I called Broadway Contracting late just at closing time and the Manager, Marty, answered which he was driving home. He told me to send him pictures of the problem and he will contact me the next morning.He kept his promise and called back with a quote which was fair compared to the others I had called. I mean like $200 less. He said he can get someone on Tuesday because all of his guys were on jobs already. I said that I needed this issue taking care of today since I would be out of town for the week. He said let me see what I can do to get someone over there today. He called back about 20min and said he was able to get someone to swing by 11am - 1pm . Well, someone did and his name is Bryan, came around 11:15 or so as promised.Byran was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Replaced the bad valve quickly and did an excellent clean job. He is an asset to the company and I was impressed by his professionalism, quickness and craftsmanship.I just want to say that from the first call to the finished job, their professionalism is top notch. The greatest compliment I can give them is that they had earn my business and earned me as a new customer.     When I called about having a garbage disposal replaced, I spoke with Gabriel. He was extremely nice and answered all of my questions. I set up an appointment, Gary came out to do the job.     Thanksgiving Day our Water Heater broke and a friend referred us to Bernie at Broadway Plumbing. The morning after I called and Bernie was not in so we spoke with Gabriel. This was one of the most friendly and professional conversation we have had from such type of business. Gabriel asked me to send him some information from off the old tank and in minutes he was back to me with a quote - unbelievable. He was able to get a tech out to us a few hours later.     We just had Leo and Gary come out and get the roots out our pipes. Starting with Gabe in the office, to talking with the lead tech, to working with the two guys that came out, we had an amazing experience.     Outstanding service on the phone and advice when I booked our first experience with these guys. Gary installed our water tank and did a beautiful job very neat and quality work. He explained the basic maintenance that needed to be done on this hybrid water tank to my wife and also answer all her questions on other plumbing issues.     Wonderful experience with Brodway. I originally had a clogged kitchen sink that a previous plumber was unable to fix. I called Brodway because of their good online reviews. Spoke with Roy over the phone to explain my issue and he was extremely receptive and informative. Pricing was transparent (and accurate after job completion) and he was very flexible with my schedule. On repair day Gary and Brian did an amazing job. They were polite and efficient. After completion, they made sure to show me everything was draining properly again and were happy to explain what caused the clog in the first place.     I had a water leak so I searched around the web for a plumbing contractor and like the reviews I read for Brodway plumbing. After Roy explained to me what needed to be done a leak detection service was purchased and they found an issue in the garage. Bernie was very informative so after speaking to him About repiping our 39 year old house I felt confident after speaking to Bernie and we did business with Brodway plumbing. Bernie, Brian, Gary and another employee forgot his name did an excellent job repiping our house in 1 day. Bernie was very informative told me everything they were doing. They cut Drywall neatly and cleaned up after themselves. I bought pizza for the men cause they deserved it. I highly recommend them and Roy was up front with what was required and how much all was going to be. It was upfront pricing no gimmicks. Thank you Brodway for taking care of our house. From the individuals in the office to all four gentlemen that came to the house they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, they took the time to listen to our concerns and addressed them.     We had a whole house replumb done recently by Bernie, Leo, and Bryan. They did the job in one very long ,very hot day. The job passed the city inspection. I have other contractors now working on a kitchen remodel who said twice during their walk thru that it was a very good replumb job. The guys were very professional and patient about explaining exactly what they were going to do and cleaned up before leaving. The project lead was good about making sure they only stayed in the attic for short periods since it was 97 outside and hotter in the attic. We have used water all over the house both testing and daily use for about a week now with no problems.

    Happened to come home on a Saturday night to a leaky 20 year old water heater. I ended up leaving messages/texts to several companies since it was a weekend and was not expecting any immediate responses. I ended up having a full texting conversation with Roy until about 9:30 pm where he quoted me multiple units and set up an appointment to get it replaced. Bernie and Josiah were in and out in under 2 hours installing the new unit and did a very professional, clean job including an in depth walkthrough and explanation of how it works and required maintenance.     Well, add us to the list of satisfied customers. We had them install a full-house water filter system. I bought the system and they did all of the water line work and plumbing. They immediately knew what they were doing and designed a plan. I mean really---how often can you say WOW what service and professionalism when dealing with a plumber who you had never used. What made them stand out was, they know thier job so well that they could confidently quote me a price from a conversation and texting of pictures of my old item. Several other companies claimed “to need to see the project before quoting me a price” and one person even wanted to charge $69 to have a consultation. Brodway Plumbing called me, quoted a price, prepared an invoice sent it within 30 seconds and had the installation done 2 hours later. The technician was soooo nice, and intelligent, and also prepared for customer service. Also, this company has a company truck, and the technician was wearing a company logo hat and uniform shirt. I’m super impressed. I’m definitely the winner today.

Called this morning to get my hot water heater replaced as well as a mop sink installed. Brian was able to schedule a technician for this afternoon which was greatly appreciated. Leo, the technician, was awesome. Able to think outside of the box to make things happen and go above and beyond. The water heater was taller than my original one and did not fit under the shelf in the garage. So he suggested removing the shelf and offered to do it for me. And that is what I like about Brodway- going above and beyond. This has happened several times now, where the technician had to get creative to make things happen. Quality service!!

    When it was time to replace my almost-15-year-old water heater, I had to make several decisions. One was the type of water heater I wanted. After doing some digging around online I decided that a hybrid heat pump water heater would be my best choice. I called 7 companies for estimates. 3 of them didn’t want to be bothered. The other 4 gave me written estimates.To be fair, I believe any one of those 4 companies would have done a good job for me.I chose Brodway Contracting for the job. They were the first to respond to my request, their price was awesome, their communication was fantastic and the guys they had to install the water heater were amazingAfter the installers left, the unit malfunctioned. I called right away, left a message, and got an almost immediate response — and this was well after business hours. It turned out to be a bad circuit board — but Brodway was on it and had it fixed the next day.The level of service I received from Broadway was just amazing. From start to finish I am super happy with them, and with my new water heater.I’ll definitely do business with them again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

    This company did a great job for me! They came in and completely fixed the mess that was made on my kitchen sink and garbage disposal by a previous vendor. I also hired them to install a new hot water tank They are very professional. Everything is cleaned up afterwards. Excellent job!

    These guys are awesome. I had a tub spout leaking into the wall behind the tub because the copper tub spout coming out of the wall was to short in a townhome in Windsor Hills. I had a plumber come out from another company wanting $900+ to fix the same problem that I knew was trying to take advantage of my situation. These guys came in at less then half the cost and had all the equipment on them ready to work. Thankfully the other company never had the materials on their truck they were a large company to boot. Great job guys thanks and I will use you again in the future if I need any plumbing help.

    We had our water heater leaking and no hot water with visitors at our home.     Needed a garbage disposal replaced. Great customer service, didnt walt long for someone to pick up. The operator got me connected to the right person. They got someone to my home within 2 hours. The plumber did an amazing job and was basically done in a little more than an hour. Very professional, cleaned up after himself. I believe his name is Bernie.

    I cant say OMG enough! I initially had another company, Brownies, come out to give me an estimate and it took 3 trips between them and another company, Leak Doctor, they recommended just to isolate the source of the leak because no one did the camera inspection I requested when I scheduled. Then I literally begged them for 5 days for the estimate so we could schedule the repair. All in all, I wasted an entire week on this process. They were going to bust through my exterior block wall and patio slab to gain access to the old cast iron pipe underneath my kitchen sink. While I was waiting for the estimate, Home Advisor called to follow up on something else and I mentioned what was going on with the plumbing and he said he could get me someone else. Bernie from Brodway immediately called me (while I was still on the phone with Home Advisor) to see how he could help. He immediately sent me an estimate on Monday night and after getting approval from my insurance company, I was scheduled for the same week on Thursday.Ill be honest, while we were discussing options, I was really apprehensive. Bernie wanted to cut a hole in the back of my brand new kitchen cabinet to run new plumbing through an adjacent wall with my bathroom and abandon the cast iron pipe causing the leak and to avoid breaking through block walls underneath the foundation. Ive had nothing but nightmares with contractors since I started remodeling this house and wasnt sure they were going to pull this off without leaving a mess behind, but Bernie told me to trust him and he did not disappoint. He covered the hole he made with some type of cap that left it sealed and clean. He ran through all the possible options and found the least invasive way to go and also leaving me with plumbing thats up to date instead of patching an old pipe that would ultimately fail again at some point. He went above and beyond by not only capping the pipes he cut from, but also capped the vent pipe on the roof to keep rain water from accumulating in the capped off pipe since it now doesnt connect to a drain. I had started to lose hope that anyone took pride in their work anymore, but Bernie and his crew really did a great job, restoring my faith in humanity again. They even vacuumed their mess and put everything back the way they found it. Im super happy and highly recommend them to anyone hesitant about who to hire.

    I contacted Brodway Contracting after waking up to a carpet soaked with water. Roy is a pleasure to work with. Roy and the plumber, Bernie, coordinated schedules to get to my house promptly. While I wasnt happy to need the work, I found the Brodawy team knowledgeable, professional, and informative throughout the repair. I was expecting an exorbitant invoice having been in a dilemma and was pleasantly surprised with fair prices for the service. I am hoping I can contract with them to restore the water damage as well.
